Jovial Mart — Quantity missing

I had booked for three jeans pants(order Id:[protected].But i received only one blue jeans.Other two jeans are missing.
I had tried to contact through customer number, mail, facebook etc.But they are not responding.
I had made the order on 16 may 2016, but i received the order incompleted on june 4th 2016.Its take long waiting period too..
The customer care executives are not good at handling the issue, they just blocked me on facebook after i bring brought the issue in front of them.
They are cheating the customers, as they offers 24*7 customer services and fast delivery.

What not possible, my order number[protected] dated[protected] is still pending, and your customer care number is switch off, and you dont even reply on mails.and you reply it is not possible
