My account is blocked also my withdrawal amount is pending I want my account to be unblocked as I love that game and I use to feel if I complain them at least they will understand and the time I wrote them they willl help me instead they blocked me and now I m so bloody pissed I will tweet seriously and hence junglee rummy proven they are wrong and not fair ge play bcoz they don't pay my amount of withdrawal still also they said they will look into it ASAP bt still there is no call or no msg

    Dear Sir,

    This is an issue with playing of online rummy game for money.

    I used to play regularly and on 17th april 2022 i found 3 spade 9 in a single game very quickly. This is a 2 pack game and that is not possible. Immediately i raised this concern to the company and their reply is not satisfactory.. They are not providing any digital backup to support their claim. let us see step by step.

    1. 3 nos of spade 9 found within few minutes. Company accepted this.

    2. 3 members have dropped from the said game, meaning reshuffle will take much longer time and reshuffle has not happened as claimed by company without giving any digital proof. attachment is the proof

    3. i have 2 nos of spade 9 without any use . Meaning not picked up from the open deck. screenshot attached which will confirm the above.

    4. If you pick any card from the open deck, then it is highlighted separately. Here nothing like that as the card was not matching to me.

    5. In their reply company said this is because of reshuffle. Firstly reshuffle did not happen in this game and secondly after reshuffle all the previous open card will get vanished automatically. meaning you will not be able to see all previous discards after reshuffle.

    6. I have also contacted the certifying agencies, even they were not able to give any convincing reply to this issue. They were not taking any responsibility either .

    7. Here like customer is expected to play fair game, the company is also expected to be transparent when an issue comes up. Unfortunately company did not share any digital backup to support their claim.

    This issue needs to be looked into very seriously as this might open up bug in the system or something else.

    Before raising this complaint here, i have raised this complaint directly with the company. I am not satisfied with their reply on logical reason. Their reply is not supported with digital video backup.

    My issue is little serious in terms of technicality and the confidence on this this game. How come 3 nos of nine spade appeared within no time in a 2 pack game ?
    I request the authority to involve the technical person from the legal side to understand the gravity of the issue.

    This is a major technical issue and it is not possible to have 3 nos of spade 9 in 2 packs in this digital game. The trust on the online game itself is doubtful. I am raising this issue here after raising this with Junglee rummy, their certifying agencies etc and request concerned government authorities to understand this issue in detail on priority.

    I am not getting any satisfactory reply from anybody. This is a very serious issue in technical nature and
    1. The company is not able to provide a convincing reply.
    2. The certifying agency is not able to address properly.
    3. There is no technical government agency where i can take up this issue.
    Requesting concerned government agency to take up this issue quickly in a time bound mannner.

    Request government authorities to look into this technical issue at the earliest. 3 nos of spade 9 in 2 packs is questioning the basic integrity of the system itself.

    Please look into this as there is no clear response from the company

                        I have played for one day and they have blocked by account which has 5k rs in it.
                        Looks like junglee rummy is looting its user by blocking them and not allowing the fund to be transfer. If you want the ### fair play logic atleast refund the money and then blocked. This is nothing but harassement

                          I using this website for last 9 years. recent i noticed that there is problem here. its not allowing people to win. when we play high table, even though you have good cards you cant win. for me its happened many time. if we about to win, then they will make the table to be hang or disconnected even if you have good wifi. they are not at all agreeing that and when we rised this question, thwy suddenly blocked my account and saying that it not good for life. i wondered they realised this after 9 year???.

                          every rupee is a count. why these kind of cheating is happening. many times i rised the issues in 9 years, they will block me.

                            My self praveen k gowda from Karnataka, junglee rummy has been blocked my junglee rummy account with reason of suspicious activity performed by me, sir I am not regularly play Rummy in junglee rummy, I was registered 2years back in this site and played I didn't like this so I quite play in this site, from the last week continuosly I saw junglee rummy adds in my social media accounts so decided to try again to play on so last Sunday I made a deposit of 1k and I won 4.7k, and requested for a withdrawal (this was my first withdrawal) and it's gone to pending I thought it's first withdrawal na so left that day next day I contacted again for that reason they said it's take 48 hrs to complete withdrawal so I waited for some time and just i tried to open the account they have blocked my account, and says contact customer support, so I sent a mail regarding this they are saying you're account has been blocked due suspicious activity performed by me like sir seriously I dont know what happened and again I wrote a mail that sir I am not involved in any such activities please re look it, even I begged them to cross cheack again I am not involved like but they keep saying that I am involved, and I also saying I am not done that, they are not ready to explain what's happened exactly, there is no call support for this site, please help this issue and give me justice I have uploaded copy of mail which I have sent to them

                                First Of All I Installed the junglee rummy application i deposited Rs5000 and started playing In First Day I won around 18-19k i submitted the withdrawal Request of Rs2000 Got approved Then I submitted a withdrawal request of 4900 which is in under process i contacted [protected]@jungleerummy.com they told me yow will get it within 24 hrs i waited on next day when i checked my account it's been locked. After Sending number of mails to [protected]@jungleerummy.com I got reply stating that as per risk management team your account is locked Now It's been 4 days i am struggling with junglee rummy to get my money back which is around 16k i am not getting any reply from [protected]@jungleerummy .com please help me out

                                First Of All without any intimation you guys locked my account due to no reason and after sending number of emails I got reply that " We would like to inform you that your Junglee Rummy account has been locked due to the suspicious activity performed by you on the platform as per our internal policies your account balance has been frozen."
                                And now after struggling with your risk management team my account is unlocked but the balance which is in my account around 16000 is winning balance balance which I can withdrawal but since my account is unlocked it's showing deposit balance so i am unable place withdrawal request it's not acceptable before that i placed withdrawal request which you guys declined after you locked my account and now you convert the winning balance to deposit balance

                                    I have placed withdrawal of 10770 in junglee rummy they froze my withdrawal and locked my account without my concern, i m sending them emails and still they are not giving any proper contact details and information.
                                    I want my money and account unlocked and secure. Or in case of there fraudulent behaviour this site should be banned for permanent because during deposite they sucks money but in case of withdrawal they talk about terms and condition what a cliche.
                                    I m diamond level player and still facing this problem because of their false protocol.

                                    I have placed withdrawal of 11200 in junglee rummy app they are froze my withdrawal and locked my account without my concern, I am sending they email still they are not giving any proper contact details and information I want my money and account unlock and secure or incase of there fraudulent behaviour this site should be banner for permanently because during during deposite they sucks money but in case of withdrawal they talk about terms and condition what a cliche.
