I had recharged vide order No MP[protected] but recharge failed, amount of Rs 190 deducted from me, but the recharge not done on mobile no [protected] on 29/10/16, when i approach BSNL customer care they are advised to contact with the online site for further queries, earlier also i have several times failed in recharges, pse solve my problems and take action to refund the amount
