Sir our vechicle ka06dd919 ertiga zdi top end on 30th0ctober got acclident i gave to claim to kalayani motors the service advisor ragavendra taken 2months this is yellow board vechicle another vehicle part should be purchased for another vehicle bill putted for me i informed to advisor this is wrong bill i told he told no this only perfect bill total bill is 9893 in this bill one part bill 2700 + taxes is added 420 advisor no is [protected] ragavendra

    I have been charged extra during my bike service. Actually i told to person to change front discussed pad but he hasn't changed it inseated of changing front discussed he says he changed rear disc pad. When i clearly told him to change front one and now when i visited kalyani bajaj (Mehkri circle bangalore) they says i raised a compliant without any issue and they kept my bike and made me to sit for ehole day. It's a such wrost serivce centre i have seen ever bloody # people works over there. I am going to lodge a complaint in consumer forum. I will take these people to court.

      Issue: worst service and bad communications

      I have purchased baleno with skirting fitted at the time of vehicle delivery. Unfortunately skirting's were not fitted in a right way that it was came out of the vehicle in a few days after the delivery. Evening after repeated complaint the service people were unable to fix it. Also, there was a continuous battery fault from the initial days of delivery and still yet it was not addressed so far. There is a huge communication gap between the service employees of the kalyani motors that even after repeated call no body is ready to take a call and have no sense to call back after the week of door pick up of the vehicle. There are other issues as well to complaint.

      I request concerned people to take necessary action to give better service and retain costumers.

        Dear team,

        With reference to the above and after discussions had with your team at nexa showroom, m/s kalyani motors, bannergatta road, bangalore, i have purchased a maruti ‘s’ cross vide regn. No. Ka 05 ms 1536. I was getting the service done periodically at the above showroom only.


        Recently, when i was travelling along with family on 22/06/2018, my vehicle got stopped on the highway. This has happened suddenly with out any prior indicator and alarm. After thorough inspection, i came to know that a coolant oil tube got burst and the coolant oil was leaking. I did not get any indicator about the failure of the engine while driving. Then i registered the complaint with maruti and towed the vehicle to the showroom. After complete repair and inspection from your team, the vehicle was handovered to me on 27/08/18 and your persons assured and explained. Me that all the parts have been checked and repaired and where ever required replaced. For that i have paid an amount of rs.49, 000/- approx. Extra from my side (Excluding insurance amount of rs.70, 000/-). Though there is no my fault, i have paid an amount of rs.49, 000/- from my side.

        Then i was using the vehicle for one month and driven about 2, 000 km. On 2nd oct night i drive about 20 km, then parked the car that night at home and next day i started the car (3rd october morning) it was not starting. Then we towed the car to your service centre. After two days m/s kalayani motors people told me car has ecm problem due to water gone in to ecm. We have not neither touched nor opened the ecm, how can a sealed ecm will water get in to. The vehicle was used for more than 3 years and never the water entered in to the ecm. While repairing the engine the other parts was not attended / fixed properly by your team. That is the reason water easily entered the ecm and got damaged. This is a shear negligence service team. All these issues not attended properly in the earlier repair with quality due to this again and again i am going to the service station. Taking too many days for vehicle delivery also. After repair and change of maruti genuine parts, we expect at least 6 months should not have any other issues. I really fed-up to get the good / quality of service from your m/s kalyani motors, bannergatta road, bangalore. More over asking huge bill for these partial poor service. We have already extended warranty, now asking rs.48, 000/- approx. Still car is not ready already over 15days. They says, the ecm is not coming under warranty. I have an extended warranty for 4 years and 80, 000 kms. And my vehicle is driven only at the time of incident is only 62, 000 kms. I request you to replace the vehicle or get it done at your risk and cost till all the issues are settled.

        I am a regular maruti brand customer lost 10 years. Earlier to this, i had a wagon r regd. No. Ka 51 z 8660 purchased from rns motors and used for more than 7 years. I never had a such a problem with that vehicle and was very happy of the performance the wagon r vehicle.

        I request you to look in to these aspects and kindly help me to get out from these issues.

          On[protected], I bought a bike and received it on same day. I have discovered that the bike has the following problem:
          1.Sound from Engine from day 1
          2.white smoke from exhaust
          3.Chain sound (New Bike)
          4.bike too rough after 1st service.
          When i received the bike i found the sound from the bike for which i had gone back to the showroom, the service manager said this will be fixed in the First service which is not fixed till now. my bike has crossed 2300 km on ODO.

          After first service when the bike had the above issues, i was told to take the bike to head office Kalyani Bajaj in Mekhri Circle. The bike was kept there for around 25 days and was given to me with the sound still on the bike ( may be 20%) sound was fixed. They asked me to ride the bike for some time and the sound should vanish on Its own.

          My question is why will i need to adjust if the bike is faulty from the company itself. I was not given the Job card, and no explanation on what was done on bike for 25 days.

          The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

          As you are in breach of contract, I am entitled to have the bike replaced and I would request that you confirm, you will do this within the 14 days from the date of this letter.

          I also require you to confirm whether you will arrange for the bike to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it.

          Worst promises. Untimely delivery. False information. Same with old car servicing also. New car not delivered, booked on 15th August 2018 and full payment done. Only false dates and delayed formalities at BROOKFIELD BANGALORE SJOWROOM.

            Hi sir,

            This is eshwar goud, i have purchased a maruthi suzuki vitarra breeza on july 2016 it's been 2 years and am really dissapointed with car and the service. I would like to tell you my problems regarding this issue so that u can reach me and help me out. Am dissapointed and devastated right now with the neglegence of kalyani motors.

            1. When i purchased the vehicle i got the vehicle with damaged trunck door and was fixed at nacharam kalyani motors (Hyderabad).

            2. By next week i got the reverse parking sensor failed and i went to the showroom and service center they told me that it's a physical damage and wanted me to pay which is not my mistake after a long argument and sending email to maruthi he accepted and made it done.

            3. It worked fine for 1.5 years and without any physical damage and not even close contact with any other objects wind shield got a huge crack and when was asked kalyani motors karmanghat (Hyderabad) said it was due to heat and i claimed insurance for that and i was compromised and problem was solved.

            4. After a week near driver seat down the foot place so much of rain water was jammed and was like a lake and then when i took it to karmanghat branch he said was the glass wasn't fixed there was a mistake and he took 2 days because he need to fix and dry the floor mats in the car. When i received the car there was a bad smell in which it want dried he liked to me which forced down to put this mail.

            5. Now the service manager said there was an issue with steering rod from when i purchased the vehicle and i took it service many times but they didn't tell me. Now they got a mail from maruthi regarding the issue which was companies mistake he said he will order the part. It's been 3 weeks and i didn't get any call and when i call mager told me it takes time and now am really disappointed.

            None of them wanted to work i really got a damaged vehicle and i want the problem fixed or else i will raise a complaint if there is no response from your end.

                When we gave our car for washing at kalyani motera nacharam service center, one of your employee damaged my car which is not acceptable, we are totally disappointed on this issue, when a person doesn't know the driving of car why he should drive do such kind of damages to my car, if happened outside of road if any major accedent happen means who is responsible.

                  They have returned my vechile on 5th evening. But it looks like they have not don any service and they have taken 20000/- nacharam service centre. From past 8 paid services i am doing my services from same service station but never i have faced any problem. Pls solve problem

                    I left the subject car for 100% paid service on[protected] at kalyani motors pvt. Ltd., sury no. 129/4, kalyani platina, kundalahalli, bengaluru -560 066. The advisor mr. Mahesh, checked. Advised me that the following items to be changed compulsorily: oil, filter, coolant, belt, brake, brake fluid, spark plug, and another 5 items, same is listed on job slip, i requested him not to change the oil filter, spark plug, and the items which are good and in working condition. But to my surprise, the following items :spark plugs, filter air cleaner, filter assy oil, switch assy door, distilled water, coolant, brake fluid, grease sachet, screen wash, mgo (Sw30)-shell. The total bill wasrs.4, 305/-
                    The body was not cleaned properly so many stains mud particles were found - on query, it was told that they never water wash & they do only dry wash. The wheels were not cleaned for this also same answer i. E., dry wash. The synthetic parts like bumper, dash board, steering etc. Were unevenly polished. And also i understood from them totaly the company is not using water for washing. Totally the service offered was so bad. I could not tolerate the dirt at out side and inside of my car and customer care m/s. Kalyani motors reply for my feed back. Still i have not received any reply.

                      Hi,

                      I have purchased a new bajaj avenger 220 cruise white color bike from kalyani bajaj. The details are as follows.

                      I am sorry to inform you that the bike sold to me is defective and i have returned the bike to the showroom and will not take the delivery of the same bike again. I have suffered a loss of 5000 rs because of this issue. Please observe the date wise incident report.

                      Date of purchase 5th march 2018 - the bike broke down while driving down from the showroom. My residence is 8 kms from the showroom. I assumed that it must be a fuel issue. I complained to mr. Santosh, manager showroom, he said that i need to tilt the bike to ensure the fuel flows over to the other side. Point number 1, this should not be the an experience the customer should go through. Also, as you read further, you will realize that it wasnt a fuel issue but the bikes engine is faulty. Anyways, i tried tilting the bike, the bike did not start.

                      6th march - i tried calling up mr. Santosh and he did not receive my call. I called the showroom multiple times and nobody assissted me. I complained that my bike is not working and they asked me to bring the bike to the showroom. I was so harassed to hear that because i had been telling them that the bike is not starting. They suggested that i bring the bike on a loading auto, i was so humiliated that i disconnected the call

                      7th march - i tried starting the bike again, it started, i went to the fuel station, got the tank filled up and the bike again broke down while coming home. The fuel station is just1 kms away from my home. I called up mr. Santosh to tell him that the bike is faulty, he started yelling and screaming at me stating that i am a demanding customer and everything will not happen according to my whim and fancy. I was shocked and did not know how to respond. I pleaded that the vehicle is ceasing again and again and not starting up, but disconnected the call and hung up on my face. I called back and said that i am going to the consumer forum and disconnected the call.

                      8th march - he called saying that the reason the bike is not starting up is because the tank is full and the engine is not getting air. Point number 2, i have never ever heard that a vehicle ceases and does not start because the fuel tank is full. He knew that the bikes engine is faulty and was trying to give excuses. He said he will send his workers to my home to fix the bike. His workers came home and reported that the bike has a starting problem and the engine keeps switching off, i asked the worker to handover the phone and took a confirmation from him over the phone that the bike has a starting and ceasing problem. He said that i should send the bike over to the showroom with the workers. I was again humiliated and felt that i am being victimized, but i had no option but to comply.

                      9th march - no communication whatsoever from the dealer

                      10th march - the manager called me up and said that it was an air blockage problem and they have fixed it, now the bike wont have any concerns, i told them that if the engine ceases again, i wont take delivery of the same vehicle and ask for a replacement, mr. Santosh said yes, that this will be right as the vehicle is breaking down. They delivered the bike in the evening, i was not at home, they said that they have demonstrated the bike in front of my father, by the way my father is 65, he has never driven a bike in his life, and took a confirmation from him that the bike works. They should be ashamed of themselves. What was my father supposed to do, ride the bike himself. This was an insult to my father who is a retired banker and a senior citizen. At this point, our harassment and victimization at the hands of kalyani bajaj was unstoppable. I returned home in the evening, rode the bike for 2 kms and as expected, it shut down. Please note, that mr. Santosh told me to open the fuel tank and start the bike which could have endangered my life, when i resisted he said that he will send hi workers again. No workers came

                      11th march - it was a sunday and i just did not have the time to pursue this matter, but i did not get any communication from bajaj as well.

                      12th march - again no communication

                      13th march - i thought of trying the vehicle once, i took the bike the bike out at 4:00 am in the morning to go to work because by now i had spent almost 5000 rs on cab fare because the bike's engine ceasing and starting problem. As expected, the bike again broke down after 3 kms, at 4 in the morning i had to drag the bike for 3 kms to the nearest petrol station and parked it there. I called up mr. Santosh at the same time and informed him about the same, he insisted that the bike is fine and that i am lying just to irritate him. Again my harassment continued. I had to explain to him that the bike is not starting up and i have left it at the petrol station and that he should get it collected. I sent him the location through whatsapp, and again had to hire a cab. I got late to work because of which i was reprimanded by my manager and was issued a verbal warning which has caused a setback for me in my career. My bike was collected from the petrol pump in the evening, almost 13 hours after the intimation.

                      14th march - no intimation

                      15th march - i was called by someone named suresh from the showroom and told that the bike is fine, when i inquired why was the engine ceasing and not starting again, he argues that it was not the engine but the bike that was not starting. We are again and again being harassed by kalyani bajaj employees like this. He said that the bike has an air concern which has now been fixed. I asked that why was a faulty bike delivered to me, he said we dont do a vehicle inspection of these bikes and they are delivered new to the customer, when i requested that my bike be replaced, he disconnected the call

                      16th march - mr. Santosh called which i missed, he did not call back

                      17th march - i called mr. Santosh, he explained that it was an air problem, i requested that they give me a letter stating that the bike had concerns and will not face the same issue again, he refused. The call ended.

                      There after i called up customer care and registered my complaint, the complaint number is isr313903.

                      I just wanted to inform bajaj, that my family and i have been harassed and humiliated by kalyani bajaj employees. Our lifes have been put to risk and i have suffered professionally as well.

                      Also, because of the bike not working, i have suffered a loss of more than 5000 rs because of cab travel.

                      I understand that bajaj is a very reputable company and i have owned 3 bajaj vehicles before, 2 pulsars and 1 avenger. I am a huge fan of bajaj bikes and will continue to be a loyal bajaj customer. I also understand that sometimes vehicles have defects but the dealers are only looking at their profits while hampering bajaj automobiles image.
                      Request bajaj to please take action here and get a replacement vehicle delivered to me and help me recover my financial losses as well. Please note that its already more than 10 days and my emi will be due soon.

                      I hope someone from bajaj comes to our rescue and our harassment stops at the hands of kalyani bajaj.

                        Hi just now i went to showroom of kalyani motors avalahalli they did not took my vehicle for service. Because my vehicle had been service outside so that they are not ready to take my car for the service. The manager is not accepting my car for the service just because i had serviced my car some were out and so that he is not ready to accept my car for the service. I[censored] would kindly help me on this and help to put my car for the service.

                          My bike (Bajaj avneger cruice 220 cc) is under warranty, i am facing issue in my bike silencer, it making unpleasant sound, i contacted show room dealer in kalyani motors, rt nagar, benaglore - 560032, the mechanic has observed and said issue with silencer which has to be changed because moopller inside silencer is might broken it seems, we need new silencer to check the exact problem and they said, currently we don't have silencer in stock we informed company to send it. Once we get we will call back and they returned my bike with same condition. So i kindly request to help me to sort out my problem and make positive impact on costumers like me... My bike warranty will expire in 5 days. Please do the needfull.

                          Reasons for disappointment with bajaj is :
                          1) within one year i have faced issue in my bike silencer.
                          2) there is no acknoledgemnt given by kalyani motors for silencer issue. They given me gateway pass saying bike is ready. Verbally they said we have informed company to send new silencer but not sure what is the guarantee they they have informed to company.

                            We gave baleno for denting work. Which was insured by you now the service centre people are not responding to our problem. From last 10 days (I. E 3rd february) the service centre located at nacharam hyderabad the insurance people are also not responding is it the way you people are working? We are facing lot of trouble without car. Earler also the service centre people are giving lot of trouble at the time of free srevece. Period. At the time of insurance lot of things are told but the service is very poor this kind of srevice is not expected from reputed company like kalyani motors ours car no ts08/fb5599 hope early reply

                              My car met with an accident and the engine was re-assembled at kalyani motors bannerghatta branch. But i doubt the work was not done correctly and the problem of oil leakage was persistent even after 6 months of work done by them. When raised an issue they did some fix and there was no such problem for last 5 months. But the problem has occurred now. They are not taking the problem seriously. I'm fed of getting this fixed every now and then. Someone please help me to escalate this to higher level and help me get this fixed or else an alternative solution for the same.

                                I gave my celerio zxi (O) car for servicing to kalayani motors in nacharam branch for servicing and denting issues on[protected] and they took 8 working days to complete the same but they failed to solve the denting issues and painting work and they try to handover the car in the very pathetic situation. Car is not cleaned and paint has damaged left side co-driver window glass. The service is also not good and bumper was slightly damaged and for the same we raised escalation in the work shop for the same but there was no proper response from their and the customer service is very bad in this branch.

                                I have waited for more than one hour to deliver my car for repairs. No one attending even after frantic calls from receptionist.

                                  Just to update on the progress, i was sent a message by mr. Puneet, on watsapp who introduces himself as a gm (God alone knows if he's one) on january 9th 2018, and was told he would like to meet me in person, as i was travelling suggested meeting him on the 13th january 2018, being a saturday & was sent back a message confirming the meeting on the said date by mr. Puneet, as is the norm with kalyani motors, they never keep up their words had waited for him but never came to meet me. They are prompt in looting you of your money but never prompt in customer redressal.

                                    I bought my bike on 14/08/2016 i was having footrest vibration in my bike when i went to the service centre they said me that my bike chain sprocket is gone so i changed the chain sprocket but there is no use there is a vibration again if i complain to the service centre they will simply lube the chain & they will give the bike
                                    But when i checked the chain sprocket in nearby garage they said that the chain sprocket is gone
                                    So kindly take action against this please don't leave ur bike for service to this service centre kalyani bajaj yeshwanthpur

                                      I am having vehicle alto k10 recently purchased i need to leave for first service i left the vehicle after 5 hours i got a call ur vehicle is ready i got a bill around 700 rs but not changed anything i said some problems not solved the problem also.
                                      When i went second service i was went with service station with my car i went inside the service station simply they fill the different forms but no one cares what exactly having the problem simply they need to make some timepass with every vehicle they i was asked my car having these problems they it will be seen in different section.
                                      But every section people said same thing.
                                      I was spoken with advisor also he is so silent he can't able to speak anything.
                                      This worst experience happened in mysore road service station...

                                        I had booked a celerio zxi at nayandahalli, kalyani motors, mysore road for exchange of a alto k10 vxi. I was refereed by the kalynai motors service center situated on mysore road, to one mr. Panchlinge gowda, my earlier car from rns motors was 5 years old & had run just 54, 000 km, i had maintained the vehicle in top condition also had fitted it with touch screen music system with speakers, 3m teflon under body coating, leather seat covers etc. I was quoted initially 1.6 lakhs after negotiation was bought to 1.9 lakhs by maruti true value at kalyani motors nayandahalli, by mr. Chetan, which i finally agreed, but the worst was yet to come. I was told rs 30, 000/- will be my exchange offer and it sounded fine as i would be getting rs 2.2 lakhs in total. But when i took the delivery on 14th december 2017, they gave me a surprise, saying the value of my alto k10 vxi was just 1.6 lakhs and the exchange bonus of rs 30, 000/- would be added to the value which makes it just rs 1.9 lakhs. (I have the calculation that was done by mr. Chetan, i was totally ripped off by these people of my hard earned money and trust.
                                        Another surprise was that the hypothecation cancellation towards rto in bangalore is just rs 100/- were they charged me rs 1500/- when questioned with proof (As they had given me a checklist which clearly states it's rs 500/-), i was told that the print was a old print.
                                        Another surprise was that, as i had a touch screen in my old car, i wanted the same in my celerio zxi (Which comes with basic music system, but not a touch screen), they had installed one, but they, were not courteous to integrate it with the controls in the steering wheel provided by maruti, when i asked them, their answer was, it will be done free of cost during my first service.
                                        I am extremely sorry that i will never recommend kalyani motors to anyone.
                                        I would be very happy to pay extras if they had honored their words, but this is sheer arrogance in their part and will make sure that the social media knows about this.
                                        I have all the details if required as proof.
