Sir, reminding many times that I booked a ticket from Delhi to Patna on 29/06/2020 on 9:21am an account of 3618 has been deducted but there is no any ticket generated and amount amount has been gone in La Trevenus Technology Pvt. Ltd. in his axix bank account.I paid this amount through Paytm upi transition through my no [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.Sir, it's a humble request please return my money once I complaint you text me that amount will be credited on or before 30july but there is no response from your side.please return my money on my SBI account through which amount 3618 has been deducted my account no is [protected] and IFSC code SBIN0005456.please return my money otherwise wise I have no option inspite of take a legal action against you because it's take more than one month to respond... Verified Support Aug 14, 2020 Ixigo Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As checked all the transactions on 29th June are in failed status. Please help us with the deduction proof or the UPI reference number generated after payment deduction so that we can check this further. Thanks Team ixigo | |
