Dear sir, As i playing Junglee rummy for past days and alomost I winning 15000 And I request to withdraw my winning amount, but they not processed to my withdraw request but they blocked my account without any intemation

I have played for one day and they have blocked by account which has 5k rs in it.
Looks like junglee rummy is looting its user by blocking them and not allowing the fund to be transfer. If you want the ### fair play logic atleast refund the money and then blocked. This is nothing but harassement...

First Of All I Installed the junglee rummy application i deposited Rs5000 and started playing In First Day I won around 18-19k i submitted the withdrawal Request of Rs2000 Got approved Then I submitted a withdrawal request of 4900 which is in under process i contacted [protected]@jungleerummy.com they told me yow will get it within 24 hrs i waited on next day when i checked my account it's been locked. I have placed withdrawal of 10770 in junglee rummy they froze my withdrawal and locked my account without my concern, i m sending them emails and still they are not giving any proper contact details and information.
I want my money and account unlocked and secure. Or in case of there fraudulent behaviour this site should be banned for permanent because during deposite they sucks money but in case of withdrawal they talk about terms...

I have downloaded jungleerummy mobile app .and deposited 500 Rs and played game of that money .I won 3000 Rs and when I asked them for my withdrawal the had locked my account and frozen my money without any reason...I m have video proofs of it with me...
