I had done a transaction of 1500 rupees and the Payment Id: pay_BtkfdIdIiIxiDZ. During the process due to technical issue the transaction was not completed and amount was not credited to the end customer, but my card was debited with 1500 rupees. Could you please refund me the 1500 as I have done a separate transaction to the end customer as first one was unsuccessful. Now for the product of 1500 I end up paying 3000. Wrote to [protected]@jeeves.co.in multiple times but NO resulution. If I do not get my money back then I go to consumer forum and will file an FIR too if required. I have all the proofs required also.

      I have purchased redmi note 5 pro mobile with complete mobile protection plan, but unfortunately on 4th feb 2019 my mobile got damaged accidentally. I am trying to reach to customer care of jeeves[protected] but there was no answer from the customer care. When i sent email for claiming my damage through complete mobile protection they called me on 5th feb and took my address for picking up damage phone for repairing assuring that within 1 day they will pick phone after paying 500 excess fee but they sent payment link on 13 feb.in between my location changed and sent an email about updating new address for pick up but didn't respond. On 15 feb they sent an email that they have cancelled my claim request as my excess rs.500 payment time has expired. My question is why all of there numbers are always busy and they don't respond to emails also. They cancelled claim without calling me.
      Please help to settle my claim.

      I purchased my Real Me 2 Pro mobile from Flipkart with Jeeves complete mobile protection plan (JPPOFFK803808)and as my phone slipped from hand and the front screen was damage thus contacted Jeeves, they firstly conveyed to pay INR. 500 as processing fee to proceed further even it was under insurance active plan, as was almost only 6 months old. Further for pick up only they took 2 weeks and was finally picked on 04 June 2019 & got written mail confirmation from them same was received at their end on 08 June 2019, further it is worst experience i am getting as till date 08 July 2019 no body knows exact status of my phone in customer care & above all on 28 June when contacted customer care at [protected] Yuvraj confirmed that i am getting my phone back in 48 hours with demanding on any complaint number for easy follow up further he refused and later on re asking he gave me a number [protected] & on 30 June i received a call from customer care that phone will be delivered in this week (Week 27) and today 08 July they are saying phone under repair.
      Till now i have mailed various time to their mail id [protected]@jeeves.co.in & customer care but no confirm response got till date. On asking for any other senior or contact mail id they don't have any ?????

      It has been a headache with such a unprofessional company & i just want to know whether these kind of companies are taking customers on ride, as Insurance they should have a Grievance cell with mentioned mail id and contact details. Is Government is having regulations on this kind of cheats company making customers fool and taking to a ride.

      My name is muskan i have asue zenfore which i purchased on 1 mar 2019, My phone was having charging issue after all the repair when i received my phone back from your service center and i noticed that the screen is broken from the inside nobody can believe how irresponsible team you have they just can't take care of my cell phone if your team is unable to care the phone why even you are running a service center. Resolve my case as soon as possible.

            This jeeves consumer service company is sharing customer details with fraudsters. Period.

            I bought a mi tv from flipkart recently for which jeeves is supposed to do installation and demo. First of all the company's technician is making fake commitments from last two days regarding installation, just passing time so that the return period is over. Leaving this issue aside i will come to the main issue i found out.

            I came to know that my newly purchased number which is separate from the number registered on flipkart, was shared with some low profile fraudsters who tried to lure me by saying that i won a tata safari and then asking me to deposit a registration fee. A quick search in google revealed that how many people got defrauded like this and all of them being flipkart customers. Generally every one must be blaming flipkart but i know that it's not flipkart is not the culprit because this is not the first time i did online shopping on flipkart. But this time i ordered a mi device which was to be installed by jeeves and i shared my new number with jeeves, and next day i got fraud call. If it wasn't a new phone number even i would blame flipkart. But jeeves got caught this time. Jeeves is giving customer service for mi products in india l, and given the success of mi in india, jeeves is making money by sharing customers information with fraudsters who cheat innocent customers who feel that they got genuine call after purchase of new item from flipkart.

            My motive of sharing this message is to make people aware of the fraud that is happening and to request any authority who might be reading this to put an enquiry on this company's data sharing policy so as to stop innocent people from getting cheated and losing their hard earned money.

              Our ration holder subhash, (Address: adarsh nagar, ballabgarh, faridabad, haryana). Did not distribute complete ration to us. He did fraud in ration distribution and do misbehave with my mother and every time he say's don't have ration for you. And sometime provide grain but did not distribute sugar and mustard only. I think he is doing black marketing.

                  I had purchased mi note 5 pro from flipkart along with damage protection plan of 1 year provided by jeeves consumer services private limited on 17 aug 2018. The plan id for the same is jppoffk435745. I had raised the claim when corresponding to same on 25 dec 18 and did the required pre processing payment of 500 but since then no one from jeeves is bothered to even get the cell collected. They sent us the wrong declaration form and when i enquired they said they will provide me the correct. It's 25 days but no one is bothered.

                    I had purchased a mobile phone from flipkart in oct'18 however ever since my mobile stopped working in dec. I had paid extra to get the complete mobile protection plan which has a validity for a year since purchase.

                    I've tried to reach jeeves helpline numbers (All of them available over the internet eg:[protected] etc) however none work. Moreover, i've sent an email but no response yet, its been almost a week now that there has been no help. This is appalling and also unacceptable since flipkart themselves have confirmed that we've to reach jeeves directly as they too are bound by policies.

                    As per the policy, jeeves is supposed to help me fix my phone along with the given guidelines however since i'm not able to reach them, i'm unable to claim my policy since i'm still covered under warranty.

                      I have raised a complains for my panel repairing. Now they checked panel and telling to replace. But instead of repairing they are giving refund. But i purchased tv with 21k and they refuding me 16800 also what will happend to my extended warranty amount that i paid. They are just looting the customer.
                      I purchased in oct2017 and my extn warranty start in oct18 so its just 2 months. I want them to replace the panel but as cost will high they just refund after deducting the amount of tv and no refund for warranty.

                        I bought a protection plan with my phone from flipkart and it's broken. My phone was picked on 30 nov and, according to plan, i should have received my phone within 10 days but, now it's almost 30 days and whenever i am calling them every time they are saying you will get an update within 48 hours. I have also talked to their senior authorities they are also saying the same thing. Please sort out this issue as soon as possible

                            I buy realme 2 pro from flipcart along with jeeves protection. My mobile got theft after that i call to customer care for claim they dont say anything and accept claim they only say i need a police attested copy for claim and they rejected as say this case of lost cant be accepted after that i goto the police station and tell him my mobile phone stolen why u make this attested for lost. They regret and change the attested and lodge an fir but after that i call him for reclaim they rejected to reclaim as say your lost case is considered and you can't reclaim. Totally fraud by the jeeves. This website make people fool and earn money.

                              I bought mobile from flipkart. I got defect mobile. Regarding this flipkart send technician visit from jeeves. Jeeves sent one person he dont have knowledge on mobiles but he came and checked the mobile with out knowing the knowledge he gave the false report to flipkart. Jeeves team said that is software issue. But samsung service center certified that is hardware issue. Because of jeeves false report i lost 9940. Please help me to resolve this. Take a action on jeeves.

                                Redmi Note 5 Pro (Blue, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) purchased from Flipkart and returned the product on next day itself because camera is worst and also when downloading the images from any social media the quality of the image is blur and it's worst.
                                Flipkart and Seller are keep on rejecting the return with out any information or notice without visiting my door step .So I need immediate response ASAP.
                                Customers please don't buy any products from flipkart they are delivered the defect pieces. Please be careful buying the products from Flipkart. Thanks

                                  I purchased marq ac from flipkart and installation of same would be done by jeeves. After delivery of ac from flipkart they (Jeeves) scheduled date according to them they even didn't asked me. I rescheduled the date by calling them. But on that day also they didn't gave any response so again called them but they rescheduled the date of installation again without asking me. Now they are not informing me about confirm date of installation.
                                  They are just saying like if any technician would be free then we'll assign them for you.

                                    I had a service appointment for today, from the morning i was calling to make sure someone is appointed, they told an engineer is already appointed and he will be coming by the evening. I had some works in the evening which i had to cancel since no one came till 6 pm. Again i called they were like an engineer is already on its way. So i waited and waited, and at the end, i called the number of times and they were just kept rejecting my call. Now they say "if someone didn't come today, maybe tomorrow someone will come. Don't worry!". I didn't need to be worry if they were more responsible and at least inform the customer on time about the failure of them on meeting the minimum standards.

                                      I was a big fan of flipkart and buy most of my appliances from flipkart.
                                      I was very much impressed in the marq products and had bought a 7.5 fully automatic washing machine and a microwave from flipkart. I had also taken addition 3 yr warranty for this product. I have also got it delivered by october 27.

                                      The excitement was lost when an engineer came for installation after one week of repeated calls to customer service. The engineer was not trained and has not properly installed the machine. He informed another engineer will come to fix the remain part. Next day i got an sms that the installation is completed. When i called up he informed to raise another ticket by calling the customer service. Till date i see multiple calls /sms from service center/flipkart... But no engineer is yet to fix the issue. I also get repeated sms about rescheduling the installation by every two days.

                                        I had registered a request for replacement of my mobile phone nokia 6.1 plus ticket id 8k4-27013flpkrt-7608916. When the technic monu visited, he himself said that the phone screen is showing black discolouration. Later he started lying that he cannot find any fault. The phone screen clearly showed black discolouration on the display and mr monu spent around 20 min constantly rubbing the screen at the exact point where the discolouration is present and then he completely changed his statement a few minutes later. Because of this, my replacement request was cancelled and now i'm stuck with a faulty product. I wish to lodge a complaint against the technician mr monu for his highly unprofessional and unethical attitude. On requesting him he said, take the phone to service centre. It is due to such unprofessional employees that a good company like jeeves is suffering from a bad name. Kindly register my official complaint against him.

                                        jeeves keep on rescheduling the installation date by their own. WORST service i have ever experienced.
