Bought at vu 43 inch tv on 17 jan 2016 from flipkart. One and half years later tv gone faulty. Registered a complaint to jeeves for vu tv on 10th june 2017, technician visited on 13th june 2017. Don't understand what level of diagnosis he had done, informed that mother board is faulty, need to order the required part. On inquiring with jeeves team, part is not available in mumbai needs to get if from vu delhi. Today is 19th june, still no one has revert event after regular followup they just give answers like it will come, but there is no definite timelines. Also they are no providing any standby tv. At the time of purchase of tv from flipkart we had paid extended warranty charges is this pathetic support we get.

    Am buy a mobile from flipkart and my mobile is under 10 days replacement but it's not replaced by flipkart they said jeeves tech support will repair my phone first then i have facing problem they i'll change it but it's 8 days to go nobody of jeeves executive contact with me and check my mobile problem but they send me fake message they contact with me they making fool to customers by giving third class services

      Hi,

      I ordered royal oak wood shoe cabinet from flipkart and it delivered on 1 june 2017. The installation was scheduled for 5 june 2017 by jeeves. But no one came yet for the installation and i'm facing many inconvenience due to this delay. Regarding this for the last 2 weeks i'm trying to get an answer from flipkart and they insist on not providing any kind of proper response. Every time, i get in touch with the customer support and they keep saying the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and it never happens. Actually i don't know why your team are not coming for the installation. It is so poor that making failures in services to the customers. It is yours responsibility to do the installation in proper time. Do the needful for today's installation.

        Sir myself vivek ram g, recently bookeeld a hero cycle model no -26t-s365bbd from flipkart online retail whose order i'd is - od[protected] on 28th april.
        Recently i am. Observing that the gears of the cycle are not functioning properly and if i turn the handle the gear changes automatically and the left hand side brake also is not working properly.
        So i request you to please look into the problem.

          I purchased lg 43 inch tv through flip cart. Flip cart assigned jeeves technician vide ticket no.7e31-27013flpkrt-2636273. Technician came on 31 may 2017 for fixing and demo. He has not fixed the tv properly to the wall (Half of the screw is outside), a shabby work done. Any layman can do this type of fixing. It may fall anytime. He did not bring any tools for fixing, such as drilling machine, nut and bolt etc. He is asking us to go and bring from the shop. What type of technician you are sending. He should bring everything with him when he coming for installation. He should aware what size screw, nut bolt can withstand the tv mount to wall. Request to send your good mechanic to re-fix the wall mounted bracket correctly.

            It is now more than a year that i have given my food processor for repairs. They have not got back to me. They keep giving promises about in the next 2-3 days, next week, etc. Etc. They never call back as promised, never ever, although every time they promise!!

            Why do these guys even exist as a professional company. They should stop business and look at compensating customers who have wasted so much of valuable time and money due to them.

                From 2 days i am being promised that the installation will be done tomorrow no answers to call no response #### ####### service worse service ever seen at first appointment appointment was given but next day no engineer was assigned second day appointment was given engineer was assigned enigneer gives a call and says sorry todays its not possible for us to reach you in evening while the operator told that they the engineer visit is scheduled for morning #### so careless my whole holiday from office was wasted for #### no reason #####. worst service ever.

                    I was given time for AC installation today morning at 11AM. However no one came till now. Tried calling the person 10 times but he did not pick the phone. Very pathetic service with no value for customer time. Tried calling even Jeeves helpline but no help was provided as they said they are not able to track technician. Flipkart should seriously think about partnership with Jeeves.

                      It's almost been 15 days that Flipkart has delivered my order for Carrier AC. The very next day of delivery of the product, I got a call from Jeeves customer care on confirming of the installation process. Post to that they sent me a confirmation message on allocation of the technician by name Firoz Khan. After 7 days of follow up with this guy and the customer care the technician visited to fix the AC on 19th April'15. The guys started the work by seein there work I could sense that they were completely unprofessional n lack of knowledge. One of the worst works I have ever seen in my life, immediately we asked him to stop the work and spoke his manager Manoj. His manager assured us that he will visit our place the very next day to sort out the issue. But I am waiting till now I.e. 23rd April, for his visit to inspect n solve the pending issue. I personally would suggest everyone out here who visits this site to make sure not to opt for any installation services from FLIPKART & JEEVES Installation services. JEEVES is cheating people by sending unprofessionals to provide the services. It's now I am sure that there management are not serious and not cared about the services provided to there customers.

                      Purchased AC from flipkart immediately i received the call from Jeeves for requesting for the payment towards installation in advance.After making the making no response to my mails nor calls.

                      Please be beware of fraudulent company.
                      Thank You Very Very Very Much. Now I also bought from Flipkart, but after your suggestion, I spoke with vostas directly, and they were gonna come to do the installation. Furthermore, they will charge the same as Jeeves, but the AC installation service from voltas will be more trustable rather than zeevas or sleeves.

                        Installation was very worst. They are cheaters. They won't produce the bill for whatever the amount we pay. I have already called to the customer care and raised a complaint but i did not get any reply. Case 2358452 for installation of your split air conditioner will be attended by engineer firoz khan-[protected]
                        Outdoor unit stand cost is 750 but they charged 950 without producingbill to the customer.

                          I has been almost 4 days that my request for technician visit has been raised and nobody has still come for visit.the order was linked with phone number [protected] and gmail linked is [protected]@gmail.com. it was redmi note 4.the product has many defects .Flipkart replace my device as fast as possible.send your technicians.for visit.
                          The customer by both jeevs and flipkart is very poor .Never buy any device from flipkart.because if their poor return policy.

                            Today TV installation demo placed at my home and i received the message for the same from Jeeves so i took leave for that, I called the respected person maintain in the message and he denied that i will not come i am on another root, so i called main office and they give me another persons contact number, again i called another person he denied that today it is not possible, i will come tomorrow, so again i called main office and i explain him whole matter and i request him to do today so i will not take leave one more, so the respective person shouting on me and behaving very rudely, i am totally disappoint with this service and this request will come through flipkart, so I request and inform to flipkart that why you are contracting like the company who does not have the value of customer.

                                I had purchased a TV from Flipkart and flipkart has assigned JEEVES to make the TV installation done.
                                But this guys are such an irresponsible service company that they did even bother to make me a call to confirm my installation date and there by directly cancelled my installation without even informing me. When I called them repeatedly, they were still not ready to make the installation and said that it has been cancelled. I have got all the conversation recorded with me. These guys doesn't want to provide the service then they don't have right to promise for providing such service in Bangalore.

                                Worst experience with Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited Banagalore.

                                  I'm thoroughly disappointed with their service / service guy who came today to fix the leakage problem in my Washing Machine. First of all, he didn't care to check if he fixed it or not. The water was leaking when i turn on the water pipe. i mean it was very visible that he didn't fix this but he took money from my mother as i was not at home. Clearly he didn't do anything. I thought it could have leaked from inside the tub but that wasn't the case. Actually it was the inlet pipe which was problematic. I again removed the inlet pipe, fixed it tightly and is not leaking now. This was just a 2 mins job really. The service guy knew this was the problem clearly, and he took money from us for doing nothing basically. They are not fit for ANYTHING.

I had issue on my LG refrigerator. I searched the google for LG service center number. My Bad luck, I got this Jeeves number in the top. I thought anyway, this could be small issue, so the third party could help me to resolve the issue quickly, so I still contacted them.. One person came.. He doesn't know much about the refrigerator and all.. I came to know that after I lost around Rs.6000/- only.. He damaged my refrigerator and I had to keep calling this service center for more than a month. Even the manager attended the call, he told he will give at least partial refund, if he can't fix the issue.. But they are all cheaters ... They never come back again and didn't refund any amount also... Please please, never ever go for such third party compaines... Always go to the Authorized dealers.. Don't do the stupid thing as I did...

It is almost one & half month still nobody has visited to resolve the complaint. It is really shame full that Samsung is not taking care of their existing customers.                                         This low cost Element LED 32 inch TV started giving me problem since 2 months, well withing guarranty period. I have lodged complaint several times but their service center jeeves.co.in is not bothered to repeir or exchange it. Their excuse is unavailability of Parts. I think they are waiting for my warranty period to be over so that they can charge huge amount for service. Also I am facing problems watching TV programs. Whenever i call to service center, they gives me mobile no.[protected] of Mr. Manjeet Singh. When I called him, he said he will arrange to repair it soon. But after that he stopped pickup my call.

                                        My complaint no. is 259182 dated 7-july-2013.
