    The technician came to my house on 24th May 2018 and took over an hour to check out the remote as well as TV. He dismantled it, opened it up took pictures etc and finally told me a part needs to be replaced and he will get it done in a week's time. He took INR 750/- for his visit

    It has been now 13 days and no one from Jeeves has called to give me an update, no technician has come to install the fresh part, no status has been shared -- nothing at all

    My complaint ID is 8E23-33487MBSCJC-5639089. I called the technician -- he asked me to call customer care as he had no information. I called customer care they have no information and have asked me to call Hitachi. When I finally asked them why exactly I have paid them INR 750 when I had to call Hitachi any which ways they have said they have given me a stupid standard dialogue saying that they "will contact the concerned team and resolve the problem in 10-12 working days".

    There is no update, call, SMS, email of any status or any thing given to the . customer. There is no option of tracking on the website. After receiving INR 750/- they are not interested in taking any responsibility. There is not even a customer complaint option on their website

    I feel this is a sham to rob people of their money

      I have booked a ac installation of samsung.
      On 04/06/2018, my ac was installed on 05/06/2018 at approx 11 pm i havent use my ac yesterday night.
      Because i have not fix the light board today boars was fixed and when i on my ac there was water leakege in ac front front side of on/off switch of ac i have called the person since morning..
      But my problem is still remain...

      from Flipkart Order OD[protected], delivered on 20th Oct, everyday since then we are getting message that it will be installed on 21-Oct, 22-Oct, 23-Oct and now 24-Oct. I Called up tollfree at least 10 times but no resolution, today itself we called up 4 times. Worst service

        I have brought a polaroid tv 2 months ago and there was a problem with the tv after that i raised a complaint with jeeves consumer service which provides service for this brand. Engineer visited the site and after checking informed that motherboard is not working and he will raise the incident for the new part and get it replaced which will take 4-5 days. The date complaint was raised was on 26 may 2018 after that i regularly checked the status from this consumer service and they are saying that they did not have received the part from the manufacturer (Powerful technologies). I talked with powerful technologies regarding the part and they said that consumer service jeeves raised the request and other documents with the delay of 2 days, after that they told me that they had dispatched the part on 29th of may to the jeeves office and the jeeves service engineer and customer care saying that they request is pending for the part and they have still not recieved the part and still saying that it will take further 1 week to resolve the issue. I am not getting clear information on where the request is pending and when it will get resolve really getting disappointed services and frustrated answeres from their part...

        Please help out..!!

          tv installation and demo

          Ticket id: 8e18-27013flpkrt-5570594. Installation for tv. It would be completed by 22 may 2018. Called customer care at saturday, he told it would be completed by 48 hours. Have no updates so far your end. Flipkart has given your service engineer contact number. I called him but he told that it is not assigned to him. Please assign the engineer and do it right away....

            I had purchased vu 39 led tv on 27th january from flipcart. I have called several times there is no response. I bought the extended warranty of 2years from jeeves to protect my television.

            So my problem is picture is not appearing properly on the screen since 20 days only audio is audible.

              I request for vivo v9 replacement which i have ordered in flipkart.

              Jeeves consumer services supposed to do technical visit on 5th april 2018.

              They called and kept rescheduling the time till 7th april and atlast without doing technical visit they cancelled my return request.

              This is the second worst experience iam facing with jeeves consumer services

                Jeeves consumer service private limited was the company to which flipkart assigned the installation request for my lg ac.

                I request the jeeves consumer service private limited that do not uninstall the ac untill my replacement comes.

                Mr. Abdul and mr. Kalil from jeeves consumer service private limited said that replacement will be done within today and we will do free installation for the replacement unit by tomorrow.

                But as they said i haven't get the replacement unit on the same day and i got it 4 days later and now they are refusing to do installation for free of cost.

                  Jeeves is the worst thing which flipkart can do to their consumers. I purchased a microwave from flipkart which was delivered on 7th march. I received a message saying that the technician will come on 8th, he did not come and rescheduled the visit for the next day. This saga has been continuing and still there hasn't been an installation yet, it is 12th today. I have called both jeeves customer service centre and the technicians assigned almost 3 days every day with no avail. I have lost my two working days thursday and friday waiting for jeeves folks to come home. I did not go out of the house on weekend because they assured they will come. This is pure harrassment, i have all the call and sms records handy with me to pursue this against jeeves and flipkart.

                      I purchased a vu tv for office use from flipkart.com on october 13th, 2017 and my order id is od[protected].
                      Flipkart has send a technician from jeeves consumer services to install the tv in my office. At the time of installation a person named sundeep ([protected]) from jeeves has arrived and installed the tv to the wall as i preferred. I was dissatisfied believing the tv might fall down coz it seem's very loosely fitted to the wall. He gave me assurance that he has installed n number of tv's and he was sure it will never fall down and if it happens he will replace it with new one.
                      Later, after a week, the installed tv fell down and broken. I called him and asked him to replace it. He requested me not to complain about the tv as the warranty will get effect and he promised to replace the tv under warranty and assured me the inspection team will be sent by his company and they write a report according to our will that the tv is damaged while courier. I have not believed him and i asked him to connect me to his manager. His manager named aravind ([protected]) called me and he also assured the same and requested me not to complain as the career of the technician will get spoiled. I believed him and accepted. He asked me to put a complain to vu that the tv is not working and vu will send a technician, and manager aravind assured me that the technician will write the report that tv got damaged while courier. I implemented to what he urged. Later, when the technician came for inspection, he has confirmed that the tv got damaged by felling off from the wall and noted the complaint. I called back to the manager again, there is no response from him and same reaction with the person who is responsible for the tv breakdown. Now, the tv is still not replaced and the vu has closed the ticket. I got the phone recordings of the manager and the person who imperfectly installed the tv. Seeking for justice. Thank you.

                        I was very much tempted with the offer as i was already looking to take an insurance for my led tv.
                        On the websites first page it was written every thing is covered. All defects, physical damage, free transportation, bla bla blaa..
                        But when i dig deep in the terms & condition, they have smartly excluded everything which they have promised.

                        They are trying to sell it in the name of flipkart.

                        I read few reviews on this website & got saved from this company.

First time technical visit completed but he did not submitted any report to flipkart. That tech visit person asked me that he will take the mobile to shop and do the repair and give it back. I objected that option, because it is a new mobile. Again flipkart arranged 2nd tech visit, for that jeeves shared tech...

                          Brand vu (Serial: 3te40m16020801hbra18112) extended warranty from jeeves consumer services pvt. Ltd (Plan id : jppof10420).
                          I had issue with my led tv display and as i have extended warranty already, i have raised a service request with jeeves and case id:7l7-33677hysc[protected] on 7th dec 2017.

                          I have received an email confirmation from jeeves team that the part is not available with the manufacturer and the manufacturer has stopped the supply. Jeeves team provided me with 2 options for the warranty to proceed.

                          Customer product invoice purchased value is :17990rs (As per invoice shared) applied 23 % depreciation value : 4137rs post depriciation final value : 13852rs two options available:

                          Option 1. We propose you any replacement tv from flipkart (Recommended) whose value is equivalent to depreciated value of your claim.in this option, you need not make any payments.

                          Option 2. You can also choose any replacement tv from flipkart (Recommended) whose price is higher than depreciated value. Kindly share the details of replacemnet tv (Make and full model number) in the response to this mail. We will once you pay the differential amount (Through payment link shared by us), we will go ahead and purchase the product on your behalf.

                          Accordingly, i have opted for option 2 and communicated same via email.

                          I have opted to buy another vu tv of similar model which is costed at inr 23999.00. Payment is done via link (https://rzp.io/i/EQ5GsPI). differential amount of inr 10147.00 has been paid to them (Jeeves). Confirmation email with payment id (Pay_9ggnrwmwjbnirv) has been sent to my email.

                          No further communication has been received from jeeves team with regards to my case, and also no proper information is being provided. Every time i made call to their support care, they have asked me to wait for 5 days. Causing more delay in processing my service request, and not responding over my emails has caused me to file a complaint.

                            I bought 40" led bpl tv via flipkart on 02-oct-2016. Exactly on nov 2017, the tv was dead. I raised call with jeeves for service. Almost 45 days over, on 6th dec 2017, service engineer confirm that the motherboard to be changed.

                            I have paid the service charge also. I too confirmed to replace the board, now one month over, i dont get any update.in mid i asked him, he said that the order has been placed for the board.

                            Again i called to jeeves customer support, they apologies for the delay, said that the issue will be fixed in another 7 days.

                            Very much frustrated, almost 45 days over, children vacation also over, new year over, but i dont get any update for my issue.

                            Can you update me the status? And fix the issue on priority?

                              Hello,

                              I had purchased a vu 55 inch led tv on 7th december and installed on the 14th december. However the installation was not done proper as the wall mount is slightly tilted to one side, at the time of installation i could not notice this but later on i did notice this issue and complained to jeeves and to flipkart. However both have declined to send the engineer to correct this issue and jeeves are demanding additional 750 rupees to address this issue.

                              It was not communicated by the engineer or the jeeves customer care specialist at the time of installation that any further visit will be chargeable. They just asked for generic feedback and disconnected.

                              I would like my complaint to be resolved and the installation done properly without any charge.

                                I have registered complaint no. 7l2-32095dlsc[protected] to customer care no. Of jeeves on 02/12/2017. But still there is no solution given from jeeves from last 23 days.

                                I have called several times on customer care no. As well as email send to respective persons, but every time the told me that require spare will be dispatch in 5-6 days. But after 20 days there no action taken from their end.

                                Hence i need to replace my vu led 32 " tv with new one.

                                  I bought LG LED TV from "flipkart" on 7/10/2016. On the installation day, i bought the extended warranty of 2 years from "jeeves" on my LG Led TV (dated-7/10/16) as suggested by "flipkart" demonstration person. My TV stopped working on 19/11/2017 ie the product is in extended warranty period. I had complaint in "jeeves" (Complaint number[protected] on 19/11/2017 and their technician visited the home on 20/11/2017 . He informed me that the motherboard has defect and clicked the picture of the parts of product, invoice copy of product as well as of the "jeeves" extended warranty card. He informed me that the motherboard will be replaced with in a week. Its been more than 20 days from the date of complaint and my product is still not repaired . I am tired of calling their customer care as they say the same thing each time i call that "the motherboard is not received by us from LG brand till date and wait for another week". I am very disappointed with the "jeeves" THIRD CLASS service and support as well as with the "flipkart" for having such collaboration with such types of companies. The experience has been worst and total wastage of money and time.
                                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and stop these fraudulent companies from making fool of customers.
                                  I want my LG LED TV repaired as soon as possible, as i feel 20 days are more than enough time for a motherboard replacement and repair of TV.

                                  Is this the kind of CUSTOMER CARE you boast oFF!!!. It's been more than 45 days since i logged the complain of my LG LED tv. You only make fool of the customers. Every time i call at your CUSTOMER CARE, you preach the same time over and over again "that wait for a week!". I sincerely want to know "do you really want to repair my tv or not, and if not i want my insurance money back!!!". You have an intention to pass the 2 year insurance time period only by delaying the service.
                                  Now the things have become clear. These are your cheap tactics, you keep on delaying the service making it so hard on the customer part. SO that, at last customer repairs on his own .#SHAME. Its better if you shut down your cheap company. I swear i will never buy anything from you in future and will tell the same to my family and friends!!!
                                  Each time i call customer support, they says that "we did not recieve the motherboard from LG yet and our senior person will revert back to you".I don't get any revert from any senior person till date.
                                  I am really fed up off this ### s**it. What you guys think of yourself #jeeves?
                                  I am just waiting for couple of days more to see if you repair this or not!!

                                  I will take this to social media platforms as well - facebook twitter etc to show the public "what a fraud you jeeves are!!" to aware everyone of your cheap tactics and worst customer care support
                                  and hence no one will buy anything from you in future.
                                  I strongly believe there should be more stricter laws to prevent such fraudulent company making fools of customers. they are playing with public resources whether that be money, time or even life making profits for themselves!
                                  I think, they have 7 day policy, request for 80% money back(product price) from flipkart.
