I had purchased a mobile (Mi note 5 pro) from flipkart on 12.08.2018. Everything is ok except its brightness. Its ok inside the home, but the display is not visible under the sky day light because of its low brightness.
The issue was conveyed to flipkart to replace my mobile on 14.08.2018. They diverted the issue to jeeves for technical visit.
On two successive visit, the technician gave wrong feedback to flipkart without doing any thing stating that "problem has been solved by troubleshooting".
Upon that i had written to customer support of jeeves as well as flipkart. The details is like below:-

What do you call as "troubleshooting", by simply taking some photographs of my mobile and uploading to your system?? — i think so.

Did your technician (Jani basa mob no. [protected]) show any professionalism during his two visits??
On the first day, he told to update the mobile so that brightness would come up and took some photographs of my mobile.
On the second day, when i told that there is nothing to update the mobile, which he agreed so and told it was difficult to compare the brightness of my mobile with that of him (As he was not in possession of mi note 5 pro) and took some photographs again. He also told to convey the flipkart to solve my problem without any technician visit (As the problem is not a physical damage or so).
The same thing i conveyed to flipkart customer care and she promised to take care at around 1400 to 1430 hrs yesterday.
But, at around 1800 hrs (On 17.08.2018), i got one msg from jeeves as "service completed". On opening my flipkart account, i shocked to see that my problem has been solved through troubleshooting and my return request has been rejected.
What the hell are you doing??
Are you playing with flipkart and harassing the end customer?? Or there be any settlement between you??
I am 100% sure about my mobile that it is a defective one (Less bright — not able to read under the sky, day light) because i have compared with my colleagues' mobiles with same make & model. But you didn't. And yet you had passed on comments as "problem solved by troubleshooting"!!!
Once you can not serve the end customer properly, then how can you post such comment to flipkart? Even after the second request, your technician did not show any interest to solve the issue. If it is beyond your limit, then simply you would have commented else. What monetary gain you had achieved for the false comment i don't know, but your service has spread a very bad image.
I am very very unhappy to both (Jeeves & flipkart) of you.
