Hi team,

I have claim against my phone as it was damaged on 18th of april qnd my device was pick on 26th and delivered you on 29th according to you tat it must be delivered back to me within 10 days. I have call customer care so many time but they reply our concern person will call you back soon but no one call back and same is with the mail. I am getting same time of reply everytime.

Yesterday only i have file the complaint against you guys in police station and tomorrow i will go to consumer court to file complaint against you guys.

I have still not received any reply from the jeeves, while there executive are talking rude now i have speaked with executive name Manohar he told me that you will surely received a call from us within 24 hour but still no response.
I bought my VU television on 14th may 2019. On the same day i bought your 2 year extended warranty pack. Now my television is start giving me problems. I want you to send your technician to look after my television.

    I bought tv from flipkart for which i bought extended warranty from jeeves. But somehow tv was having technical issues, so i returned my tv. So need to cancel the extended warranty also as tv been returned.
    I called customer care of jeeves and they suggested me to write mail to [protected]@jeeves.co. I wrote mail on dt. 16.05.2019 regarding refund of my amount which i have paid i.e. Rs.1930. But till date i have not received any response from them. I use to send them reminders but still i didn't received and response.
    I am wondering how they support if someone is having warranty claim related issue.

      Hi,

      In Sept 2018, I bought an Iphone 8 from Flipkart and being on a safer side also went ahead with their Extended Warranty Plan which is supported by Jeeves Consumer Services.

      Somehow phone faced some issues and having that warranty I felt a bit in luck, but for last 15 days I have been chasing their customer care to update me with the status of my device but there has been no response from their end, keeping the fact in mind that they offer warranty with 10 days service and return guarantee.

      The people at Jeeves are the worst example of customer service and whenever I call up their customer service they never have a clue of what is going on.

      I have only been getting a timeline of 48 hours every time I call mentioning, " We will let you know", but after 15 days of time they have not updated with my devices status nor have they returned it to me.

      Following are the details:

      Jeeves has not been replying to my messages and they have not returned my device.

        I have bought a mi led tv 4a pro from flipkart.com and it was delivered within the expected date on 17.05.2019 (Friday). The installation and demo services was allotted to jeeves consumer services pvt ltd and scheduled to be done within 19.05.2019 (Sunday). I recieved a call from jeeves asansol office on 18.05.2019 and they appointed an service person named sintu but when i called him, he told he wouldn't be able to do it on 18.05.2019. Hence i called back jeeves office and they told to appoint another person which was never done. Next day ie on 19.05.2019 i called them again and they gave me some false excuses and by afternoon they admitted that they are going to do the installation on next day ie 20.05.2019. On the following day ie 20.05.2019 i called them again and they appointed another person named rajesh das for the installation and when i called rajesh he told me that some other person would visit amd call me for the same (Which was a false excuse). Today is 21.05.2019 (Tuesday) and when i called them they are giving the same false excuses as every other day. It's already 4 days since the tv was delivered and the installation is still not done by jeeves and they are the worst service company i ever came across.

        The message i received from Flipkart read:

        "Installation and Demo Scheduled: Installation and Demo for Mi LED Smart TV 4A Pro 108 cm (43) with Android with order ID OD[protected] has been scheduled with jeeves con-sumer services private limited. Your service request number for the same is FINM-27YBIM-T1HFRJ-1C4LWZ-7DNRPGY and will be done on Sunday, May 19, 2019."
        Call not responding any time
        Worst response I am call waiting at 20min

          I want to know my hendset is reapiared by you or realme and i have insurance or you will pay 80% of my heandset price so why i'm paying 10868 ruppes for repair after claim total price is 1275 ruppes

            Customer care allocated engineer sharath who misbehaved
            On complaining to customer care they also misbehaved
            AC installation did not happen even after a month
            Bunch of gundas in Jeeves
            Like to tell everyone to stop using services of this company else you will be burning your hands
            They are fraud, cheater and gundas

              I am having a handsets/wu04425/mi
              Hsn : 85171290 and purchased as per bill on dated[protected]. And invoice number is fabber[protected]

              I have visited a service center at malviya nagar, and he has told that the handset is out of warranty due to physical damage.

              I have seen but not exactly as he told.

              This handset (Mi note 5) is under warranty and under one year warranty extended plan
              Jeeves Consumer Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              They tool 7k from me and installed a faulty motherboard in my smart tv they also said they will provide 3 month warranty. But soon after next day of installation i informed them that its faulty but after that no one dare to pick my phone calls nor jeeves helpline is entertaining me.

              Jeeves is a fraud company, stay away from them.

                  My extended warranty plan number is jppoffk250891, i had submitted my device on 18th april and still i have not recieved my device yet every time i call customer care they say the item is pending for part and this has been going on since 18th april 2019 now i am saying that please send the device without repair but they are not doing so, i am really stuck and feeling like they are doing fraud.
                  Now i am not able to understand what to do so finally i have decided to go to consumer court for filling a fraud case against them

                    Complaint against Jeeves for not attending calls after giving appointment for installation of Split AC. at Sky net tower Zirakpur location .
                    Staff of Jeeves Ms. Sheetal Oberoi called up in the morning and fix up an appointment for evening for AC installation on 5.00 PM on 06th May 2019.My husband had taken a short leave to attend the installation in front of him. Till 7.00 PM No one called up and reach the destination. At 7.05PM Ms. Sheetal Oberoi again called up and taken appointment for next one hour i.e 8.00 PM.

                    Till 9.15 PM no one is there.
                    This is what the customer service Provided by Jeeves to consumers. I have read a lot many complaints regarding your technicians on Flipkart. Flipkart is a brand and Jeeves is spoiling the Brand image .

                    Sheetal Oberoi is not picking phone since 5.00 PM and giving excuse on 7.05 PM that she is in meeting. and again fixed up appointment for 8.00 PM. without confirmation from technicians.

                    Concern is Jeeves is providing Paid service.
                    Who will pay the Half day expense of my husband.
                    My husband recommended to cancel the order of flipkart also. and raise the issue in consumer forum for harrasing mentally and loss of financial matter.

After 1 month there was liquid damage so there team took the mobile from my place. Now they are saying after repair the mobile has been dispath but i have still not received back. It has more then 15 days. I have mailing since 15 days but no response at all. I have call many time but there also no response. Pathetic service. Please dont take there fraud schemes. Also dont buy from flipkart. They are also dont listening.

                          I was facing issue with my refrigerator which is under extended warranty with Jeeves. I registered complaint with Jeeves customer care on 29th April. Its been two days no engineer visited till now. I also followed up with the assigned engineer couple of times, today EOD i.e. 5/1/19, he says " I don't repair refrigerators, next day i will ask my manager to re-assign the request ".                             Have raised a claim for theft on plan id jppoffk1337329 on 15th april 2019. Have submitted documents over [protected]@protect.co.in and mobile. [protected]@bajajallianz.co.in with invoice, cancelled cheque, id proof, fir under section 154.

                            The claim is rejected. The customer care number people keeps call on hold and do not transfer to supervisors.

                            Have been told to wait 2 days, 3 days, it has been 14 days till now.

                              I'll order poco f1 mobile in flipkart.. I'll face the issue in simple card slot.. Flipkart will arrange tech visit thru jeeves consumer service mr. Jaya prakash yesterday i'll to more then 6 times sill now no response from jaya prakash.. Very very worst technician i'll saw it & mr.                               Flipkart delivered my TV 120 hour ago... and my expected installation demo date also gone... but jeeves do not installed my TV... they cheat on me everyday... but he did not come to my home for setting my TV... it is horrible experience.. waste my because of jeeves.. plz come fast and installed my tv

                                I had bought a mobile phone on 9th of february 2019 (Asus zenfone max m2) from flipkart along with that i also bought mobile complete care protection i. E sort of mobile insurance from "jeeves consumer services". On 15th of april i had faced some issues in my mobile phone so i claim my insurance for the service of my mobile against policy id: jppoffk1459634 on 18th of april 2019. Company registered my complaint and told me that mobile issue can be resolve within 10 working days. But even after a week of registering my complain they didn't taken any action to resolve my problem and every time i call them they tell me to just wait, but they hardly doing anything for that.

                                So, please help to resolve my issue and yes i paid for the insurance

                                  I had purchased an asus brand mobile handset with the following details: asus zenfone max pro m1 (Black, 64 gb) 1. [imei/serial no: [protected], [protected] i bought an 'accidental damage protection plans' from 'jeeves' as well along with the purchase of mobile handset which would be valid after the expiry of brand warranty and is meant to be valid for a period of one year. I had an accident in which my mobile screen was damaged. Since i had the complete cover, i reported the event to jeeves and registered my request "claim id ad[protected]" under plan id "jppoffk452945". As per the t&c and protocol of jeeves, they asked me to pay a sum of inr 500 for the designated repairs after receiving the requested documents from me through email. I completed the payment following which i was advised to go to their repair partner to submit my handset. I had submitted the handset as requested on 25th of march 2019 for which i had received a job sheet with case id no.: jcha[protected]. Now as per their protocol my phone should be repaired and delivered to the designated place by now but surprisingly, i receive 2 calls from jeeves stating that 'we can not repair your phone since it has been repaired by a third-party' now, the following suspicion arise: 1) from the very first day of my purchase, my phone was with me and there was no problem with the phone so their claim of 'third-party repair' is falsely generated. 2) i was insured and there is no logic of taking my phone to a third party repair. I was told that some part is missing from your mobile handset, now, i find it hard to understand how could my phone was even working if some part was missing. Here i stand deeply frustrated and helpless. I strongly condemn their behaviour.

                                    This is a horrible experience i am having from jeeves. They were suppose to install my dining table on 31st march and now it’s 2nd april, teacnician did come, upon calling he said he will come tomorrow. I called again, a child picked up the call and gave me a different number i called that different number and no one responded. I am seriously done with jeeves services. I had to call flipkart for this. I want my table installation done today. As we didn’t unpack the furniture, delaying this will stop us from replacement if the product is defective.

                                      My policy number is JPPOFFK658390, i had given the phone to repair on 12th Feb 2018 and have not recieved it back yet. It has been more than 2 months now and I am not getting an update from them. Their customer care is worst and wont even reply to the calls. I fear that they have lost my mobile. I have called them around 50 times now and mailed them multiple times too but they don't respond to anything, they just put the phone on hold and dont get back...please dont buy their fake policy as damaged phone is far better than not having phone...Please help me with the refund.

                                        Address: B14, tribhuvan park society near gnfc township, zadeshwar bypass Road, Bharuch, Gujarat, 392011

                                        Purchased mitashi ac @ jan 18 but only after one year on 30th march 2019 i started it, its not working anymore.
                                        After one hours of operation it's not chilling anymore
                                        Compressor also running but no cooling in room.
                                        Also in turbo mode nothing is happening.
                                        Mitashi ac are not so good.

                                        I have mentioned my address so required resolution as soon as possible in to this matter.
                                        Kindly do needful.
