I had made a withdrawl in Junglee Rummy on 31st Jan 7:21 P.M with withdrawl ID 21013304 but account went under verification.
I called to customer care on daily basis but they are telling to wait for 48 hrs.
Now 60 hrs. crossed but status is same, although i have submitted my PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Bank Details over mail separately.
Please help to withdraw.
