I had booked a celerio zxi at nayandahalli, kalyani motors, mysore road for exchange of a alto k10 vxi. I was refereed by the kalynai motors service center situated on mysore road, to one mr. Panchlinge gowda, my earlier car from rns motors was 5 years old & had run just 54, 000 km, i had maintained the vehicle in top condition also had fitted it with touch screen music system with speakers, 3m teflon under body coating, leather seat covers etc. I was quoted initially 1.6 lakhs after negotiation was bought to 1.9 lakhs by maruti true value at kalyani motors nayandahalli, by mr. Chetan, which i finally agreed, but the worst was yet to come. I was told rs 30, 000/- will be my exchange offer and it sounded fine as i would be getting rs 2.2 lakhs in total. But when i took the delivery on 14th december 2017, they gave me a surprise, saying the value of my alto k10 vxi was just 1.6 lakhs and the exchange bonus of rs 30, 000/- would be added to the value which makes it just rs 1.9 lakhs. (I have the calculation that was done by mr. Chetan, i was totally ripped off by these people of my hard earned money and trust.
Another surprise was that the hypothecation cancellation towards rto in bangalore is just rs 100/- were they charged me rs 1500/- when questioned with proof (As they had given me a checklist which clearly states it's rs 500/-), i was told that the print was a old print.
Another surprise was that, as i had a touch screen in my old car, i wanted the same in my celerio zxi (Which comes with basic music system, but not a touch screen), they had installed one, but they, were not courteous to integrate it with the controls in the steering wheel provided by maruti, when i asked them, their answer was, it will be done free of cost during my first service.
I am extremely sorry that i will never recommend kalyani motors to anyone.
I would be very happy to pay extras if they had honored their words, but this is sheer arrogance in their part and will make sure that the social media knows about this.
I have all the details if required as proof.

    cheating, fraud and backing out

    This is with respect to my car selling issue at true value, kalyani motors, bannerghatta road, bangalore. I got my car evaluated at true value on 13th nov and the executive (Mr vinay) quoted a price of 1.1l initially and later after further talks said that maximum 1.15l. I went home saying that ll think. Next day another guy named rakesh called and i said the same that i want more. Finally the same evening his senior spoke if m looking for...

    We recently visited kalyani motors on old madras road. We wanted to book celerio zxi (Amt). First the sales representatives were very casual and not bothered to ask for our queries and after we only patiently waited for their attention they asked. We verified the price and started the booking procedure by filling out forms and submitting required documents. After everything was done the sales rep casually says that the car price has changed and will be costing us nearly 25-30k more. When we refused to the new price saying that was not what was agreed at 10mins before he rudely said that was the price now we have to give it or leave. We felt cheated and treated badly and left without booking the car. We will never go back to maruti suzuki brand. These arrogant dealers are spoiling the brand name.. No wonder its no more market leader which it once was.

Where all employees are working in the drainage water where i felt very sorry for that kindky so some cleaning near that showroom i am regular customer for that show room all employees are very disciplined and we'll behaved and that water level was till half leg kindky request you to do the need full

        Kalyani motors, bannerghatta road, provides very bad customer service. I have given my car for some minor repair, and they have returned it in a bad condition. My car was in a good running condition, but now it is having many issues. I regret my decision of taking my car to kalyani motors, as i believed to get a good service. I paid a huge amount, but did not get proper service, they get satisfaction by scratching and making dent's on others beautiful cars.

        Till today my car service problem not resolved. From the beginning of first service same problem appearing but the technicians are not doing any thing..

            I had purchased a new ertiga diesel zdi+ variant vehicle in kalyani motors, mysore road, nayandahalli junction, bangalore on 16th may 2016. The vehicle drove for just 15000kms and tyre got damaged. There is a defect in brand new mrf tyre and i have raised a complaint regarding my car tyre and the same was collected from me to have an investigation. If i ask any one of executive regarding the tyre issue means they are saying that my car tyre is not having any company defect so because of that my claim regarding replacing new tyre was rejected but till today i have nt received neither new tyre nor my old mrf tyre. Kalyani motors are cheating to so many customers by providing cheap quality of mrf tyres instead of other companies good quality of tyres. So please be aware and be cinfirm while purchasing new car from any one of the maruti suzuki retailers whether they are providing cheap quality of mrf tyres or other good quality tyres.

              I have been visting this service cen ter which is in nacharam hyderabad from last 10 days and none of the employee respond to my issue i am been called and later no reaponse.. My issue is just to change glass... When i spoke to employees they said if you have guts please go and complaint. Because of this i am losing my credibilty. Time and money.. Hence i am moving forward to counsumer court filing against maruti and kalyani motors.

                I have given my car for 3rd servicing @ nacharam branch the whole # team thoroughly, checked the vehicle went for test drive checked the vehicle again and again, but after servicing the next day the diesel filter was leaking, and when the team called me about the feed back i mentioned and gave negative feed back but till now they didn't respond, but guys who ever plan to buy a vehicle of maruthi don't go for this kal yani motors, it just for attracting people by looks there is no proper servicing and no proper response, i am seriously sharing this message to who ever go for kalyani motors, one of the waste and bakwaas service center i have ever seen, meanwhile in the galli garrages are better than this k motors, most of my friends are facing same problems, so am again and again letting you know this k. Motors is only for oulling money..

                  Dear sir... I will purchased eeco vehicle in true value...2011 model vehicle will delivery today (1/6/2017) evening 5 :50 pm.. They give delivery without cheking.. And without service... It will be too trouble with me also... And head lamps are not working.. Vifers will be not working.. Electricla problems are more is there... But that manager told i will chek all the vehicle... Will service very good but removing engine covere ' rats ' are...

                  I have bought a car from Kalyani Motors, the show room is located on Bannerghatta main road, I bought my car on 5th May 2017 and I had an accident on 18th May-front and rear bumpers are damaged, I have submitted all the documents to claim the car insurance for rear bumper and front bumper replacement, I have submitted all the original documents including police complaint copy of the accident but there is no response from the service center or from the insurance guy who advises for the insurance in Kalyani Motors--His name is Kannan. I have purchased this car for my marriage purpose and if the car doesn't get delivered by 28th May, I don't want this car at all..Let it Kalyani Motors sell to anybody and pay the EMI on their own to the SBI bank..

                    Worst Maruthi service Center ever i had Seen, all false information, what ever the complaints we have told about our vehicle, nothing will be attended, just they are interested only in Building Hefty Bills. Addition to this they are taking customers feed back by calling from back office, just telling we r sorry sir, please bring the vehicle Back we will try to rectify!!!
                    Why Maruthi company is entertaining this type of service centers God only knows,

                      I am really Upset on the service which is provided by You.
                      Rat had bitten the Vapour Wire and the wiring near the Fuel Tank, so The service center guys suggested me to change the whole Fuel Tank which costs 12, 000/-. When enquired outside it is just 2200/-, including the labour.
                      Really Hopless, They only Work for money and loot the customers.

                        On 20th Jan 2017 I have given my vehicle for service Maruthi Ciaz New car first service Reg No: KA O5 MU 6443 at Bilekhalli, During the service the car front left bumper has been damaged and front left side head light with scratches, the kalyani service team has given me the car with damaged. and they have done the repaint once we noticed it.

                        But we are not satisfied with the repaint, also the service team is not responding properly, kindly request you to change the entire shield into new.

                        Please find the car photo with damages.

                            Hello, I had booked maruti Alto 800 in the month of 4th Jun 2016 at Kalyani Motors Nagarbhavi by paying 5000 rs booking amount. Subsequently I decided to go for a second hand car and purchased wagon R from Kalyani motors true value Nagarbhavi.

                            Later I requested to refund my booking amount which I had paid for Alto and even after following up zillion times with Kalyani motors I get irresponsible answers that it'll be done today or tomorrow.

                            I hope somebody from the management consider my issue and resolve ASAP

                              They have complete amount of the car saying that they will deliver the vehicle with in 10 days, but actually today is the 10th day and they are now telling still the invoice only has been raised and the vehicle is not dispatched from Delhi to Bangalore. Till we make the payment they were very good and now they are very rude to me saying you have to wait until the vehicle comes and they are not giving and assured delivery date.
                              Kalyani motors avalahalli branch rude team leader. They are not delivery the vehicle in time and the booking amount will be not returned more than one and half month and they are saying false statements

                                  My consumer number is 53432214 with Manav enterprises as teh distributor : I had booked the cylinder on 31-Aug-15, the bill was generated on 3-Sep-15, and till date the cylinder is not been delivered. When i contact the distributor they say its the responsibility of the dispatch incharge Shekar. When i call the dispatch incharge Shekar, he says the load has not arrived hence the delivery is delayed. IS it that bad since one month. this has been an ongoing issue with bharath gas. my parents who reside in the same compound do not face such issues with HP gas and my aunt who reside in the same compound does not face such issue with Indane gas Please let me know is this an integrity issue with ppl in the company or is it a genuine issue, which i suspect I get the cylinder on calling the concern ppl. if i do not call them the cylinder is not delivered. should i call ten thousand people every month to ensure the cylinder is deliverd. please advice. Also the delivery guy Jaipan is very arrogant with us. he demands Rs 100 for every delivery. how should this issue be resolved. please help us.
