From JUSTRECHARGEIT, Rs.200 was debited to my ICICI Bank credit card ( Ref: 74678444210014024975610 on 28th July 2014 ). meant towards Tatasky DTH recharge. But Tatasky was NOT RECHARGED. Once I registered my complaint with Consumer Complaints on 20.08.[protected] AM ), I got a phone call from Mob: +91 [protected], claiming to be from JustRechargeIt. The person was asking my credit card details including expiry & CVV . Please examine if it was a fraud call and take suitable action. Also reply to me on status .     Order no -DN[protected] I recharged reliance bigtv with 691 and got a reply that yiur transaction is in process and was told to wait for an hour otherwise money will be credited in my jri card. Do the needful asap.

        Very thankful to Just recharge it company. I got a call from the just recharge team this afternoon, after verifying all my details, they have resolved my issues. I was so concern after transferring 7200 from my credit card to JRI card and 0 amount added to JRI account. there was no contact number available, i was like helpless .

          On 29th July 2014 .I did a recharge of 351 of Tatasky through credit card.. As recharge is unsuccesful but money is debited from credit card.. As justrechargeit.com dont have contact no and on contacting via email they havenot replied.. according to TataSky they havenot received any transaction of my TataSky id.. so this complaint is for justrechargeit.com . I request justrechargeit.com to either refund money or do recharge or contact me at [protected].

            Just warned to JRI 3 Days over bloody beggar not at all bother to refund the money to my bank. Tommorrow i need without any further delay. And also not only that this complaint has been registered with Akosha and Chartered Accountants from CGI. Mobile service Provider means On Line Recharge. Amount should be refund of Rs.249/-.

              Amit Singh from Justrechargeit - Accounts Department and his mobile No.: [protected]. Today i.e., 28.07.2014 call me my mobile regarding i charged 249/- rupees on 27.07.2014 its got failed - No. reason and automatically from the bank 249/- rupees deducted. For this purpose only Amit Singh called me to-day around 7.40 AM and we organising the payment and give me the details about Debit Card. I told u send through ICICI Bank and he has not agreed that ICICI Bank and he asked any other alternative Banks like HDFC, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank etc., and i told that i have the Axis Bank if you want i will give the card no. of Axis Bank and he took no. he asked CVV no. and finally he asked my ATM Pass word. No. i refused i will not give. He convince and more than 10 times called my mobile. I got doubted. His mobile No.: [protected]. Please note that please verify the justrechargeit company whether he belongs to same company nor whether he doing fraud phone calls. Please investigate the same seriously. Who is this person ?????????????

                      They have not done any thing regarding my complaint. I have complaint several times at their helpdesk but they have not refunded my money back. Now the status for the payment is showing payment unsuccessful while my account is debited with the recharge amount on that very day only. If the site having server error for 4 days how can they confirm the status to be payment unsuccessful without checking whether the amount is debited or not. I request you to provide me my money back as early as possible.

                          Sir, Today I tried to recharge my airtel mobile [protected] with Rs.220.00 The transaction process took place and the money was also deducted from my credit card ending with 2470, but the mobile recharge not done. I do recharge D2H, Datacard, Mobiles etc. by using your services, If such things are happening without any SMS or reversal of amount, people will stop using your site.                                 Sir, I intended to recharge my idea mobile No [protected] online through Justrechargeit.com on 31 May 2014 for a value of Rupees 200. I received a message in my email ID that the recharge is successful and even my SBI bank account had been debited for Rs. 200(two hundred).The fact is that the message sent to my email ID from Justreargeit.com is incorrect. The amount has been deducted from my account but my mobile has not been recharged. In response to my initial complaint, I received a telephonic call from Justrechargeit, com on 01 May 2014 at around 2.30 PM. I explained the situation but the person calling was not able to understand either Hindi or English. He was knowing only Tamil. However, my initial complaint has not yielded any fruitful result so far. Neither the amount has been refunded nor the mobile has been recharged. This is the state of such irresponsible management of site owner. Kindly look into the matter. Rs. 200 is not a big amount but the irregularity/malpractice need to be taken care of/resolved.

                                    I have been using Just Recharge it to recharge my mobile with balance. On 8th may I did consecutive Transaction for the amount 475 INR the recharges doe snot came and money got deducted from my account.Evan after writing a lot of e-mail they have not came up with a firm answer, and neither agreed to return the amount back or give me a balance to use it for other recharges.

                                      I recharged my virgin mobile number [protected] on 19 april, 2014. The details are CCABD1UWQ714IGT3323942 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE. Money Rs.98 was deducted from my sbi account but the transaction failed. So i did not receive my balance. The money is still not refunded either. Please refund Rs.98 immediately. Sudip Sanyal
