[Resolved] Ixigo — help needed | |
Hi I was booking tickets from delhi to kanpur for 22nd october using upi payment mode on ixigo app... Using my mobile number [protected] and irctc i’d kbhatia123 The money (6290) was deducted from my upi app and the ixigo website took me back to the passenger list page.. I checked on irctc website and ixigo too there is no mention of this transaction in successfull or failed? I did book tickets again for to and fro from new delhi to kanpur however money has been deducted thrice... I need my 6290 back... I spoke to irctc they say i need to talk to ixigo however there is no customer service for ixigo...
