I have purchased new car from kalyani motors nexa showroom mysore road in exchange of my old car(KL16C5116) in september 2020.it has been now 7 months and the RC transfer of the old car is not yet done.For the past 5 months I am getting a reply that it will be done within a week and still it is not done.The insurance of the old car is expiring today[protected] even the renewal is also not done.Please do the needful and update me the satus

    I have booked a car in Kalyani motors Bannerghatta by paying booking amount, because of some reason I had cancelled the booking and informed to refund the amount, yet more than 2months they asking sumbit receipt cheque etc even all submission I didn't received any money who will responsibility for this,
    If i call sales executive, manager will not co-operate to him for refund now he is ready but account department manager not ready,
    While taking money with me they were treated like king, now to refund they won't respond at all

      Servicing done of my vehicle KA 41N 4934 on 08/02/21 at kalyani motors service center, Bannerghatta road, Bangalire.Two days vehicle kept at service center and not done anything.Major problems what ever discussed with the engineer keshav has not been resolved.simple charged 13k, promising that will be resolved within 2 days after the parts arrive.
      Whenever I call Keshav, either he will be in hospital or not respond to my call.Facing a big challenge in riding my vehicle be coz power window glass are not working, and central lock not working, I had given the vehicle for servicing, keeping in mind that these two major problem will get rectified, but it is not done, request you to pls refund my money, so that I can get my servicing done through RNS or any local vendor.

        Hi Team,

        Good Morning, Please help us with the below issue.

        1. My sister-in-law has purchased Alto k10 car (TS07GC7754) in Kalayani Motors, Hyderabad, Telangana in 2018 and we have been using Bajaj Allianz insurance till now without any lapse for a single day.
        2. The issue is in the month of March, 2020, we have cleared car loan and done ownership transfer to my name (Vishnuvardhan Reddy) for some personal reasons but I did not get a chance to collect my new RC which was with agent in Hyderabad and we got stuck up in our hometown (Anantapur) due to COVID-19.
        3. And in the month May, 2020, our insurance was going to expire and the maruti insurance team called and provided a link to renew insurance and while renewing insurance through that link, I have observed that owner details of the car are showing as sister-in-law name.
        4. Hence I have clearly asked the insurance team, Will there be any problem if I renew insurance with previous owner (sister-in-law) details and they mentioned that "car number is important while renewing insurance and name can be changed later also and there will not be any problem if I renew with previous owner (sister-in-law) details and hence I have renewed the insurance before its due date.
        5. Unfortunately, on 28th October, 2020, while returning back from Hyderabad after we collect new RC from agent, we have met with accident without our mistake (another vehicle collided to our car backside while we are slowing down near speed breaker) and when we went to showroom in our home town (Anantapur) to register insurance claim for our vehicle, maruti insurance team said that insurance cannot be claimed because name in RC and insurance are different.
        6. Now, we felt heart broken, because while renewing insurance, the insurance team said car number is important for insurance. Hence I request the maruti insurance support team to help us with this claim processing as there was no mistake from our end and the insurance team has wrongly guided us during insurance renewal.

          I have a issue in car stereo, so i visited RR Nagar service center on[protected]. They told need to send the stereo system to other vendor. Its been 19 Days. still i have got the stereo system. so resolve my compliant as soon as possible. Or else kindly change the car stereo system as its in warranty period.

            I gave my vehicle for repairs, they took 60 days and still saying will take another 10-15 days. No one responding to calls, so on every week I visited to check the status only answer we placed the order for spare parts, they passed 4 weeks on this and when questioned and asked them to show the status, there was no order for spare parts. Then they claimed on its another manager fault he was not placed. almost every two weeks managers and coordinators chaining at service center and there is no proper communication between them. Even center head promised to deliver in a week, after a week again he said I am not looking your vehicle, there is another new manger placed, you can check with him. I think this Kalyani motors is not capable to run service center. I am going to escalate this to Maruthi. If Maruthi looking to increae sales better to remove these unprofessional from the dealer ship. Otherwise it effects to Maruthi sales.

            This is about Nacharam service center in Hyderabad.

                  I own the maruthi ciaz alpha and gave this for service to kalyani motors - horamavu main road, near bbmp office. Kr puram. Bangalore as part of the regular service cadence.

                  They mentioned that they found an issue in my tyre and need to be replaced. Since it is still under warranty, this service center said that they would replace the tyre. However, it has been five months they have not replaced, and i am driving my car using the stepney tyre. I understand due to the covid-19 situation there is a delay but now things are opened and i suppose the services as well. Now the service center is asking me to pay in order to get the new tyre and i have no clue why i should pay where they mentioned earlier that the tyre is under warranty.

                    Sharing a very bad experience of kalyani motors, nagadevanahalli branch..

                    I requested him to replace clutch plates and strut of left wheel (Front) of my swift car # ka05 mg 5702 and he quoted me with an estimation bill amount of rs. 9700/- on 19th august 2020.

                    After the service, he presented the final bill amount of rs. 20716/- i did not understand how come the actual bill amount raises more than 100% than the estimated amount given before service. When i asked this with service advisor, he showed an attitude saying you need to pay this amount and collect the car...
                    Also he damaged the ganesha idol kept in my car and also he damaged my car music system. When i went today to talk to service advisor but the service advisor is not responding to my concern.... I request you to refund the amount which i paid excess than estimated bill amount. I am attaching both estimated bill and actual bill for your reference and take action immediately.

                    Also my car music system needs to be fixed..

                    Who actually charge labour charge for each item fixing and above that GST for labour charge... shall I show it to GST officer is it valid or not? or consumer court...? 6553 Rs is a labor charge which is insane... And for each item the tax is fluctuating... No proper information just filled like anything...
                    But after some heat conversations I got 1750 Discount... But still I am not satisfied because I know I charge double. And for sure next time I am not going to service here and suggest other also not to get trap with u guys...

                      I would like to share my worst experience in kalyani motors I had taken Maruthi Suzuki Swift AMTCar on 17th June 2020 from kalyani motors Bidadi. We had been by 4 30 pm and they delivered vehicle to us at 7.30 pm . Since I had been customer there since 6 years with out ensuring the quality of the vehicle we took car to home. Some vehicle dodged into my car on 14th August 2020 there was little dent. Since there was no outlets nearby I had taken vehicle to local mechanic, and there he instantly noticed the difference in colour of car door and pillar. It is repainted one. The difference in the color is not notable under sunlight. Can make out the difference either in some light or if captured in phone. I was shocked for a while and felt very disappointed. Though I didn't belive the mechanic in first go, I had to believe when he showed paint stains under mud mat. Immediately I raised the issue with kalyani motors and further i was told to goto Nayandahalli Kalyani motors they agreed that there is a variation in colour. I mailed my grievances to kalyani and Maruthi motors. AGM and GM told it might have happened during transit from Maruthi to kalyani and they will replace the door and repaint pillar . I had paid fir the brand new car and have got some damaged and repaired car. If this is what is sold in showroom I could have rather purchased vehicle on second hand which would have saved Lakhs of money for me. I demand justice. I want this vehicle to be replaced with brand new one.

                        I have given the my vehicle ertiga (Ts 02 eq 3999) for servicing on 30th november'2019.
                        Vehicle was delivered on the next day.
                        When i was received my vehicle some problems were found and complaint given to authorized dealer.

                        Problems are given follows:
                        1. Back door lock.
                        2. Back door wiper.
                        3. Side mirror adjustments.

                        Problem 01 and 02 cases are rectified
                        But problem no.3 still it is not rectified. I was contacted so many times but not responded.

                          Purchased maruthi dezire tour from kalyani motors brookfield.
                          There was mela going on in bbmp ground nearaces layout, that time i booked the vehicle wih full cash (July), delivery is on date but during delivery
                          They provided tax receipt and bill.

                          1. They committed that within 5 days of delivery we will get the vehicle number plate but that got delayed more than a week, after fixing number plate they took almost 15 days to give the rc but that time they not provided the state permit (My uncle visited the shop).
                          Later i asked them about the permit now they are telling that they have provided that, but my uncle who collected rc from cabin where person only provided rc nothing else. One day i called the guy and asked him about sate permit he asked me wait for two days, later i called that guy he told to visit branch by 1pm to collect the state permit, so i came to branch leaving all my work, they make to wait for 4hours (4th october).
                          Later i connected to manger they told we will arrange to get that doc within two days, again after 2 days got the same reply still we are trying to get the doc from rto, they told give us time till 18th october, i said ok when i contacted them they told we cant get the doc now yiou to raise complain and apply for duplicate, i am not understanding what they are thinking about customers, here itd there duty to provide all the documents to customer, but now i dont have state permit with vehicle who is responsible if rto caught the vehicle,.

                          2. While booking time they committed that will include the window wizer and wheel cap in accessorizes, during delivery they told there is not stock so will gave those accessorizes when you come to collect rc, and they requested if you get any call please tell us we have recieved every thing nothing is pending from our said we did the same, because we believed in kalayni motors thought you guys will neve cheat customer but thing happened is different when i asked those accessorizes they are telling that those are not included in package the guy who committed that is left job we cant arrange those things, want to understand that this how you guys treat customer, when i am paying check i have given in the name of kalyani not to your delivery guy or some one its kalyani motors responsibility to take care of that.
                          I am not happy with the things going on with kayani motors, if i was aware you guys will make us to visit showroom again again they i have never been to your branch.

                          Now my kind request is even after 3 month of delivery i not got accessorizes completely and state permit. I thought to raise a complaint before taking it to review or social media, because i never had experience like this with kalayni before, so i hope for good things dont want to give negative feedback because my previous experiences are good

                              Hi,
                              I have given 4th service of my wagonr (16, 427 kms completed) in kalyani motors-nacharam branch on 12th may 2019.
                              The main reason for giving the vehicle for servicing even though still 3500kms is yet to complete for 4th serving is i am getting smell of petrol from ac vent after driving for around 10kms. And i clearly mentioned my concern to the service agent regarding this.
                              The bill which they charged is 5075/- including taxes.
                              And i believe that expect engin oil change and water service kalyani motors didn’t checked my problem. And very next day i intimated them that issue is not resolved and requested them to come on 18th may for solving my issue. Today i. E, 18th may 2019, one technician came and went back without taking my vehicle saying that his manager will call me.
                              If i really want to change engine oil by paying oil amount and oil changing amount in local service center and do water service. What is use of paying 1780 extra amount for labour charge in maruti service center.
                              Kalyani motors fooled me saying that they will repair and solve my issue. Never make money by fooling customers. After this experience i understood that people should not buy maruti cars, if they buy, they should not not buy from kalyani motors because after sales is pathetic as i can see after paying full amount for service also they cheat customers. And finally after completion of free services, people should give servicing of their cars in local service center but not to dealers.

                              They do not respond even after we register. We are told that they would contact us but no one is bothered.
                              I would like to share my experience which i have faced at your service centre BG road.

                              I had dropped my car body work, I don’t like to take the advisor name, I don’t want him to be blamed. I would say management should have a proper rules that advisor should knowledge customer what to do and what not to be required really.

                              And after I leave my car for body work, until I get the car delivery advisor did not call me at lest once to update. Only customer should call advisor for everything, to ask what is happening and when will I get the car.

                              Finally body work is also not satisfied, did not meet up what advisor said when taking the car.

                              Overall Kalyani motors is not customer friendly and recommendable to friend/family. Post sale no proper response in services.

                              So when we reached out Kalyani motors to just look out cars, they did not leave us to think/decide about the car, they were behind us and hoping with some trust we had booked a car and just after 3 months I had damaged on my car so I reached out your services centre.

                              Even tho we have some many other options for service we come to you it’s only because we brought car from you so we will think you will give us the good services and advice.

                              We customers expect same service as you guys treat us when we reach out to you to buy a new car.

                              I have shared my experience with your services because you should know what customer is facing.

                              I felt very bad for giving my car for Kalyani motors for servicing.

                                purchased new car maruti 800 and, more than a month number plate yet to receive

                                Purchased new car maruti 800 from kalyani motors, nyandahalli branch. The sales guy left the organisation and we were left clueless. Reached out to their team lead and she was least bothered to listen to our problem, eventually reached out to their sales manager, he cut the phone line. Not sure how to get the number place now for new car, all amount paid.

                                I bought alto 800 lxi on 23rd february 2019. As per the brochure, the side mirrors of the car should be internally adjustable orvms. However, i have received pivot mirrors that are not adjustable internally.

                                I paid using a check which should include the cost of insurance as well. I was charged rs.19888 (Nineteen thousand eight hundred eighty eight), however, the confirmation message was for rs. 18302 (Eighteen thousand three hundred two). The difference is not yet settled.

                                I was charged rs. 457 (Four hundred fifty seven) for the fast tag which was not available at the showroom. We have no update if that is available now.

                                I am extremely dissatisfied with the way, these issues were handled by the showroom.

                                Request you to please look into these concerns and address the issue as soon as possible.

                                  I have more than 2 vehicles which goes to kalyani mysore road service centre and i also wanted my other vehicle to get serviced and did call your service desk... The people from service desk is rude and ask irrelevant questions... Though you give best vehicle service and lack in people management and customer service... Pathetic service and i will make sure none of my vehicles comes to your service centre anymore.

                                    I bought a celerio at kalyani motors nacharam hyd.
                                    I gave my car for service @ their nacharam workshop after numerous calls.
                                    When i got my car they charged me for car wash but it was actually not done. I have shown this to their driver raju and in return i got an apology mail from their help desk and offered a free car wash within a month.
                                    After their continuous followup, i gave my another car, ertiga for general check up as i was travelling to ooty. I asked him to cross check everything including brakes, clutch, tyres, oil levels. They took a day and sent the car with driver unwashed again.
                                    I have video proof for this. Service manager apologized and said he will get the wash done.
                                    After 1000km my brakes failed. I was travelling with my entire family to the highest peak in southindia and to my luck i escaped major accident due to brake failure.
                                    I took the vechile to a garage near by and was informed that brake oil was less so because of tension my brake pads were gone.
                                    I replaced them and started off.
                                    Just because of couple of irresponsible service managers at kalyani motors (Maruti showroom), i would i lost my life.
                                    I am suing them in court.
                                    If possible please get them penalized as they cannot play with their clients lives with their irresponsible behavior.
