I would like to raise the issue of non payment of the interest of my FDR No.00361986 of Rs 2 lacks since 5/10/2015 till date.I got the principal amt on 7/7/2017 but still interest is due. I have already forwarded the relevant documents through the post on 6/11/2015.
I shall request you to remit the interest as soon as possible.

Same for me, I have booked a flat in 2014 August with Jaypee Prakash Associates in the JP Greens Sports City, Boulevard Court Apartments. The flat was not delivered as promised. They have promised to deliver within 3 years time. Construction has not been started yet. It's more than 4 years now. I don't want this flat anymore. I am not interested in any flat in this area or with JP. I want my full money back with interest and compensation. I have been told that I will get a return of three times the fixed deposit will give me. My opportunity cost of getting the return is no where now. I have taken a loan from bank and I am paying interest on it. I have to pay the money to the bank as well and that with the interest and that's very high. I am searching options how to go about getting my refund with interest and compensation.
I want the refund as soon as possible.

This is Advocate Ira Gupta. The Jaypee has committed agaisnt many people and now intentionally the Jaypee is undergoing insolvency proceedings.
