The worst service from jeeves, no followup, no call, no update..
1. I placed service request for my smart tv,
2. After 10 days later i got sms on my registered no your appointment is fixed and the engineer will call and come.
3. But no one call me or came for service, next day i got another sms that "as per your request we reschedule the appointment" where i never ask for reschedule.
4. On12th day i again got sms for appointment is fixed, but no one call me or came for service.
5. On 13th day i again got sms that "as per your request we reschedule the appointment" where i never again ask for reschedule.
6. On day 15th evening i again got sms with engineer contact no.
7. After communication with him for multiple time he came and check my smart tv and said there is software problem. Another engineer will come and fix the issue.
8. After that for next 4 days i didnt get any reply.
9. On 20th day again i got sms said appointment fixed
10. Again the appointment is reschedule from jeeves side
11. So complaint about the service on help desk of kodak, they assured me that the issue will be fix in 2days.
12. But no reply for next 4day.
13 so i again complaint about the service on help desk of kodak.
14. After too much followup from me finally one engineer came and check the tv and said we bring wrong software and don't have software now will come tomorrow.
15. Now there again no replay from 3 dyas and no one is picking up my call
So the worst of the worst service jeeves have, kodak need to look for new service provider.
Till i am waiting for when my smart tv service will be done...

Updated by pankajzanke How many time I have to share my contact no...almost 32 day gone and my complaint is still pending, no one call me to solve the problem ...so worst service ...you have to shutdown your company ...you are never gave value a clients, ..
I want change my wall mond & fit a original MI wall mond.
