[Resolved]  Ixigo — train ticket not booked but money got deducted from my bank account

Sir,
I tried to book a ticket from patna junction to tatanagar junction today at 10:30 am from ixigo app.in payment section i chose to pay from google pay upi, the transaction was successful and money got deducted but the ticket was not booked and nothing showed in the app. Please look into the issue or help refund my money as quick as possible. I was debited amount of rs 587. Iam also attaching a proof of payment:

We couldn't find your details. Kindly share your booking/Trip ID starting from "IXITR", so that we can get this checked at the earliest. Also, do share your e-mail and phone number used for the transaction

You can find this Trip ID in the email or SMS that you would have received from ixigo or you can also find it in the 'transactions' section of ixigo app.

Sir, after the money transaction there was nothing showing in your app, no messages or no mail was received and no booking id or trip ID is also present in the app I have in the app and in the transaction section no notification nothing is there, I am sending all the rest of informations which you have asked for and also some useful information about the money transaction. Please refund my money I thought that some offer you will give to the new user but you gave nothing and instead you looted the money. I have seen many complaints about the same money transaction and booking issue in this consumercomplaints forum. If there is problem with your app why aren't you solving it why aren't you first removing your app bugs and errors. Sir I am a common person living outside from home and i have no more money to book the ticket again and if you now don't refund my money I will certainly go to higher authority to complain about you. Otherwise refund my money.
