[Resolved] Ixigo — ticket cancellation & refund | |||
Dear team, I have booked 3 tickets to go to pune to tatanagar tyo go home for me & my brothers pnr as mentioned below we left home to reach the pune railway station but there is corfew in pune due to corona and police is not allowing anyone on road hence they cancelled our cab & drop us home in their own police vechile after that we havn't any option other than cancel the ticket but in subject with cancellation ixigo team refund nill, tried to contact team on chat but din't get proper response hence i am writing here. Hope team will understand the panic situation in pune resulted i have cancelled the ticked. Request support to refund the amount after deduction lumpsum or decent amount. Hope team will listen my humble request in this situation as i am also a regular customer.
