I recently purchased the redmi note 4 mobile from the internet through flipkart. Due to some software problems i am not feeling well with that mobile. So i returned the mobile phone in flipkart. The flipkart is transferred to this jeeves consumer services. They did not call from that day. Simply they messages like "we were unable to reach you for the tech_visit of your mobile. Please call[protected] for your appointment. Thanks! www.jeeves.co.in"...

1. Absolutely no respect for customer time. The make you waiting endlessly for day together.
2. They donot follow their own appointment. Make you waste the whole day waiting for them.
3. Technician turns uo at 10PM and after seeing the wardrobe, he says he is not skilled to do the assembly.
4. Mid-level and Field executives are extremely rude and very careless.
5. They are a bunch of liars who keep telling lies...

I ordered royal oak wood shoe cabinet from flipkart and it delivered on 1 june 2017. The installation was scheduled for 5 june 2017 by jeeves. But no one came yet for the installation and i'm facing many inconvenience due to this delay. Hi i am purchase redmi note 4 64 gb and showing software issues and asking flipkart cust care and arranging transition visit in our add but visit not done in our address and shared wrong feedback to flipkart and then after call jeeves cc center and misbehaving in your executive side name exact. Very poor and bad services by jeeves customer services.

I was given time for AC installation today morning at 11AM. However no one came till now. Tried calling the person 10 times but he did not pick the phone. Very pathetic service with no value for customer time. Tried calling even Jeeves helpline but no help was provided as they said they are not able to track technician. Flipkart should seriously think about partnership with Jeeves.

It's almost been 15 days that Flipkart has delivered my order for Carrier AC. The very next day of delivery of the product, I got a call from Jeeves customer care on confirming of the installation process. Post to that they sent me a confirmation message on allocation of the technician by name Firoz Khan. Installation was very worst. They are cheaters. They won't produce the bill for whatever the amount we pay. I have already called to the customer care and raised a complaint but i did not get any reply. Outdoor unit stand cost is 750 but they charged 950 without producingbill to the customer.
