I met with one person he is giving job!! he told me that for one data entry u will get 10rs.. and adimission fees is 1000rs and I have paid also.. he told me after complition of 100 data entries you will get the refund of 1000rs.. and some days after he blocked my account and said that your account has been blocked and pay 500rs I will open it... again i have paid 500rs aslo..finally i have completed 100 data entries and asked that person to do my payment but now he is not responding...

    We created JS account for my sister. I am writing to report a complaint against the profile - ZZWW6360
    All information described by this person is completely false ie. qualication, salary and so on. Doesn't have sense to talk a girl.
    We really faced a bad experience with this guy.

      Greetings from Jeevansathi.

      We would like to point our reasons behind taking necessary the necessary step as following changes were made in member's profile-
      ​
      1) Change in Marital Status from 'Divorced' to 'Never Married' after using the Profile with former Marital Status for over 3 years. The change in Marital Status was made in February 2021
      2) Change in DOB from 14th January 1983 to 14th January 1986 after using the Profile with former DOB for over 3 years. The change in Date of Birth was made in February 2021
      3) Constant changes in Caste on the profile
      4) Constant changes in Mother Tongue on the profile

      We requested member to share reasons for above cited points and failed to receive satisfactory response, because prior to suspending the profile member never reached out to us regarding the incorrect critical details on his profile.

      We allowed member to create a new profile with correct details and to continue his search, however we stated clearly that no membership benefits would be transferred onto any new profile.

                    I have bought 6 months membership plan on it. How can they eat all my money like this. They should provide me a valid reason for deleting my account.

                    I am already facing Financial crisis in this Covid pandemic and above this you have deleted my JS account with 6 months membership plan.

                      This Jeevansathi platform is big fraud, they are duping customers by first asking them to take membership on their platform and then they delete your account without giving any justification. I paid for 3 months membership and after a month, I received a mail that My account is deleted due to violence of terms and conditions. They have not mentioned even one reason what I violated. They don't have any reason. I have tried reaching out multiple times to them but in vain. I want complete refund of the amount that I paid. It's a pathetic platform and It will shut down soon if they continue to do this stuff.

                      So this is the first time that Jeevansathi services has come up with some reason why they deleted my account. They never gave me any reason on the so called replies they provided on my email and that too after begging for reply on my mails.

                      Coming to indecent language point, there cannot be a single girl who can complain about me using indecent language on your platform. It is outright lie that you have created on your own. There is not a single instance that you can show or even outside your platform who can say that I used indecent language with somebody.
                      There are friendly conversations in which both the parties sometimes use cuss words in fun. You cannot term it as violation or any disrespect to any girl. I have paid a big amount to you to find the partner and you can't just delete my account for fun. I am 100 percent sure that no girl can do any complaint against me. It's upto you whether you want to restore my profile, refund my money, show the proof of girl's complaint. The money that I gave you is hard earned money. Please do the needful.

                                Above profile is deleted without any prior intimation.
                                We have got a notification on the application to submit PAN card/ Driving license which was done on the same day.
                                Yesterday we found the account is disabled and later on while checking mails found an email which was sent 4 days back to submit the documents, as there was no notification of the same on the application hence this mail was not seen as we not being well. If documentation was to submitted in that scenario a notification on the application or a call would have helped out. Also if were having any challenges in submitting the documents then why other documents were already shared in the past.
                                Its a paid member account, please disable it and we can submit the documents immediately.

                                  My eAdvantage profile XSTY3941 (paid for 6 months) was active until July 2nd. They removed my profile suddenly without informing me or my consent. Before that, they had asked me to provide them documents for verifying my identity which I had provided.

                                  When I called the customer support, their answer was "since you created multiple profiles, we have deleted your profile and the paid amount cannot be refunded"

                                  Firstly, I was completely unaware that I should not create multiple profiles.

                                  Here are my questions to Jeevansathi:
                                  1. If I was creating multiple profile, were they waiting that I pay some amount and then they will delete his profile?
                                  2. When someone is not allowed to create multiple profiles, why the system allows them to do so? By simply matching the date, time and place of birth they could have figured out that the new profile is a duplicate.
                                  3. If the system allows, then the agent who calls me and asks me to buy a paid subscription, doesn't he/she check if i have one profile or two?
                                  4. If they don't check and simply ask us to buy a paid profile, how is it the customer's fault?
                                  5. I had bought an unlimited subscription for my paid profile. If someone buys that subscription and is not happy with that service, is it not unfair to force him/her to delete the profile with unlimited subscription to create a new one.

                                  On email and phone they told me refund is not allowed.
                                  In short, I feel cheated by Jeevansathi for the unfair treatment.

                                  Your stringent checks seem to apply only after the customer has paid for the account. When you call a customer to buy a paid account, don't your staff members check whether the profile is duplicate or not?

                                  Also, why ask for verification documents if you were going to delete the profile anyway?

                                  Moreover, here is one case (same as mine) where you had provided refund:

                                      I got a mail that my profile from Jeevan saathi got deleted due to t/c and if I think it's an error than kindly contact the [protected]@jeevansaathi and from how many days I'm trying to reach but no use .. and also I don't even know anything about ..

                                      I got the membership paid the amount maybe 5 or days I used and this thing has happened..

                                      Jeevansaathi team kindly solve this problem and let me know what is this all about

                                        I am U.V . Sarode
                                        Someone have haked my ID. They are is using my old ID. I am already married from past 6 years. I can sent you my marriage pics.
                                        If this ID is not closed, I will lodge a police complaint.
