My Profile XSWR6661 is wrongly suspended from the Jeevansathi app. I am a paid member having e Advantage membership. I have already shared my Aadhar, pan, passport, qualification details and employment offer letter but have received no response for last one week. This is completely unethical means of doing business and I would like my profile to be reactivated immediately.

I am a paid member on jeevansathi portal, they have suspended my services and asking me to give few documents.
Now even after providing them documents, they have not resumed my services, there has been no replies from their site, there is not customer support.
Horrible services wouldn't recommend anyone

I'm a paid member, but still my services are suspended. I already submitted my documents but no one help me to restore my services. I requested for a call back, but no one called me back

I’ve already complained for not being able to operate my jeevanasathi account it displays you’ve exhausted limits of devices while I’ve not logged in from any devices at present. I bought premium before 20 days and at present my time and money both are getting wasted

A profile by the name of Ajay gupta id WVYA5419, was made by a fraud person, he mentioned in his wife that he is widowed, he lost his wife before few years and he is looking for remarriage, but his wife is alive n he is living with her, his wife is not aware about his fraud. He is in reputed government job ( pwd department Govt of Rajasthan) . He is cheating women and playing with their emotional, making false promises and trying to molest them.

Requesting you to help me recovering the accounts

Firstly my account had a paid membership...and these guyz were just not updating my profile pictures...i requested them by complaining about the same issue on msg for almost 2 weeks and suddenly they deactivated my account from jeevansathi and said the required documents are not there ..where as i submitted all of the documents to them ...what an irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour is this ...so disgusting ... what the hell is happening?? what you guyz are doing??

I took jet exclusive plain from Jeevansathi. First they we have suitable partner for you and can give details once you take the Membership.
Before, taking Membership I shared all my preference with them and they told they have lots of groom in my caste.
After I took Membership, they told me that you have to see in other caste as we don't have suitable match. They made false commitment over the call.
I raised the same complaint in jeevansathi and they didn't respond back.. It has been more than a month..
Now they are just stretching the days, so that my 3 months Membership is completed.. Assigned a relationship manager who is no where giving any response nor working on my profile, everytime saying one thing that we can give you in another caste..
I need refund of my amount as no one is working on this..

The Jeevansaathi portal has suspended my profile twice (first one was a lifetime membership paid profile and second one was a free one) without providing any reasons and no violation that I can recall on my part. When I try to login, it says "Your profile has been temporarily suspended. Kindly check your email for clarification." No email has been sent to me stating any reason. The site operator deletes profiles for no reason in order to make people pay repeatedly for the membership. If the site does not restore my profile, I intend to pursue action in a consumer court to seek punitive damages and to block the international operation of the Jeevansaathi site.

My Jeevansathi profile id is WTRY4507 . I have registered to Jeevansathi website today (19th June 2022) and purchased eRishta plan for Rs. 2300 and Kundli Milan for Rs. 549 . I paid total Rs. 2849 for both of these services. After that I received a call from Jeevansathi customer care executive. He told me about eAdvantage plan which was available at Rs. 3806 and asked me to upgrade from eRishta to eAdvantage. He asked me to pay Rs. 4355 (Rs. 3806 for eAdvantage plan and Rs. 549 for Kundli Milan) and he told me the amount of eRishta plan (Rs.2849) will be refunded to me after upgrading to eAdvantage plan . I have paid Rs.4355 through the link he shared on my registered email id. But after payment, I did not receive any refund of my previous plan. Also when I checked my profile, it is showing as eRishta member, that means I have not been upgraded to eAdvantage plan. I have attached payment receipts of both the plans and also screenshot of my profile which shows eRishta plan is valid till marriage and eAdvantage plan will be valid from 17 January 2120. Please either refund my eRishta amount and upgrade my plan to e Advantage or refund my eAdvantage amount.

Later he disappeared switched off his phone, I sent one of my friend to his address got his parents number. His father talk to me nicely and told me he will convince his son to return back my money after months and months new date they will give me for money return. I got frustrated in 8 months and filled cyber police report his father is also involved if not any respected man in the society he won’t take money from the middle class girl and sit relax at home. I want to fight against these kinds of file, I am doing this. But I want to be aware other girls whoever got his marriage proposals think and enquire about before you proceed or contact me, I will share with you all the details.

I paid 12500/- for JS exclusive services but they did not provide me the service their advisor just showed 4-5 profiles and now they are asking me to upgrade for premium services and asking me to pay more.
I asked them for a refund but no response from their end either in mails or in calls every unsatisfactory services cheated me and instead asking me to pay more.

I have been trying to login to my account since past 2 hours it says that there is no such I'd but when i asked a person who had added me from jeevan Shati he mentioned as following "your account is hidden" while i was using Jeevan Shati I was kicked out of the application and couldn't login ever since then

I have provided enough proofs against the profile zyvy1508 . About her marital status and her age and her religion. You not taking my complaint seriously.now I have to take some serious action. I’m going to make complaint in cyber crime court. I tell them all the story and information as well.
