Hi,
I am from village named kanakagiri, from koppal district. My whole village roads are improved with cc road except our street.
It seems like panchayat workers / elected ward member is taking personal revenge and ur is affecting many people in that street. The street is not at all changed in 20years. Pls take action and address the issue.

I have spoken to related people multiple times and response is too bad that they even dont tell you whom you should speak to also to get needed details. Every time they are saying we have approved cc road amount a d contractor to decide when to lay the road. I waited for 20years to get the change but no use. I hope issue will be addressed soon and required action will be taken on ward member or whoever doing such things intentionally. Thanks.

The slippery muddy roads have made the commute impossible for people going to offices or kids going to school, the roads are so dangerous that it has made vehicles or without vehicles very difficult, this issue needs to be resolved, otherwise any mishap will occur. Better to act now than to react later.

09/10/2019 non responce pdo officer pdo is not comming in grama panchayth in office times with deep regrets and concerns i would like to inform you that, pdo at sanyasihalli gram panchayat is late and unavailable to his duties during working hours. Above all there is no display board of working hours for all govt. Staff in this sanyasihalli gram panchayat.
Requesting your intervention on this matter and kindly solve the same at the earliest.

I am rising this against gram panchayat bagalur Bengaluru 562149. myself and other residing families here in bagalur colony have rised a complaint several times against this garbages being dumped just near our houses but gram panchayat is least botherd to take any action. Our residents of thousands here are suffering daily because of garbage smell, a huge smoke that surrounds us from this garbage being burnt by gram panchayat. Please kindly take action against gram panchayat, and help us breathe easy.

Hi team - myself parthasarathy staying in tanmay residency inside daddy's roost in kammasandra village, electronic city taluk, hebbagodi.

The road from hebbagodi bus stop (Towards hosur) to daddy's garden and daddy's roost via kammasandra road is full of potholes resulting in many accidents, huge tarffics. Many school buses, vans, cars, two wheelers flying via this road. School kids, office professionals all are travelling in a dangerous state. This is more worst in rainy days leads to many vehicles getting struck in potholes and many vehicle getting skidded results in injuries and water stagnation scares on spreading the contagious diseases. Request to have a visit by your team in order to lay a new tar road to ensure safetiness, cleanliness and ensuring people are provided with basic neccassity. I can understand your team is occupied in most other issues, but it's my kind request on behalf of people to get this potholes replaced by new tar road please. Please prioritize in action to prove our government always cares and people first.

Hi, i am from hanaganahalli, basaralu hubli, baby grama panchyat, mandya.
It’s been a more than year, no one is taking any action to clean the drainage in my village. There are lot of drainage has got completely blocked and this is creating massive mosquito problem. I called panchayat member and informed about the issue but they are least bothered.
Because of this blockage, there are lot of health issues are happening. Please check and resolve the same asap.

Mothakpalli grampanchayat pdo has not given information regarding e swathu and when i have applied for eswathu for my home she was expecting bribe and she delayed my home eswathu for 6 months as she joined hands with grampanchayat member kuppampalya mulbagal taluk kolar district and delayed in proccesing my house eswathu so please this my humble request with you to take an action on that irresponsible pdo of mothakpalli grampanchayat kolar dist

Dear concerned,

Recently bought a site in bhadravati and to transfer khata the municipal authorities delayed for about 3months to get khata transfer as they expected bribe. As bribe was not given they are creating other sorts of problems under their capacity.
They are creating problems for house construction and creating problem for house licence.

Kindly help us there is shortage of water in our area. We reside in ammunje. There lots of water shortage is there. Please help us.
We are not getting water properly on time.in well also not proper water is there.. Today only half hour we got water.
And hole day we didnt get water. If this think daily happen. Difficult us to survive.

Dear sir/Madam,

Myself Ravi Patgar, from mojinakeri, Hegde post, kumta taluk, uttara Kannada district, 581330.

For the above Said subject, the house no 779 and the owner of the house is Ms. Mamatha shridhar Naik and Mr. Shridhar appaya Naik was constructed without Panchayat permission at Hegde Gram Panchayat, Kumta taluk, uttara Kannada district.

Because of no permission from the Panchayat and there no approved design for house construction and Also pure negligence of owner the first floor canopy has collapsed on[protected] by 1PM and due to this the labour Mr.Vinod Naik has passed away and my father Mr. Manjunath has got server Spinal cord injured who were working under contractor Mr.Venktarama Narayan Naik. Now my father is having no sensation for motion, urine and also in both the leg.
For the same accident there is no action has been taken from PDO Hegde Gram Panchayat.
Considering the above mentioned all matters requesting to concern department to instruct Mr. PDO Hegde Gram Panchayat to take the necessary action on immediate basis and also not give the permission for the same building.Also requesting to provide us the necessary applicable compensation.

It's a village by name jonnahalli in chennarayapatna hobli in devanahalli taluk.. There is no proper drinking water because of water man. He is very lazy and a fellow of ignorance. Everyone suffers a lot due to his irresponsibility and no one is ready to complaint about him.
No member in nallur panchayat is active... Everyone is busy in misuse of funds. Worst panchayat.

This is related to property transfer from grand mother to son's name but the secretary making lot of issues and delaying the work were from past 3 years but however, and taking more advantage and expecting bribe always.

In this case she is even not giving respect to anyone.
Request you to take this on priority and solve soon.

We are informed to our local panchayath against the damage of the agricultural land and block the river water by the sand of the lake through hitachi... We are requested to throw the sand to wastage places but the another land owner not ready to throw it there he throws it to river and blocked one side of the river.. It is harmful to the agricultural land at the time of rainy season... We are registered a complaint in panchayath but they didn't respond.. So kindly inform them to go for it..

Myself srinivasa bn resident of n belathur hd kote mysore district.
My complain about mr lingachari pdo.
I have given the site registration from my father name to mother name. Last three months before and i have paid the necessary fee amount but still now i have not got the register copy. When i ask the operator he will tell me he doesn't have access to open only pdo has option but when ask pdo he is not at all available at the panchayat all the times nor respond to calls. Hope my problem will solve with this.

I have given complaint to my local panchayat pdo 3 times (Written complaint) in last 60 days on an illegal sewage pipeline put by my nabor on my personal land and there is no action on this till date. I would like to raise the issue in this platform hoping for an action soon. Complaint given to pdo kiran naik (Ph-[protected]) along with multiple telephone follow ups.

Are we expected to get only acknowledgement for our complaint or can we expect a solution? Please let me know which authority i need to escalate the issue to get a solution. We need to live in a clean india.

Complaint given to adyar panchanyat, mangalore

We are facing drain problem and also drainage is filled and waste water is coming to road @kondajji koppa, turuvekere taluq. Tumkur dist.

The drainage water flow around the near few houses and yalllamma devi temple, so we are are also facing bad smell and mosquitoes are growing it may lead to any healthy affect. By considering this please help our public and devotees to come out of this problem.
I didn't see any suggestions from panchayat who is panchayat sadasya ms. Shobha kumar. She't not ready to do any thing for village and shes looking only money from everyone and also she's not caring any one looks like shes pm.

Every one is facing worst service in hullekere gram panchayat office.. For simple work need to wait more then 2hr.. No proper response for citizens.. Keep waiting for documents r recepts.. For even dd also, then no time sense not even information regarding opd, documents delivery etc too worst too bad.. Very few works other time pass.. Stupid some govt employees...

Note: ms. Shobha kumar she's uneducated and also grabbing money from government, from hullekere gram panchayat is now running with low money because of these #. Also water tanks also damaged but she's not
Ready to change it but money already credited to her account with status work is done and changed the damage which was not done still.

I would request you to take serious action for this and stop corruption from these kind of fellows.
