[Resolved] Ixigo — train ticket booked | |||
I made a transaction from ixigo and entered irctc login id and choose paytm wallet for payment but ticket was not booked but in upi wallet statement its showing "transaction with paytm upi successful". Debited amount - 384 date and time :10 oct 2019, 06:27 am and transaction id[protected].. But in ixigo there is nothing visible about this transaction. There is no transaction id generated and it didn't even asked for irctc password to complete the booking. So please refund the full amount of rs 384 asap. Rs 383.68 has been deducted and [protected]@axisbank on 10-10-19. Was this information helpful? | |||
