Last two times technician visit done and i have clearly mentioned handset create lots of problems like screen and speakers related issue so i have replacement required for the some product. But technical executive not provide honest review from customer to flipkart. And flipkart cancel my replacement request every time.

    I need a call from the senior to resolve my complaint along with the reply on my 2 emails sent in last 2 days. I need a refund of the wall mount for MI TV which was faulty and refunded by FLIPKART already and after talked with the manager operations I sent email with REFUND Email attached to [protected]@jeeves.co.in. He assured me the same that we will refund in next 3 business days but no action taken. A copy of this email is attached to the consumer forum for the further legal process.

    This is another (3rd email and 3 calls) in regards to the refund of my wall mount installed at my home installed by your executive for my MI LED. The TV was faulty and was refunded by FLIPKART somehow my wall mount is still not refunded by your FLIPKART or your company. Finally, after spending and wasting a lot of time with your customer care, Branch manager who assured me to get a refund in 3-5 business days (which never happen) along with FLIPKART customer care who asked me to get in touch with you only, I decided to forward to consumer court.

    Your brands are making fool to consumers and not giving after sales client satisfaction. I sent my refund email to JEEVES AND FLIPKART but no reply. Enough time wasted!!

      I purchased mi 43 " tv from flip kart. The installation of the tv was scheduled fro 6th oct 2018 and to be done by jeeves (Subcontractor to flip kart).
      One mr yogesh (Mob no [protected]) from jeeves came and installed the tv. As per the understanding with flipkart, i was supposed to pay rs 500/- for installation, however, by telling false stories he took, rs. 650/- from me. Later i told this to jeeves person who contacted me to take feedback. He assured me that suitable action will be taken against him though my money cannot be returned.
      By writing this message i want to caution all the people availing services from jeeves to be extremely careful about the person referred above.

        I bought lg tv with jeeves extended warranty of 2 years. On friday i. E 05th october 2018, i had called to jeeves for some issues in my tv he told me that their representative will call you within 24 to 48 hours but today is 10.10.2018 after 5 days no one has called me and when i called into their customer number today they told me that first you have to send me a mail. So, guys please don't buy jeeves extended warranty i had done a mistake...

        I bought nokia 6.1 plus from flipkart but i faced many problem such as flashlight and camera overheating and phone hanging problem also audio is not working while playing video but jeeves tech visit is fake very very bad and technician not completed conversation and go out of the house to unannounced visits and not resolve problem and further giving wrong report so my return request rejected by flipkart so i complain to higher authority of jeeves please provide replacement from flipkart

        My complain is about Nokia 6.1 plus smartphone which is defective and tech visit of Jeeves company is fake very very bad . I complaining to Jeeves please provide Replacement from Flipkart because your technician update wrong report online So my return request is cancelled five times.

          After request for replacement flipkart arranged jeeves technician visit to verify, so the technician named mohammed shahid without visiting and checking mobile updates that issue is solved by troubleshooting, i am shocked by professionalism of that guy, worst service won't buy anything from flipkart because jeeves is owned by them only, so guys hereafter buy from amazon for hassle free experience in case of such problems, and i am gonna share it to all social media to maximum extent so that jeeves fraud company is shut down or atleast people stop buying from flipkart

            Mr salil kumar (Technician) have been assigned to visit my asus gen phone max pro m1. I show him my problem on my phone they only do hard boot of my phone and said to me wait for 24 hour your problem will be resolve. Before resolving my problem they have given feedback to flipkart that issue have been resolved. Which is wrong feedback. And my return replacement cancelled based on mr salil kumar feedback from flipkart team. I am facing problem on the same.
            One que in my mind..
            If they have given time to me for 24 hour how they can give feed back to flipkart before 24 hour.

              I had purchased a mobile (Mi note 5 pro) from flipkart on 12.08.2018. Everything is ok except its brightness. Its ok inside the home, but the display is not visible under the sky day light because of its low brightness.
              The issue was conveyed to flipkart to replace my mobile on 14.08.2018. They diverted the issue to jeeves for technical visit.
              On two successive visit, the technician gave wrong feedback to flipkart without doing any thing stating that "problem has been solved by troubleshooting".
              Upon that i had written to customer support of jeeves as well as flipkart. The details is like below:-

              To jeeves:-
              What do you call as "troubleshooting", by simply taking some photographs of my mobile and uploading to your system?? — i think so.

              What's wrong with you?

              Did your technician (Jani basa mob no. [protected]) show any professionalism during his two visits??
              On the first day, he told to update the mobile so that brightness would come up and took some photographs of my mobile.
              On the second day, when i told that there is nothing to update the mobile, which he agreed so and told it was difficult to compare the brightness of my mobile with that of him (As he was not in possession of mi note 5 pro) and took some photographs again. He also told to convey the flipkart to solve my problem without any technician visit (As the problem is not a physical damage or so).

              The same thing i conveyed to flipkart customer care and she promised to take care at around 1400 to 1430 hrs yesterday.

              But, at around 1800 hrs (On 17.08.2018), i got one msg from jeeves as "service completed". On opening my flipkart account, i shocked to see that my problem has been solved through troubleshooting and my return request has been rejected.

              What the hell are you doing??
              Are you playing with flipkart and harassing the end customer?? Or there be any settlement between you??

              I am 100% sure about my mobile that it is a defective one (Less bright — not able to read under the sky, day light) because i have compared with my colleagues' mobiles with same make & model. But you didn't. And yet you had passed on comments as "problem solved by troubleshooting"!!!

              Once you can not serve the end customer properly, then how can you post such comment to flipkart? Even after the second request, your technician did not show any interest to solve the issue. If it is beyond your limit, then simply you would have commented else. What monetary gain you had achieved for the false comment i don't know, but your service has spread a very bad image.

              I am very very unhappy to both (Jeeves & flipkart) of you.

                My plan id is jppof14904. I had taken the extended warranty with you guys which i have realised now was a mistake. First of all your policy to rectify the issue in 15 to 20 days is simply appalling. Secondly i have called your customer service 15 times and everytime they respond that they can't hear me. Finally somebody made a mistake of answering my call when i was raise a complaint.

                Than comes your technician ravi who is neither trained nor any ettiquettes. He came & did something and said it is working now however it didn't. I tried reaching him on the same day however he didn't responded.

                Than comes his manager tarun, after much chase he answered and said you need to raise a new request. I have raised a new request and it's been 19 days that my tv isn't working. When i am trying to reach your customer service number they can't hear me & when i am trying to reach ravi or tarun, they r not answering.

                  I am arvind sharma. My (Claim id: ew[protected]) i have raised a complaint on 22nd june 2018. For repairing my bpl tv. Purchased from flipkart. I have sent mail to extended warranty team many times. And called to customer care 20-25 times. For my complaint. They sent service engineer 3 times. Who are not able to diagnose the real problem they came and detect new problem every time. Its been more than 2 months. They are neither refunding or repeating tv. Alway have same answer, sir please wait 4-5 days.. I got frustrated to the.

                  What kind of service you provide your customers? What kind of engineers you provided to customers for installation. Which is not response to customers either he is coming or not. My installation date is fix 13 Aug 2018 and time is 2:00 pm. But your engineers not come till 9:00 PM. I still waiting because your engineer ask to me coming 6:15 PM.

                      Hello team, i got my led mi 32"on 25th and today was last date for installation which is 29th july 2018. Now service engineer refused to give service today and said today is sunday we have holiday. This kind of service never acceptable to any customer. Kindly provide us proper on time service.
                      We have so many options for purchasing product but why we purchased online to get on time service. Now this reason are happening.

                      Request you to provide me installation of wall mounting at any cost today.

                        Your engineer Vishal Saxena from Agra cheated with me. His contact no. is [protected]. Flipkart cheated with me. Engineer Vishal Saxena clearly understood the issue of my faulty handset ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 64 GB during the last technical visit on 2 july 2018. He said there is the issue in fingerprint sensor and it is not resolved. He said that he is not satisfied with the device and he mentioned in his job form that Issue is not resolved. And then he took my signature on that form and clearly said that your refund will be done within 2 days. But he cheated with me. He updated the fake report in my issue. next day there was a message shown on my portal that Your issue is resolved. What is this ? Are you people kidding with me ? What nonsense is this ? I have called flipkart about this issue but received no calls from them since now. Very irresponsible from Jeeves. Call me now and resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund my money. After so much frustration, i have again requested for Tech visit and got the sms from jeeves and the no. of technician vishal saxena. but he didnt pickup my call. i have called him 50 times. A girl from jeeves called me 5 times a day and said that " sir, dont worry a technical visit is scheduled for today 11 july 2018 and technician will call you for visit but no one called me till 6:25 pm then i called jeeves they said that we can not send the technician for visit.

                        I bought a honor 9 lite smartphone on June 2018 from flip kart and make insured under jeeves and now my phone display is damaged.
                        Same happened with me..the technician cheated me

                        Redmi Note 5 Pro (Blue, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) purchased from Flipkart and returned the product on next day itself because camera is worst and also when downloading the images from any social media the quality of the image is blur and it's worst.
                        Flipkart and Seller are keep on rejecting the return with out any information or notice without visiting my door step .So I need immediate response ASAP.
                        Customers please don't buy any products from flipkart they are delivered the defect pieces. Please be careful buying the products from Flipkart. Thanks

But so far ive got no confirmation or any kinda response from them its world cup season and i really wanna see my matches😡😡

                            It has been 19 days now (Today is 30th june), since i had registered a complaint /service request for my vu tv that is not turning on [case id: 8f12ewjcsth-5815848]. Around 18 days back 1 service engineer from jeeves came, checked the tv, took pictures of product serial and shared it with someone saying 'it is being forwarded to company to get spare part/motherboard, they will come and replace the part within 3 working days'.

                            I have been trying to track the progress since then but everytime i call jeeves customer care they tell an eta of 5 more working days. Everytime they tell that it is under' part-pending' status! Now they stopped responding to my followup mails as well.

                            This is very poor service for which i had paid.

                              Your engineer installed a flexible drain pipe instead of rigid pipe... It is now leaking. I got carrier to look at and it's them who confirmed the fault with drain pipe. Now you people talk of warranty... My concern is why was a flexible pipe used instead of rigid pipe... How do you expect customer to know what pipe needs to be installed. Terrible service. You are not ready to correct your engineers mistake free of cost.

                                My tv has stopped working suddenly. While watching tv the picture disappeared and then even the sound. Resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
                                Reading about ur bad service nd fake service men is very tensing. Hope u might be offering better services now.
                                Stop telling me my complain is small... Consider urself lucky fr me being to the point. Its just a formal complaint not any other informal letter to be long. So stop this foolish ness and act on my complaint or else see u in consumer court.

                                I m not receiving any response from jeeves regarding my complain update. I must take help from consumer grievance cell if this continues.
                                I purchased the split AC from Flipkart and the Jeeves sent two people name Maroof and Mishra for installation. They are thoroughly unprofessional and novice.
                                Resulting in big holes in my walls . In all poor company and bad Installation.

                                  I purchased mi tv from flipkart and was saddled with this worthless company for installation. (Flikart mentions that if installation is done by the customer themselves, warranty shall not be valid). The company shared technicians details over my mobile followed by another message that the appointment is rescheduled. On contacting the call centre next day, another technicians number was provided. The number is switched off and no service is provided. On again calling the call centre, i was made to speak to delhi region representative who said that he shall get the work done. But i have neither received the service or the timelines for delivery of service and today is the end of second day. God know if this company will deliver service or not. Pathetic service. Must be changed by flipkart.

                                  I purchased tv 43 inch from Mi home Madhapur store located in Hyderabad Telangana..its been 5 days i have raise the installation request daily iam information to customer nobody responding proper when i asked about technition showing its shows mi store staff are least bother about the complaint even customer care employees are not helping in the installation process, we calling customer care more then 10 times since last 3 days.

                                    The worst service from jeeves, no followup, no call, no update..
                                    1. I placed service request for my smart tv,
                                    2. After 10 days later i got sms on my registered no your appointment is fixed and the engineer will call and come.
                                    3. But no one call me or came for service, next day i got another sms that "as per your request we reschedule the appointment" where i never ask for reschedule.
                                    4. On12th day i again got sms for appointment is fixed, but no one call me or came for service.
                                    5. On 13th day i again got sms that "as per your request we reschedule the appointment" where i never again ask for reschedule.
                                    6. On day 15th evening i again got sms with engineer contact no.
                                    7. After communication with him for multiple time he came and check my smart tv and said there is software problem. Another engineer will come and fix the issue.
                                    8. After that for next 4 days i didnt get any reply.
                                    9. On 20th day again i got sms said appointment fixed
                                    10. Again the appointment is reschedule from jeeves side
                                    11. So complaint about the service on help desk of kodak, they assured me that the issue will be fix in 2days.
                                    12. But no reply for next 4day.
                                    13 so i again complaint about the service on help desk of kodak.
                                    14. After too much followup from me finally one engineer came and check the tv and said we bring wrong software and don't have software now will come tomorrow.
                                    15. Now there again no replay from 3 dyas and no one is picking up my call

                                    So the worst of the worst service jeeves have, kodak need to look for new service provider.

                                    Till i am waiting for when my smart tv service will be done...

                                    So worst service... After 40day of complaint raised...and so much followup my me, engineer came and replaced the main board, the TV is start and seems ok. But on the next day the smart tv is getting hangs and automatically gets swichoff with some sound. The issue is still same, smart tv gets hangs with some weird sound.. I thik its worst product from kodak with worst and shamless service... Kindly fix the issue as soon as possible I am very much fed_up
                                    Worst service ever. Not recommended
                                    For me its been 60 days brother. Very bitter experience. They are not professionals.

                                      Sir, I am irritating by your service provider I have purchased an AC from the flipkart
                                      in December 2017 and installed it by the jivas service provider.December is the month of winter so we are not used the AC
                                      but now when we started the AC we are facing the water licking problem
