My self praveen k gowda from Karnataka, junglee rummy has been blocked my junglee rummy account with reason of suspicious activity performed by me, sir I am not regularly play Rummy in junglee rummy, I was registered 2years back in this site and played I didn't like this so I quite play in this site, from the last week continuosly I saw junglee rummy adds in my social media accounts so decided to try again to play on so last Sunday I made a deposit of 1k and I won 4.7k, and requested for a withdrawal (this was my first withdrawal) and it's gone to pending I thought it's first withdrawal na so left that day next day I contacted again for that reason they said it's take 48 hrs to complete withdrawal so I waited for some time and just i tried to open the account they have blocked my account, and says contact customer support, so I sent a mail regarding this they are saying you're account has been blocked due suspicious activity performed by me like sir seriously I dont know what happened and again I wrote a mail that sir I am not involved in any such activities please re look it, even I begged them to cross cheack again I am not involved like but they keep saying that I am involved, and I also saying I am not done that, they are not ready to explain what's happened exactly, there is no call support for this site, please help this issue and give me justice I have uploaded copy of mail which I have sent to them
