Hello,
I had just joined Jeevansaathi.com in February 2022 and I found an attractive profile to which I sent a request and he accepted my request after almost 2 weeks..

We exchanged numbers and he sent me a message on whatsapp Through which we started chatting...and also speaking through WhatsApp call almost daily...

He named himself as Dylan James from Norwich UK working as a Civil enginnering project manager and family was from USA

His birthday is on 12th March 1989 and his Family was from originally from Asika, Orissa as per his Jeevansaathi profile and was looking for a girl with a good heart.

He told me that he will be coming by 16th of March to meet me and also sent me a fake flight ticket...As usual...he called me on the 16th of March in the morning stating that he has reached Delhi and his Card has been blocked and was also undergoing registration and COVID tests at Terminal 3 of Delhi airport...he asked me for 48, 000/- and 10, 000/- for eating as his Card was blocked...he promised that once we meet, he will give it back...I did not give him a penny...to which he stopped talking to me and messaging me for 2 days ...but when I fooled him and messaged him back stating that I will arrange money...started messaging and asking for more money and when I asked him for airport details...he started abusing me and finally blocked me...

His contact number is +[protected] and this is his WhatsApp number too but he has blocked me on this number..

Earlier he used to call me from another number which was not in use anymore and that number is +[protected]

Kindly take an action against such fraudsters..fooling people on well known matrimonial sites..

    I have no idea why my profile was suspenses when I have already submitted my govt. ID proof. I have emailed for more information if required but no reply from your end even during the midweek. I paid for the profile and I am unable to use it. It is such a fraud. I cannot call any number either. Nobody calls back after making the payment. They oy call you to pay.

    Please look into the matter and reinstate the profile or return my money.

        Jeevansathi Astrology Service software is a joke
        Who has designed this? And who has tested this software?

        Their crappy astrology service software is causing a date mismatch under
        horoscope details for all foreign born candidates

        My son's date of birth is off by a day, he is born in USA
        My friends date of birth is off by a day as well. She is USA born too

        Do you realize how many profiles / horoscopes of foreign born candidates you have messed up?
        Please fix your unsolicited crappy astrology software ASAP

            My account is deleted even when it was a paid membership
            There is no number at which I can reach too.
            Profile was verified earlier and during chat info was provided

              this email received .. i have submitted my documents i don't know why.. my old membership also wasted

              i wasn't thought that its email sent by jeevansathi it self i was thought it was something fake .. so i couldn't submit my documents .. but when my account is suspended i have submitted my all documents. i don't know how many days take

                Big cheaters jeevansathi company as they took all your money and don't provide u any service and never calls u after u took their paid service

                I almost paid 10, 000 to this and result is nil and if I compalint about it they don't respond
                This company is just earning money by doing frauds not anything else

                We are not here to do charity no company will survive after doing so frauds hope urs too dissolve soon

                Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible

                  My account is suspended i don't know how..if not re opened I req you my premium membership money is give it back I have contact them multiple times to give me my refund and they ignore me they are not even responding anymore no call .                     I had a verified and paid Premium profile on jeevansathi..for no clear reason it is suspended and blocked leading to a lot of personal trauma and embarrassment for my family. I also ended up loosing my matches with whom we were willing to take things forward.

                    I have shared all the required proofs again and have been repeatedly following up with them for an update but no avail please provide me call with costomer

                    This is complete harassment and extremely wrong customer service.

                      Jeevansathi introduced their unsolicited Astrology Service recently

                      Their crappy software has resulted in them messing up date of birth on my son's profile.

                      His date of birth on his profile and on his Horoscope is now a mis-match

                      My son is born in USA
                      Their crappy software possibly caused the date mis-match error for all USA born members

                        I want to complain about sudden suspension of my Lifetime Paid account on Jeevansathi.com Account Id: RVW9608. On 11th Feb 2022 my Jeevansathi Account was suspended with any prior warning or notification. On logging into the account it said account is suspended, please check your email. The email said the account is being suspended until further verification proofs aer received. I propmptly replied back...

                        I took e-advantage plan for my brother and it’s been more than 2 months, no match is found suitable and infact no new matches are there. Daily the profiles are same, no response from any of the match. There was a time when you people actually believed in making matches but now only money matters to you as no quality or options are there. Request you to look into this on priority or refund the amount which i paid for the services which is of no use.

                          Dear sir,
                          i have purchased js eadvantage plan (till marriage)
                          and i had roka ceramoney with one so i deleted the account.
                          But then my roka get breaked and marriage does'nt happend.
                          So i registered again on jeevansathi and they are again asking to pay the amount .
                          If the previous plan was till marriage then why should i pay the amount again?
                          when i purchased the plan this thing is not mentioned that if i delete my id my plan get cancelled, only they was showing that plan was till marriage.
                          Please help me to retrive my plan back.

                            My Jeevansathi account no. YYUT8927 has not been activated even after submitting all documents their receiving their email that my account would be activated within next 24-48 hours whereas 36 hours have been passed.

                            I tried contact their email and phone helplines but all are non-responsive and looks Jeevansathi is trying to cheat their paid client after receiving membership fee.

                            Sent 14 reminder emails in last 28 days but they are also not responding to them.

                              I visited the website of jeevansaathi.com and I was looking some matches for my brother in law.
                              He has already updated the details and when, I was going through their astrological updates. It is absolutely blunder about mangalik dosh analysis.
                              I also know basics of astrology and any person having Mars in the 1/3/4/7/8/12 houses is considered mangalik.
                              But what they have mentioned is rubbish, they are saying that "anyone having (Mars, sun, Saturn, rahu, ketu in the 1st house) is also considered"mangalik". Which is completely false.
                              In this situation they are making lakhs of people mangalik and which is not
                              Anyone having (sun, Saturn, rahu and ketu in the 1st house is not at all considered mangalik).
                              I believe that might be their system update feeded and creating havoc in their horoscopes.
                              I think, this is a very serious issue and allegation. I guess so many people might be considered "mangalik" which actually they are not. Then they are put into mangalik creatria and mangalik matching are comparitvely few.
                              I strongly hold that they should omit this point from the computer software and create "actual horoscope"

                                I don't know how they deleted my account without any information.
                                I'm a paid member and using this app longer.
                                But I don't know how they deleted my account.
