So a Junglee mail came through. And I can't reply to it. How in the world should I raise my complaint if I'm not able to reply to the mail. Also, to make a complaint, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT TO make a Junglee Rummy account and Install your app. If you can get my number without me giving it to you, you can damn right remove it from your list without this formality through an email. So sending a ### email through a CUSTOMER Service Rep and not through a ### bot.

      Hello sir i know about terms and conditions but mistakenly someone has hacked my account and was playing rummy from my account i am unware of it please help me with refund as i am middle class person and dont earn much and amount is tok big ill take care that this would not happend again ever . and ill take responsibility of it and never happend again

        I recieved the call from naukri regarding opening in Pune location, but amount transferred to RUMMY CIRLE. They told me to pay only 10/- for registration, i processed to pay RS.10 only, in before that he is provided the link to accept and do the process. Once i complete the card details and my cvv, amount debited Rs.10000/-. dnot know that time, again he told to do the next same process, again Rs.10000/- debited the amount. I said finally sir please transfer the amount.Again again he told to me the same process, but that time my limit was Rs.5000/-. so its automatically declined. i called website of naukri, they told me that is not naukri person. Finnally i connected the call to husband, repeatably he is doing the same mistake with husband. finally he called night around 8, he told me to refund the amount. My husband also accept, after one minute he was sending one OTP, he is tracking the remaining Rs.5000/- also. We called INDUSIND Bank customer, but still now they are not pic up our calls. After 10.00 clock we received one call from indusind support care (from west bengal number - [protected]) he is also tracking my debit card details and google pay contact details.Kindly look this matter, i lost Rs. 20000/- and again again he is sprading my contact number to every one. Now am receiving so may calls. Kindly take the necessary action to that guy. CONTACT Number:[protected]) he is from north india (Haryana sim card)

            Dated 18 October 2021 I have corrected declared a game but they was shown us wrong declared. How is it possible.

                          My withdrawal id is 17436418 and 17436986 both withdrawals are pending, ask to CC agent abou this. she told me that on of withdrawal is failed. if failed then cancel the requst. but they can't do it.

                              Seen some virtual player or AI technology works on the opponent site in the final round opponent having the placed sequence and many jokers and duck the game. Never play these games I had lost Rs.50K a huge amount in little deposits. It's absolutely manipulated games, should take the action by government.
