I have recharged my mobile no [protected] airtel today five minutes ago with an amount of rs 179 but no talk takes place with this number nor any balance is displayed. Always this problem takes place i dont know what is happening with justrechage it. Very regretting on the part of justrecharge it. With just rechargeit it often happens so. Whenever irecarge now a days the same problem follows.

    I mr. Solomon awale, thrice done my tatasky recharge, but amount was debited thrice, but recharge was failed, due to connectivity problem. I claimed for refund of debited amount, but only 100/- rs. Was credited & 300/- debited from my account. Frequent request, no credit was done by this sight.Only sending mail, that we are processing your complaint. It's almost 15 days.Either, they have issue of sight or some technical issue of transactions with banks.

      Hello sir/mam

      I was recharged my jio mobile number ([protected]) yesterday, near about 4:00 pm or 4:30pm. But wasn't get any confirmation, so i recharge my number again. After that balance from my account was deducted two times. So i was confirmed from jio customer service that their is only one transaction was happened।. Will you please check or refund my money which is deducted from my account. How much time it will be take.

                    I done the recharge on 24th sep. Yesterday at 09:45 pm from dishtv.in it redirected me to justrechargeit.com, i got msg. Also by my bank that money is debited. Now its 25th sep. 12:20pm and still it says viewing card deactivated...
                    14 hrs. Already passed... Look in this matter fast...
                    I got msg. From my bank that says,
                    Syn - inr 1, 258.00 debited to a/c no. *2647 on[protected]:48-for pos txn at[protected]kotak000000ccav-cc avenue_dishtv. Avl bal:* helpline [protected]

                    My a/c debited but why dishtv is not recharged i want either refund to my bank or make recharge...

                      I have complained about too this in the past. But my money was not refunded, i have recharged my dish tv customer no [protected] for rs 220/- on 22/08/2017 order number - dq[protected] but recharge was failed. The amount deducted from my sbi bank account rs 220/- is not refunded till today (24/08/2017) therefore you are requested to kindly refund the aforesaid amount at earliest. Any how the amount has been debited in my bank account at the time of recharging through your recharge portal so you have to refund the same. Please solve the problem.

                        They are the most irresponsible recharging website. I regret having been associated with them for so long. They confirmed my recharge for 444 for bsnl mobile was successful and i started using internet and ended up exhausting my balance of 220. I want them to return the amount of 444 and as well as of 220 as it was because of their fault that i lost my main balance. They either return my money or i am going to sue them ask for compensation.

                            I have complained about too this in the past. But my money was not refunded, I have recharged my dish tv customer no [protected] for rs 220/- on 22/08/2017 order number - dq[protected] but recharge was failed. The amount deducted from my sbi bank account rs 220/- is not refunded till today (24/08/2017) therefore you are requested to kindly refund the aforesaid amount at earliest. Any how the amount has been debited in my bank account at the time of recharging through your recharge portal so you have to refund the same. Please solve the problem.

                              It has been 4 working days i. E on 1/08/17 i tried recharging to my vodafone number with 249 rps. Your team debited amount from my account and didn't recharge my number. I mailed many time to the email id [protected]@justrechargeit.com but no refunded amount from your side & always mailing me like "we have already forwarded your request to our payment processing company and we are continuously in touch with them regarding your issue, we will update you on the same once we get reply from them."please make me sure whether you are going to refund or not. Don't make us wait like this.

                                I have recharged my data card no [protected] for rs 399/- on 18/07/2017 at 8.24 am but recharge was failed. The amount deducted from my bank account rs 399/- is not refunded till today (22/072017) therefore you are requested to kindly refund the aforesaid amount at earliest.                                     I had recharged of rs. 479 on 11/07/2017 as this date was a last day for recharging for dish tv vc no.[protected] and yr order no. Dq[protected] for successfully recharged was received. The same amount was deducted fm my a/c. But the amount was not received by dish tv as i have confirmed from dish tv. Action may kindly be taken in this regard and resolve my problem.

                                    Did a recharge for tata sky on 18/6/2017. A total of ₹5000 which has been deducted from my bank account but the amt wasn't credited to my tata sky account. Furthur on contacting them at their support email id they are again and again asking me to contact my bank instead its totally their fault. I hope they resolve it quickly or else strict action.
