I had recharge on14 March to dishtv by using bank of India debit card but this recharge does not goes into dishtv account. I requested to u please check where my balance gone vc no is [protected] . sir I had recharge on14 March by using your website the amount 522 rupies debited from my account. But dishtv said that this does not came into ours account.

    On 25 Feb 2017 [ 11.50 am ] I had tried to recharge my Airtel number .The process are done successfully but the recharge amount not credited and I lost my money.The lost amount is 55 RS and transaction I'd is MQ[protected] . please help me.         On 27 Jan 2017 I had tried to recharge my bsnl connection .The process are done successfully but the recharge amount not credited and I lost my money.The lost amount is 200 RS and transaction I'd is MQ[protected].please help me.

        One more thing .This type of issue happened many times and I lost 100 RS before the incident.I totally lost the trust about justrechargeit.com and I don't like to continue with this useless site.

                    Repeatedly i am complaining for refund of rs.705.99 transacted by me for payment of vodafone post paid bill on 24.09.2016 which is not completed and amount has gone to the credit of account just recharge it. Transaction is done through indian bank internet baking. My account is debited but payment of bill is not made. As per you it will take 5/7days to get refund of money. 14 days passed but so far i have not got back my money. So my earnest request to look in to the matter for refund of my money back

                      I have paid my post paid vodafone bill on 24/9/2016 through internet banking. Amount of rs.705.99 has been debited from my bank account but bill amount has not been paid to the biller. Being a staff of indian bank i verified from my account the detailed debit and credit transaction. I paid the bill amount through other mode of payment as it become overdue. Already 7 days passed but i did not get back my money. So please arrange to refund the amount in my bank account

                          On dated 26th August I tried to top up through internet banking my pre paid airtel mobile No.[protected] for Rs.200 through Just Rechargeit.com which is a facilitator for online recharge services. Whereas Rs.200 has been debited from my account vide Order Ref.No.Mp[protected]transaction Ref.No.[protected]gocpbpef4) but recharge still not done. On inquiry from justrechargeit.com through mail, they informed that they did not receive the money whereas my bank statement shows that Rs.200 has been debited from my account vide the above mentioned transaction reference. The payment gateway for above referred transaction is CCAvenue. Please sort out the matter so that I get refund of my debited amount of Rs.200

                                  On 07-jul-2016 i did recharge to the number [protected] (Idea) for the amount 120 and the amount got debited from my bank account. After getting the reference number page got refreshed, so the transaction became unsuccessful.

                                  But the recharge did not happen. Please recredit to my bank account or credit back to my jri account.

                                  Again i tried the same transaction and another one, both got successful.

                                  "Hello, even I have faced similar issues in the past where my money was debited but was not carried through to my mobile account. The best thing is to raise this issue over email with the website/app you used while making the recharge. It takes time but the operator/app usually reverts your balance. If still the issue doesn't get resolved, you can use your social media accounts for escalation.

                                  You can try using a mobile recharge app like FreeCharge, MobiKwik, or Bill Bachao to keep track of all your recharges and data usage. I am using the Bill Bachao app and I find it very convenient to use. I have not faced any issue with this app as yet. With this app, I am able to keep track of how much data I have used, the calls I have made. The app also alerts me after I exceed my data limit. It's awesome! There are a ton of other features like Self Help, from where you can activate DND or deactivate any of your Value Added Services. You also can get alerts on new plans for your mobile service.
