My name Durbakula Ramadevi, residing at Podili, my chit no: fmrt09j/45 in Kapil chit funds, and i lift my chit on 25th Jan 2016, and the branch is Markapur, Prakasm (DT), AP. I need to get total Rs.4, 05, 000. They told after lifting the chit, they will pay the money with in one month. Now already 8 months over. Still they are not released the chit amount. When ever we are asking the money, they are telling that they will give today or tomorrow. From the last 8 months they are telling the same story. At present, the branch manager name is Mr.Satish. I need to get back my amount. Please have a look in this complaint and do the needful. My contact no is : +91 - [protected], [protected]

I am resident of medchal have joined as a member in Rs 5, 00, 000-00 chit in medchal Branch. As I got the bid, I got the amount in the form of cheque excluding some charges like verification charges Rs 1000/-, service tax Rs 2163/-, Health club bond Rs 2300/- and insurance for amount of 3500/- they ensured me that give the health bond after getting. After few days, I requested the manager, to issue the bond. He told he will send.
Kapil Chits fraudulently collecting money from bidder towards Health Club membership 2300/- and Insurance. 3500/-
They have also included one form in bidding form and taking the signature of customer without their concern.
Is that mandatory to take insurance and membership compulsory if you join chit group.(No other chit fund company is collecting except Kapil Chit fund Group
Now this is my 49th month till now i haven't got the bond or insurance document. The Manager says..its fault of old manager for not providing the insurance certificate.
I have requested new branch manager to adjust the amount which they have collected in advance and rest amount will be paid from my end
Medchal branch manager refuses to do that and warns to issue notice to guarantors and also says they will collect all illegal charges as per their wish and deduct the amount from guarantors.

This is B L Prasad, one of the company agent telling me about chit policy & benefits I paid the one month instalment 10, 000rps signed overall documents... 5 months later your chit collapsed, you pay another 5000rps for regular continued/withdrawal chit..no.of times I text to agent he never respond me... The company terms and conditions is most worst cases... I heard there after three months cheque presented to customers...what I can do???

Regarding my chits No.FKKS13F-14/kakinada even after 4 months my chit amount not released so far, i submit all requirements which was asked by you.It is very much difficult to me and lost my belief on your company. resulting i got negative opinion on your company and i will share my difficult to friends and others. Even after several reminders your people did not responding properly. I have only way to proceed the legal. ---jayamani.

My chit no:fpdt01p-31, piduguralla branch, guntur district. I signed into the website of company i. E. Kapilchitfunds, created my account, as instructed in 'visual tour' of the site, added my chit details but unable to get the details of all transactions. I could only see that my chit is 'in progress'. Please suggest me if there is any way of getting the detailed history of payments i made towards my chit. Details of date wise monthly installments i paid and remaining installments i have to pay etc.

I lift my chit in kalpilchits fund of cheryal mandal district warangal. there five five months were finished still they are not giving money and the manager not picking my call and his name is chandramouli and AD hanmakonda not responding to my calls.
please do not join and waste your money by believing kapil chits its really waste of time and your money too.

I was lift my chit at kalwakurthy branch of mbnr on 28/5/2016, submitted mysurities by 10/6/2016, and the company was verified my surities by 5/7/2016 and the manager of thebranch sri venkatesh goud andregional manager sri sriramarao wantedly late.
Ri venkatesh manager of the branch was wantedly doing late and he is saying that as he i can cancell the chit. And he is saying that no paise will come to you, go any where to complaint. Nothing will happes to him. This kind of arrigant fellow make the company blame. A manager must have maintain the qualities andpeacefull mentality and nonpsycho feeling. So i am requesting u kindly arrange my amount asearly as possible, along with intrest of 3 months. As it is justfy.... Kapilchit fund kalalaku sakaram kadu kanneetiki sakaram.

I have chit in kapil chits 3 lac i acasation chit on dec-2015 then kapil chits agent mr. Veketesh & manger s mr9.kishor commted 1 month time then 2 months then both are chaanged then new staff came then same status then agin change staff still date i had not geting payment i request clear my payment or plz close my chit give back my final intest . Dear sir,
My name rajamouli mob no [protected], am joined in kapil chit sankarpally branch for 10lak chit and paid 13 months rs 184000/- after 13 months am lifted chit on[protected] given surety to kapil with in 5 days after 4 months completed they are told your chits was very heavy we are not give to your lifted chity amount. after 15 days call from branch manager and told me sir your total amount was rs 184000/- amount will be adjusted to your others lifted chits for total amount and your lifted chit we are given to another customer your total amount to be adjusted to out branch lifted chits.

But after one year completed they are adjusted only rs 123500/- and now am asking to remaining balance they are not giving to response the balance amount rs 60000/- was our company commission.

Now the branch manager saying am not response for your debited amount.

Please take the action on the kapil chits and refund reaming my amount.

I have started 3 chits (2- Five lakh chits and 1- 15 lakh chit)with Kapil chits in Janaury'2014.
after 6 months, I have cancelled one 5 lakh chit and one 15 lakh chit and redeemed the 5 lakh chit.
as that time in total I have paid around 2.5 lakhs for all 3 chits and they have paid me around 2.5 lakhs as part of 5 lakh chi have redeemed.

For the cancelled chits, they did not pay me a single paisa, for which I should get around 1 lakh back after deducting the 5% of chit amount as cancellation fee.

they never paid me that and they never responded for my phone calls

after 10-12 months they started calling back saying that I need to start paying for the 5 lakh chit that I redeemed.

I asked about the my money for cancelled chit, they said they were adjusted to 5 lakh chit.
I said how can they do that, how can they keep more than 1 lakhs and adjust without my permission.

they told they would return and asked me continue paying for 5 lakh chit.
I trusted and started paying.. even after 3 months they did not return my amount.
I stopped paying and asked for justification.
as I have already paid around 3 lakhs and got 3 lakhs back for one 5 lakh chit.
they are not responding and now started harassing guarantors by sending legal notice etc.
I never said I wont pay, I asked for details of the amount I should get back and how can they keep 10 months money in advance and adjust from that without my approval.
and asking me to pay fines and unauthorized charges

We are requesting to prevent managers who is working as a target based, stalling auctioned amount and adding new chits force fully . It happened in our life and personal experience o[censored]s freezes amount and added to new chits of worth 10 lakhs later it was cancelled by them .

We lost Rs.50000 and LIC Rs.30000 for two years (Without Acceptance)

I urge Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to take necessary actions on Kapil Chits Company

As they wont keep mistake on their side their managers forced us sign on Agreement my request is to check whether the customer economical status and financial grounds .

I am v. Manohar rao gudur andhra pradesh compliant for kapil chit gudur branch -2. They sanctioned chit for me before 2 months back. But till they are not give amount to me. I asked the manager but he is irregular answer give to me.
My chit number is fgmt07f/23. That branch people also not give correct answer to me. Pls. Help and give my amount.

I had been paid monthly installments regularly. I have submitted surity documents etc in time at kapil chit office Rajampeta branch. But not gave chit amount till now.

I am subscriber of anandbagh chit holding number and name :- fab02p is chit group and number is :- 13 and name is :- y archana we have offered the bid for on april[protected] and we have provided all the required the pledge to for the existing amount all the proceeding also completed

Still i did not get my cheque form you kapil chits i want some one should take the action and let me know does i will get the cheque or not.

We have knocked the bid in respect of my chits no. Fabl05p/16 and fabt24j/21m on 29/04/216. But still the bid amount is not paid telling one or other reasons. It is very bad.

The branch manager will not answer the phone nor message us on the status.
They are not even sharing their superiors contact no.

With utmost trust we have chosen the kapil chits but the services are very bad. Please examine my issue and see that the bid amount is paid to me today.

Kindly share with the contact no of the managing director if some one holds at them.

I have a chit with kapil chit (Cheat) funds, i have bid the chit 4 months back and it has been cleared now they are telling all possible stories to stop payment like still your payment is pending, your another bid is in legal it has to be cleared, i told them to clear the another with my account instead of doing that they have deducted amount from my chit for unknown persons chit and know they are telling clear the chit and take amount...

Hello sir

I have registered a complaint in india consumer complaints and to kapil chits chairman vaman k rao sir. I got a message that you have received the complaint and let me know what is the result.

Brief about my complaint :

Sir we were not rich persons even though we afford to add chits of 11 lakhs and paying money some ought irregularly due to bad financial and health issues of my family. You have deducted two assurance new 5 lakh chits by kapil manager of tadepalli gudem and my brother who he is not working any where. The only person who is paying the amount is my father retired employee and undergone bypass surgery. You have deducted insurance in the name of 2 years rs.30000 and 2 security valued chits for 5 lakhs worth rs.50000 total of rs.80000.

Sir please understand literally in other words we were selling our blood to pay the chit installments and we were not in a position to pay.

So please kindly revert the cancelled chit money of rs.50000 and make my chits alive of without due then we will try to pay regularly remaining 15 months.
Help us to solve our problems and we are liable customers and understand us

It is bring to your notice that i am the kapil chit fund member of kukatpally branch, chit no:fkkkto4j-9, feb-16 month ending i won the bid, i have completed all the surity documents in march 2016, sofar i am not received any chq, at lost yesterday we went kukat pally branch, we met to the branch manager mr. Jaya prasad reddy, he assured that end of the week, the chaq will be issued.
The following are the my basic doubts, pls answer it, other wise we will go legal proceeding
1) why this much time has taken, our surity documents are no error?
2) genereal march amount is collected in march only, why still pending my chit amt at kapil chit fund?
3) there is no transferency in amount paying at branch level, there is some fraud going in bracnh and corporate office.
4) who shoul pay the interest for 4.4lac in 2 months period.

Please respond with in 3 days
