I have purchased asus zen m1 mobile through flipkart. Mobile phone is over heating. I have raised return request regarding this. Technical person visited and checked but he is very rude and not solved my problem he just went away his number jeeves engineer naveed rahaman, [protected]. He gave a fake report as mobile is ok.
I an requesting to the head of this company to tell him to ask apology to me. Otherwise i ll raise a case against the company in consumer court.

      Dear sir/madam,

      Please refer trailing mail below and attached mail.
      My handset was to be picked up by bluedart courier awb - [protected] on 20.03.2019 but they cancelled pickup stating “address out of service area”.
      The undersigned had called your customer care[protected] on 20th, 21st, 26th mar'19 various times and you had confirmed that alternate pickup has been initiated from your end and the handset will be picked in 48-72 hours. But no response has been received regarding the same from jeeves till date.
      Even after depositing rs. 500/- on 19.03.2019 for repair of handset, there has been zero progress on the matter.
      My handset is idling and i am being forced to use another handset which is causing discomfort to me.

      With such state of affairs, i might have to raise the issue with consumer forum if timely intervention is not received from your side.

      In view of the above, you are once again requested to kindly provide a way forward so that my handset is repaired soon.

        I have claimed my flipkart complete mobile protection with the plan id-jppoffk1345346 for the display damage issue of asus zenfone max pro m1 on 5-feb-2019 the pick has done by ecom after that delivery was done on 17-feb-2019. But i received a non working lava phone and ghadi detergent soap for issue i have contacted both ecom and jeeves on the same day it's been over month your customer service is not responding i may have need to proceed legally with my proofs

          We bought a tv with extended warranty with jeeves, the warranty is till 2020, now i am having issue with the jeeves as they have not replaced or solved the issue with the tv for more than a week, when we contacted the toll free we are not getting proper answer and as confirmed by there technician replacement for tv display is not yet done.
          Totally worst service to customer as the customer care is non responsive for our issues and concerns.

            Hello sir... I have buy redmi note 7 pro from flipkart and after 1 day i find screen and heating issue... So i have place return request on flipkart...in my request i have clearly mention about my both issue screen and damage... Your uneducated employees comes and without properly checking my mobile he told me that every thing is all right he take only two min to decide... That every thing is perfect... I have told him that please check screen then he check and found that there is problem and accept that my problem is genuine but refuse to mention that my problem have h screen issue and told me he only come here to check only heating issue... I have again and again told him that i can show you my return request in which screen issue is also mentioned... But he don't want to understand and he go... And send report that every thing is in perfect condition... After this i call flipkart and ask them to tell me about my return request and they told me sir screen issue is clearly mentioned... And then they told me there team will take strick action against that person... And i have again placed return request and talk with jeeves and explain everything and tell them clearly that next time pls don't send same person... But again second time same person is allowed and... He send report that every thing is perfect in mobile without visiting my house or without seeing my mobile... I am completely disappointed with jeeves...
            Uneducated employees and liars.
            Pls resolve my problem as early as possible.

                I ordered mi 4a pro 32 inch led tv on 8th march on flipkart and i received it on 12th march and installation was scheduled on same day and i got message from jeeves consumer service that a engineer named shajeeb will come. When i called that person he told me that i will not come we sent another technician, after that i received another message from jeeves with another engineer name called hanifa i called him for 2 days after that he said that he didn't received any message from jeeves to install your tv, and i called sajeeb, he gave me the office number. I called him and said everything, he said he will check and call back, but i didn't received any calls till now. I am waiting three day for installation

                  15 feb logged the complaint
                  23rd feb service person came and said the parts are damaged and we will ask company to send it
                  15days over i called again on 10th march and they said 15days more.. Is it a joke or what! I will log a case against this company if issue not fixed

My mobile got theft after that i call to customer care for claim and submitted fir copy which got rejected as in fir copy subject line was'nt mentioned theft but necessary incident details was mentioned, this was rejected without any backend validation with concern police station and no intimation was provided above 5 to 6 days regards to same i wish to easclate or go legal

                          I ordered a air cooler from flipkart and there is fault with the cooler that fan sound is coming randomly. So i placed a return request. Jeeves is supposed to send a technician visit and arrange for the pickup post the packing of the product. The technician visited my house and telling me that the product is fine and he is convincing me.
                          After a long conversation i called to jeeves office in pondicherry and they said that they will accept for the return and complete the tech visit. But later i got a message that my tech visit has been rescheduled.in this case jeeves company is indirectly cheating me. I can't allow a person inside my home again and again, as ladies are there in home. It's very irritating and jeeves is responsible if any products missing in my home or anything wrong happens... For a single tech visit technicians are visiting my house 2 to 3 times and this is not fair... I have all evidence and cctv footage and call recording.

                          I want jeeves to complete my tech visit and proceed for the return...

                            I had done a transaction of 1500 rupees and the Payment Id: pay_BtkfdIdIiIxiDZ. During the process due to technical issue the transaction was not completed and amount was not credited to the end customer, but my card was debited with 1500 rupees. Could you please refund me the 1500 as I have done a separate transaction to the end customer as first one was unsuccessful. Now for the product of 1500 I end up paying 3000. Wrote to [protected]@jeeves.co.in multiple times but NO resulution. If I do not get my money back then I go to consumer forum and will file an FIR too if required.                                 I have purchased redmi note 5 pro mobile with complete mobile protection plan, but unfortunately on 4th feb 2019 my mobile got damaged accidentally. I am trying to reach to customer care of jeeves[protected] but there was no answer from the customer care. When i sent email for claiming my damage through complete mobile protection they called me on 5th feb and took my address for picking up damage phone for repairing assuring that within 1 day they will pick phone after paying 500 excess fee but they sent payment link on 13 feb.in between my location changed and sent an email about updating new address for pick up but didn't respond. On 15 feb they sent an email that they have cancelled my claim request as my excess rs.500 payment time has expired. My question is why all of there numbers are always busy and they don't respond to emails also. They cancelled claim without calling me.
                                Please help to settle my claim.

                                I purchased my Real Me 2 Pro mobile from Flipkart with Jeeves complete mobile protection plan (JPPOFFK803808)and as my phone slipped from hand and the front screen was damage thus contacted Jeeves, they firstly conveyed to pay INR. 500 as processing fee to proceed further even it was under insurance active plan, as was almost only 6 months old. Further for pick up only they took 2 weeks and was finally picked on 04 June 2019 & got written mail confirmation from them same was received at their end on 08 June 2019, further it is worst experience i am getting as till date 08 July 2019 no body knows exact status of my phone in customer care & above all on 28 June when contacted customer care at [protected] Yuvraj confirmed that i am getting my phone back in 48 hours with demanding on any complaint number for easy follow up further he refused and later on re asking he gave me a number [protected] & on 30 June i received a call from customer care that phone will be delivered in this week (Week 27) and today 08 July they are saying phone under repair.
                                Till now i have mailed various time to their mail id [protected]@jeeves.co.in & customer care but no confirm response got till date. On asking for any other senior or contact mail id they don't have any ?????

                                It has been a headache with such a unprofessional company & i just want to know whether these kind of companies are taking customers on ride, as Insurance they should have a Grievance cell with mentioned mail id and contact details. Is Government is having regulations on this kind of cheats company making customers fool and taking to a ride.

                                      This jeeves consumer service company is sharing customer details with fraudsters. Period.

                                      I bought a mi tv from flipkart recently for which jeeves is supposed to do installation and demo. First of all the company's technician is making fake commitments from last two days regarding installation, just passing time so that the return period is over. Leaving this issue aside i will come to the main issue i found out.

                                      I came to know that my newly purchased number which is separate from the number registered on flipkart, was shared with some low profile fraudsters who tried to lure me by saying that i won a tata safari and then asking me to deposit a registration fee. A quick search in google revealed that how many people got defrauded like this and all of them being flipkart customers. Generally every one must be blaming flipkart but i know that it's not flipkart is not the culprit because this is not the first time i did online shopping on flipkart. But this time i ordered a mi device which was to be installed by jeeves and i shared my new number with jeeves, and next day i got fraud call. If it wasn't a new phone number even i would blame flipkart. But jeeves got caught this time. Jeeves is giving customer service for mi products in india l, and given the success of mi in india, jeeves is making money by sharing customers information with fraudsters who cheat innocent customers who feel that they got genuine call after purchase of new item from flipkart.

                                      My motive of sharing this message is to make people aware of the fraud that is happening and to request any authority who might be reading this to put an enquiry on this company's data sharing policy so as to stop innocent people from getting cheated and losing their hard earned money.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        Our ration holder subhash, (Address: adarsh nagar, ballabgarh, faridabad, haryana). Did not distribute complete ration to us. He did fraud in ration distribution and do misbehave with my mother and every time he say's don't have ration for you. And sometime provide grain but did not distribute sugar and mustard only. I think he is doing black marketing.

                                        Pls take appropriate action against him. And let me know if you required more information.
