Hello i booked 2 ticket from kanpur to mumbai now both train are cancelled. So i cancel the ticket from my ixigo app and now i received the message that this ticket cancellation is not eligible for refund.in how many days i reveived the refund or not. Verified Support Mar 30, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We understand the urgency of cancellation for the shared PNRs and for us your safety is important. Amid Coronavirus concerns, all trains till 14th April 2020 have been cancelled by Indian Railways. Don't worry! Refund for all existing bookings will be auto-initiated by IRCTC, 3 days after the nationwide lockdown ends. Please Note - Payment gateway charges & Agent fee stays non-refundable. Cheers!
