My name is muneendrakumar i have five lakh chit kapil chit in gudur 2 branch with my permisson na chit misuse by the manager if iam ask mean they is no proper responce for customer and i have complaint ti rm also but he did not taking actions who is responiblity for my chit amount taken the payment

My name is shaik dasthagiri, i am present working in idian army. My chit number in kapil chit fspto3j-22 to fixed deposited 3, 00000 suriety is my chit. My price money check release on[protected].. I ask company my bond xerox only. But branch manager and regional manger playing with me. Plese immediately give my bond xerox copies. Other wise i will give complaints rbi deposit cell and indian army cell..

Dear sir i m gangadhar, request you that the dhone manager is negligence for customers in chits, after action in the chits the said employees not to come to the document verification till today or after 22 days and also the manager fraud to the customers in action time for chits and handed over the chit amount for favorable persons in commission. Please take necessary action against him.

This is to state that still no response for my previous complaints which I raised two years back. Mr Dayanand is not answering my calls everyone is behaving rudely. I have lost almost 15 lacs in this company. No one seems to take any accountability. Bangalore regional head are not giving me any contact of main branch in Hyderabad. Funds were released from main branch but these stupid people at local centre have eaten all my money. Please revert back urgently [protected]. Dr Vinay

I am p. Vijaya lakshmi with bjl02k-33 as my chit number, in vijaya nagar branch in bangalore. I am an existing customer of kapil chits from past 15 years. I participated in the action held in the month of march, as per kapil chits fund act, i submitted all my sureties and guarantee sureties that were demanded by kapil chits manager of vijaya nagar (Now it is shifted to jaya nagar), to draw the chit amount. The manager said, he will issue the cheque in 15 days, it did not happen, again he said 2 months and it did not happend, now 5 months are over, still i did not get the cheque.

More over, i never missed any installment, and i used to pay early in case if i am going to the out station,

But still i have not received cheque, on top of it, manager (Chandu) balck mails me by saying if you are keep on calling me it will be delayed 3 more monhs, and he will never the lift the call, incase if he is lifting the call, i get very very rude and bad response from that manager (Chandu),

Further i reached main branch regional manager (Dayanand), he is more irresponsible than chandu, he never lift the call, i tried reaching him from 2 months, he lifts the call for twice only, that time also, he says, i will check,

What type of service is this, i came to kapil chits, due to the case like, if i need money in emergency i will get, but here situation is completely different, manager (Chandu) him self said that, there are people who are waiting from 1 years onwards, being old customer you are have given this kind of treatment to me, i am very very disappointed with this kind of behaviour

So i therefore request you to look into this matter very seriously, and do us the need as soon as possible, or else, we are going to step into this magger legally,

I prised the ammount of 3, 00, 000 im month of may.
I submited suriety forms to maneger in month of may.
But your manenger is neglet to isse the dd/cheque..

He told neglence information... Behevior is tooo rash with claint.

Totally bad sevice give to claint... I had bad expiriance with you chits.

My payment is not made since 2 years. Mr dayanand is not taking any responsibility. He is big fraud and also involved in money laundering. Kindly look into it as priority. My no is [protected]. I had already complained against kapil chits funds bangalore vijaynagar branch almost year back no action has been taken yet. They are big cheaters. I have all the details of their fraudulent activities with proof. Please do something

. I submitted all necessary documents. One month completed but i don't have response. The manager doesn't know how to manage. He doesn't even call and talk to ths customer. Worst service. They need commission to give my money. Agents need me money to process the documents. No one tracks this at high level. Do they agree if i don't pay money. Worst kapil chits funds. Never put any chit. Shankerpally branch. Hyderabad. I donno how to solve the problem.

May month chit till i have not received my bid amount. The chit for 10 l. Every surities are submitted in the may month but they only delayed for enquiry and even after enquiry they have not given my amount till today. Simply prolounging the issue. I met the rm at kukatpally and he also taken easy and supporting the manager who is delaying the amoint.

Earlier i worked in m/s bhavya cements ltd as general manager-electrical, after my retirement from feb.2016 i am staying at vijayawada.

When i am at bhavya cements your macherla 2 kapil chits officers met me and requested for one dropout chit of rs 5 lakhs, with great pressure only i accepted and paid the amount for chit no fmct13j-7.in sept.2014. Every month in 1st week your staff collected monthly subscriptions up to feb.2016.

From march2016 on wards every month i only contacted your office and paid the subscriptions. On 29.06.2017 chit auction i participated at 4.00pm and got chit auction at rs. 39000/-. Same day on my request your staff taken my signatures on all the surity papers including 3 nos white papers also at your macherla2 office. While returning from your office they requested me to take one more dropout chit of 5 lakhs.

Till date up to 26.07.2017, they had not paid my chit amount.
Every month monthly subscription amount to be informed by sms or mail. From march 2016 on wards every month i only telephoned to your office and paid the subscription amount.

My present age was 67 years, retired and staying at vijayawada. Please arrange the chit no fmct13j-7 full and final amount to me at the earliest.

I am not interesting to take one more new drop out chit at your macherla2 office due to distance, no commutation for subscription and for participating in chit auction.

Kindly arrange chit payment without any other deductions.

If not possible i will go through the court of law... This is the worst chit fund i ever met...

It seems my chit prized amount was misutilized by branch manager.
He has shared almost 7 different scheduled dates with me to deposit the prized amount into my account, but till now he didn't deposited, postponing the dates as next week monday and so on.

I have a chit running in kapil chit funds with reference number dbt04j3. I have redeemed the 5 lac chit in july 2016. It has been more than a year now and the company has still not paid my dues. I have made several requests and the company is making run from pillar to post.
I am very frustrated as i have a medical emergency to attend to and the people are just not making payment to me. Please help

A disappointed woman

I am a member of FCHT04P-3 group in Chirala branch. I was awarded chit in december, 2016 but my documentation is not even sent to higher branch for approval till mid July. The branch people come up with excuses like manager has changed in home branch and then agm has changed due to which we are not able to process. I have submitted all the documents requestrd by ghe manager but every time after all the documentation is completr they come up with new requirements and try to delay giving money. I think this is cheap trick played by kapil chits to not give money to its customers. 32 emis out of 50 is already over and i agreed to pay a cash security worth 1.5 lacs along with 4 other person securities.

Hi, I am Kiran - part of FPRT04G-46 Kapil's chit group and completed all 50 months duration 2 months back itself. It was part of Kapil chits Parkal. I have followed up multiple times and they made so many promises to pay and all false promises and the did not pay my win amount back. I'm the subscriber of chit no. Fbrs08f-2, bn reddy nagar branch, hyderabad..

I really feel embarrassed with kipil chits group.

Even i read the previous posts and response it's my bad to write a complaint as i have no other option, apart going to consumer court.

I got promised that 1st month chit will be gifted and begged me to join this chit group..

Though they did false promises i been follow up with manager and complain the same and he was so ignorant.

However, i lifted the chit on 4th month and provided all the required documents.. Manager did promised the gift amount will be paid asap..

It's been now more than 2 months gift amount was not been paid, when i
Contacted manager to find the status he was talking like a stupid and so irresponsible..

I would like to complain about the manager yadagiri reddy and the delayed process of chit group..

I t. V. N. S. Sailaja devi from kakinda working in a women's govt. College. I am one of the subscriber in kapil chits. For the 5lakhs auction was finished in january ending, 2017 but upto now you didn't given our amount and telling some false stories. When we are unable to pay for 2months you raised a penalty for us. So that was the same condition was appilcable to the company. Being a govt. Employee i am so many times i taken the permission and went ot the kapil chit fund office but no one respond properly. The man ager itself postpone the dates by saying that he will give the dd. But no use, making a mental tension and torture. I called them so many times & went to office but no one was responded.

My name p ahmed basha i have a chit fkbt11f-2, 1 lakh chit, i lift chit on 28 feb 2017 complected document process by with in 10 days, after completion i regular following to branch manager and branch people but no use, no response, before i recommend to my family and friends to kapil.. But this to stop i will never recommend this type of bad... Services branchs...

Clients have to pay regularly basis... Month on month... But

Kapil should not... Why..

Sir, this is the complent on rayachoti branch, kadapa (Dt) andhra pradesh, i took chit on jan 29.2017 and kapil chits are not giving me the money till the day 5. June.2017. I have submited all the documents which are required to submit in the kapil chits on jan 29.2017. All the documents are taken by kapil chits of rayachoty branch from me but they are delaying and delaying the process from 29 jan 2017 to till the date 6 june 2017. Kapil chits of rayachoti again came to me and asked to submit the documents and i again submited all the documents secound time which they required but they are not giving me the money which i took chit on 29 jan 2017.
'please take the action on this issue and the problems that is there in rayachoti branch, kadapa district, ap.
