                    I had recharged my sun direct account [protected], with a total topup of Rs. 595 and got a balance of Rs. 533.15. The deducted amount comes out to be Rs. 62 i.e 10% of the total top up. Can somebody help me understand on what basis such huge deductions are made in recharge.
                    I feel like being ripped off by Sun Direct.

                      I am a Army soldier and due to shortage of time i did one recharge over net but till 03 August 2012 i did not get my recharge on my mobile and nobody is taking any serious step for my case. and since that day i have sent a numbers of e-mail to different different site for my money back.

                      Sir, on 03 Aug 2012 by using WWW.justrechargeit.com i did one recharge of Rs.110/-.
                      which was successful by their site and i had been waiting for that recharge in my mob but i did not get any recharge amount. After one week i thought that perhaps that money would reverse back to my account but that also did not happen, then i tried to contact my BSNL customer care regarding the same matter and they straight way told me that we don't have any pending recharge detail in your mobile number i.e. [protected]. and neither we have any failed recharge details so we can not do anything for this so you just give complaint to your concern site or go to nearest BSNL Customer service center and i went to nearest bsnl office and they just sent a e-mail to ctopup.[protected]@pyrogroup.com with my transaction id number and recharge amount and also gave me the same e-mail and told that you too send one another e-mail from your personal id and i did that. After that also continuously i tried sending e-mail to all possible site and reply them too but nothing had happened.

                      Finally i have already sent around 50 e-mail to these www.justrechargeit.com and ctopup.[protected]@pyrogroup.com but i did not get any satisfied answer.

                      here i am sending you my all details i got from the concern site :
