Address: New Delhi, Samastipur, Bihar

I had made a withdrawl in Junglee Rummy on 31st Jan 7:21 P.M with withdrawl ID 21013304 but account went under verification.

I called to customer care on daily basis but they are telling to wait for 48 hrs.

Now 60 hrs. crossed but status is same, although i have submitted my PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Bank Details over mail separately.

Please help to withdraw.

    On 25th Oct three transaction got success for the amount of Rs.10000 as per my bank statement but in Junglee rummy account only two were success and one got failed.. Failed transaction amount Rs.10000 still not credited to my bank account..

    On same day 25th Oct I reached to customer service where they confirmed transaction got failed amount will be refund to you bank account in 7 working days but still amount not credited.. Attached screenshot for your reference..

    Please assist either amount rs10000 needs to be credited to rummy account or to my bank account

    I deposited 5000 on junglee rummy via gpay it's successful amount debited in my account but not credited to account i searched in all deposits and transanctuon it's not shown that 5000

      Today grand finale tournament at 9:30.pm
      All prize amount 5 cr with 1250 player ..
      But 1049 players only playing ..
      According to the count of player 41960000 amount should be disbursed to the winner
      But it is only 42 lac disbursed.
      This company has fraud to winner
      Plz fir this company for 420

            I made a withdrawal request of 9100 on 22.01.2022. Once I made a withdrawal they are locked my account. I played the game according to the rules. But they are mentioning I violated the rules like that.. But I promisely played to the merit. [protected]@gmail.com this is my Junglee account mail. Please resolve as soon as possible

                              They did malware in app and we are unable to win. In a 2 round computer player claim dick. Within 2 weeks I lost 2, 50, 000+. Every one loss small amount. They send you message repeatedly with offers and push you to play. You plan again and again for get lost money. But you can't. They doing some fraudulent activity think so. Please support us to get lost amount and ban this online rummy cash games

                                      I lost my 260000 in just 3 weeks. They are fraud totally. I will start to loss money initially. Then you deposit again and again to get lossed amount. But you can't get your lossed money. Don't waste your money in jungle rummy and any online cash games. I lost my life due to this site. Please help me to get my amount from them. I attempt wrong things. My life is gone
