I have chit in kapil chits, kondapur branch, it is 40 month chit and i lifted in 38 month i.e December 2016. till now my amount is not cleared and branch manager Mr. yadav reddy is not responding not lifting phone calls and missing from the branch. how to complain further? where is the head office of the kapil chit funds.

The payment what ever we paid is not updated for the offer or obeyed months of EMI by the Kapil agent. They are abusing a lot when we ask for the justice.

When we caontacted karimnagar branch manager MR Gopal Rao he is very irresponsible The manager Is saying bring a written proof from the agent Ravinder as what he owed then we can try to consider to adjust the Emi's

I am V. KANTHARAO. I have a chit in ur company at bhavanipuram branch. I was taken a bid on[protected]. which is amount of 159000. to take this amount they asked the surety documents. I submitted one govt and two private employees. One more surety they asked, then I submitted one more govt surety, which person joined in job in last 6 months. They refused 4th on surety because of less experience.. I don't know why they are not accepting who hae more service.MY chit perriod is 40 months. 22 months is completed. I can't submit one more surety. I request you that please accept my documents.

I have produced all documents which required by the Branch Manager. He told that he will pay the money within one month. Now already 2 months over. Still he has not released the chit amount. Whenever I ask to Manager he is postponing day after day. when ever i call to branch manager he won't lift my call and even he don't give any information about that amount, am feed of from your wrost services and irresponsibility towords customer, if this kind of situation goes on then no body will invest in this, even am getting feared about to invest one more with you, ...

I fixed my amount 150000/- for 2 years with interest it is 191250/- but they weren't give full amount to me. My number [protected], branch, karimnagar gandhi road, so take a action as soon as possible and they not give any proper response to me and we are pay 4 chitts and we are customer of past 5 year but i am not satisfied with your service change it as soon as possible.

I am deposit holder, But it is not regular deposit, It is Future liability deposit . I was paid the future liabilities in my chits but not proper respone to branch staff of ongole branch rtc depot branch for my original deposit bond of LP/KIA-ONG/A1/2016-amount of rs. 100000/- Maturity date is 6 January 2017 so kindly provide my original deposit bond and also provide maturity amount on that day my cell no.[protected]

I have taken a chit (Fdvt04h-3) from kapil chits and i used to pay chit by cash and i started to pay chits by using cheques.

One of my cheque was mis used by kapil chits kosta branch visakhapatnam

And no one is responsible for the same

For two months they told wait we will solve the issue and after two months you have not collected any receipt for the cheque.

I have given the cheque favouring kapil chits ac payee and the cheque was credited to kapil chits.

I request you to make a complaint and credit back the same amount to my chit.

I've had my chit auctioned on 18th oct 2016 & was promised to get paid within 30 days. It's almost 3 months & i don't have the payment done. No matter how many times i call the agents they keep telling me that they will pay but don't make it. Branch manager for mulugu, dist warangal has absolutely no professionalism in handling customers & only making false promises.

I don't see any response from either from manager or agent inspite lot of calls. I don't know who to approach. Can i get help??...

I'm the customer since 6 years "alwal branch". Kapil chit fund is the waste chit which i have ever seen. They never fulfuill the customer need. They pay our money on bases if we add one or the other chit which is kept as a pledge with 4 to 5 government surities they affidavit is also asked with it. This ruler are never been mentioned before for the customer or it is available on which we make our agreement.

As a customer i just want to ask the company why this is not mentioned before to the customer and why they need a peldge if the surities is taken or why they ask us to put with the new chit is it for they cumtion. Or the company is not paying them salary.
This is going on with me from long time. Even though the chit is removed at last intervals.
Please people don't invest your valuable money were there is no securite for it. It just waste company were they never respect the customer and the amount is also not issued on time because as per my equiry the employee use our money for they personal need and only half amount is paid as mentioning its as pledge. The manger is also involve in all this. Even the higher autority will never show any need ful.

I don't see any response from either mr. Sainath or mr. Azeemuddin inspite of lot calls & messages. I don't know who to approach. Can i get help??

I am regular chit holder in kapil chits badvel. After auction of chit they are supposed to give money to prized bidder with in 30 days. But chit fund company is never giving money in time.
Chit no fbv01 ip-35, 10 lacs chit was auctioned on 29.8.16 and produced all documents required. But they have not given me money so far, which is actually due to me on 29.9.16. It happened many a times previously. I participated in bid as i need money very urgent. Kindly take necessary action.

Hello, this is Kiran from Hyderabad, I have taken chit in ghatkesar, Hyderabad branch, tenure has been completed, that branch executive and branch BM said I would get my money in 1 month but it's being 3 months I didn't get the amount yet, that executive and BM are not responding my calls, I didn't get proper response from anyone, plz solve the issue and provide my payment my chit number FGTL01G-23

I naresh here i have invested in kapil chits, and i dicided to with draw my money, and all formalities has been done for this they have taken all most 3 months and after completion of all these things, and they are taking more than 2 months to deposit my money in my account, when ever i call to branch manager he won't lift my call and even he don't give any information about that amount, am feed of from your wrost services and irresponsibility towords customer, if this kind of situation goes on then no body will invest in this, even am getting feared about to invest one more with you, you tell me guys if you have this kind of managers in your branch's, no body will trust on kapil chits, i have a medical emergency i want to pay money to some one, when ever i call to that raju branch manager, he won't lift my call and when no visit to branch he tells that we received the dd but signature was wrong so that we sent returned to kapil office,, and after 1 month my wife called him about that dd he is telling that we did not received any dd from kapil till now,, guys please tell me does it takes these many days to credit in my account,, mr raju branch manager of kapil chits kakatiya pvt ltd jangaon branch warangal,, he telling lies all locals peoples,, i need immediate action on his services and irresponsibility behaviour, i need my money to be credited in my account,, i need immediate repaly asap

My name M.Sreekanth, residing at Tirupati, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh my chit no: FSHTC02P-24 in Kapil chit funds, Srikalahasti Branch and I am a successful bidder in the bid conducted on 14th May 2016. I have produced all documents which required by the Branch Manager, Srikalahasti. He told that he will pay the money within one month. Now already 5 months over. Still he has not released the chit amount. Whenever I ask to Sri Munikumar, Branch Manager, Srikalahasti for releasing Chit amount, he is postponing day after day. If the amount is not paid to me within two days with interest at 24% per annum. I have no other option except to proceed to consumer forum for relief.

My name Durbakula Ramadevi, residing at Podili, my chit no: fmrt09j/45 in Kapil chit funds, and i lift my chit on 25th Jan 2016, and the branch is Markapur, Prakasm (DT), AP. I need to get total Rs.4, 05, 000. They told after lifting the chit, they will pay the money with in one month. Now already 8 months over. Still they are not released the chit amount. When ever we are asking the money, they are telling that they will give today or tomorrow. From the last 8 months they are telling the same story. At present, the branch manager name is Mr.Satish. I am resident of medchal have joined as a member in Rs 5, 00, 000-00 chit in medchal Branch. As I got the bid, I got the amount in the form of cheque excluding some charges like verification charges Rs 1000/-, service tax Rs 2163/-, Health club bond Rs 2300/- and insurance for amount of 3500/- they ensured me that give the health bond after getting. After few days, I requested the manager, to issue the bond. He told he will send.
Kapil Chits fraudulently collecting money from bidder towards Health Club membership 2300/- and Insurance. 3500/-
They have also included one form in bidding form and taking the signature of customer without their concern.
Is that mandatory to take insurance and membership compulsory if you join chit group.(No other chit fund company is collecting except Kapil Chit fund Group
Now this is my 49th month till now i haven't got the bond or insurance document. The Manager says..its fault of old manager for not providing the insurance certificate.
I have requested new branch manager to adjust the amount which they have collected in advance and rest amount will be paid from my end
Medchal branch manager refuses to do that and warns to issue notice to guarantors and also says they will collect all illegal charges as per their wish and deduct the amount from guarantors.

This is B L Prasad, one of the company agent telling me about chit policy & benefits I paid the one month instalment 10, 000rps signed overall documents... 5 months later your chit collapsed, you pay another 5000rps for regular continued/withdrawal chit..no.of times I text to agent he never respond me... The company terms and conditions is most worst cases... I heard there after three months cheque presented to customers...what I can do???

Regarding my chits No.FKKS13F-14/kakinada even after 4 months my chit amount not released so far, i submit all requirements which was asked by you.It is very much difficult to me and lost my belief on your company. resulting i got negative opinion on your company and i will share my difficult to friends and others. Even after several reminders your people did not responding properly. I have only way to proceed the legal. ---jayamani.

My chit no:fpdt01p-31, piduguralla branch, guntur district. I signed into the website of company i. E. Kapilchitfunds, created my account, as instructed in 'visual tour' of the site, added my chit details but unable to get the details of all transactions. I could only see that my chit is 'in progress'. Please suggest me if there is any way of getting the detailed history of payments i made towards my chit. Details of date wise monthly installments i paid and remaining installments i have to pay etc.
