I would like to know how 11b was issued to survey 26, beloor grama, kundapura taluk, Udupi district.

Did we follow all guidelines of form 11b?

Please take my complaint seriously and probe the details.

Need your help and justifying the compalint.

I have given a application for goat shelter under MGNREGA yojana on 18September 2020, and every alternate day visiting to panchayat to ask the update but PDO says it's not possible to approve it's need still time.
I have asked MGNREGA help line & they said it's need 1 week to 1month to complete the approval process but our PDO is not worried

As mentioned about subject last year Karnataka govt announced 5 lack amount who loses houses in flood .I am Kurani villager taluk-Hukeri, Dist-Belagavi, Village-Kirani .we lost last year house in flood but kurani village Gram Panchayat PDO and members not approved our house because they offer for that 1 lack amount. In eswathu app its reflecting this property can be registered instead of property under mutation ( documents attached)

please understand citizen concern & help us in getting e khatha.

I am from halaga, belgavi, KARNATAKA... our uncle is building house at our property.. herein our civil court matter is still running.. we asked pdo madam about permission of house... but there is no permission letter provided.. we have aleady submitted complint letter at panchayt to the PDO.. so they didnt took any action.. PDO and two members of panchayat are supporting for illegal house building at vilage.. please try to investigate the case.. and take strong action against them..thank you

There has been encroachment on Goverment land and some part of our land also by one of the Gram panchayat employee. This has been reported and given a written complaint to local PDO for our village (Kagalavadi-571117). Based on our request PDO has visited the site and given warning about the encroachment on the later date we found the construction activity has continued and PDO is not responding to any of our request. Please help us to stop construction on encroachment land. And the PDO is corrupt to the extent he wont even sit in his office and even if he is there in office he wont mind to answer to our request. We also requested to measure our land based on records which he refused to do. and said he is busy. We have given written request also on that.. its been 60 days since we requested and there is no response on that..

Yeyyadi, and Bikarnakatte mangalore village accountant Mr. Kiran told people to come 10 am and now 11.30am but there is no response..
Who is the authority to lookk after his duty and timing??? Why they official make people to suffer????

Udupi District, Brahmavara Tq. Pin code 576213, Kandaya Kacheri VA delayed all works. She is taking 500 Rs. For all services. Without money we can't get any facilities. She don't have any fear, may be she has highly influence. In this village without money nothing will happen. RTC, Vamsha vraksha, Death certificate extra copy, Ration card, land details, etc every where money money...
VA close circle people get all facilities without conditions ... Past more then years she ruled village like King...

E-Swathu portal is not operational from almost 1 month and panchayat Computer operator not able to upload documents in portal regarding new mutation or E-Khata transfer.

Sad to see that we are in digital era but server is down from 1 month. there is some background under table is going on to complete your work if you give some good bribe.
otherwise we have to wait for longer months

It's SriRam Nagar, Mutaga(591124), Water Purifier which is closed or not working most of the time. Denomination supposed to be accepted 5Rs, 2Rs and 1Rs but it accepts only 1Rs big coin which is not available with the people. It will be always dry system shows as though it is working but when we place coin water dispensing doesn't happen.

This is the complaint aganist water man in our area which belongs to Bangalore rural Srikantapura panchayats. The name of the water man is Shashi. As he is been incharge to leave water across the sai layout and some other layout with a demanding of Rs 200/-and Rs 100/- per month per house, and demanding more than this and denies to leave water if not paid. Like this he is earning more than a lakh per month and also refuses hardly to give the serice.

This made no way to the person to provide the money. We tried complaining to panchayath. We request you to take necessary action aganist the same and for the welfare of the grampanchayath we are redy to pay the amount with the receipt.

I want to bring to your notice that eKatha preparation is taking very long time then expected. PDO complaints that computer servers are not working, he cannot help it, as his technical teams are not responding.
We expect sense o[censored]rgency from this department to address the issues and help public.

Sir .. I submit an application for changing Katha from my late father name into me after submitting the application 1 . 10 months later that pdo is making delay unnecessary ..

Respected Sir/ Madam, I am Varun B Inchal of Dharwad district, Dharwad taluk, Yarikoppa gram Panchayath's, Village kanavihonnapur farmer, sir we saw advitisement of Raita kriya yojan 2020 and I had gone for giving application for the work under mgnrega to PDO of Yarikoppa gram Panchayath they didn't gave me information and when I asked for received copy for the application they refused to give and said other officials not to give, and later made a phonecall to rural psi against me for asking information and received copy for application and warned me not to come again to Gram Panchayat
There is no camera in office, so I kept sound recording of our conversation as I know that they make scare of complaint against innocent, if it's required I ready to submit the voice recording
So pls take action over this to change behaviour of official and to make the works in time and corruption free and tell them to provide information every individual/ citizens through RTI act 2005

We are from Bidar district, humnabad taluk, benchincholli panchayat. We want to inform you that here going lots of corruption including single Watchmen 2 pdo every one include this scam. Please enquiry about panchayat. For Pradhanmantri aawas Yojana GPS taking thousand rupees. We are poor people how to build our house. I think will take a action on benchincholli panchayat.

Our grama panchayat had become of their own rules by corruption. The person who give more money can have every scheme but poor one can't give money that they need so by giving sily reason grama panchayat people are not support poor people .
So I kindly request you to take action against our grama panchayat.
