Hi

I am a resident of Pioneer Moonstone apartment in Whitefield Bangalore. There is a Lakshmi Hyundai Car service center just next to my apartment. The service center makes too much noise due to vacuum cleaner and water jet spray the service center uses to clean and wash the cars. They clean cars outside, which makes a lot of noise which is really difficult to bear. It disturbs residents in the apartment.

I request you to make some necessary arrangements or steps to fix this issue as soon as possible.

Village accounts any approve reach party person application and no response poor peoples

Sir i take Residential Sites from my father as gift deed on 2016. unfortunately i did not apply to change katha. But now i submitted documents to Oorkere gramapanchayathi, Tumakuru. But that officers told your land details not came from SRO office. Then i meet the engineer i requested to push the link to RDPR. That officer pushed the link. It done at 5th October 2020. Then i contact the ZP office NIC dept. That officer checked and told your property is under mutuation wait for few days. It all done from 1 month.
But now also that gramapachaythi officer telling same problem, that your link not came to our login to generate notice.
What can i want to do.

Sir in this panchayath staffs like PDO, Contract based operater, bill collector all are Corrupted .they are doing work for money only, then they are irrresponsible person and they dont convey the information properly to the people only give the preference for high level person. and we applied for coconut crop related work in mgnrega Scheme on 01/07/2020 onwards but still also didnt credited to our account and someone apllied recently on 15/09/2020 but already credited to account . Sir Iam requesting with you Kindly solve innocent former problems.

We are residing at Mahaduega colony, kusugal panchayat, Hubballi taluk, Dharwar district. PIN-580023. Ours is a new layout. We are staying here for more than four years. In our layout no proper dust bins, drinking water etc are provided. It lacks many basic amenities. When PDO of kusugal panchayat Sri. Mantura is asked about this on 06.10.2020 he responded arrogantly and was saying why are you paying taxes when we are not providing amenities like that, His behavior is very bad. He was foul mouthing,
He should be directed to provide Dust bins in our layout to start with and should correct his behavior.

Please find the attachment, Grama Panchayat, Sira taluk, Tumkuru District. I have went to grama panchyat for collection recruitment selection report but the local authority officers didn't respond that's why am went to Talluk Chief excutive officer i don't know his name i have told him full details of the recruitment but he is not respond this are all are happened in 2014 December and 2015.Then i have went so many times to gram panchyat the development officer is also didn't help.That's why i came to hear please give justice to me.recruitment details are menction bellow
Paper notification regarding Recruitment notification come in 2014 i have applied for the same total 23 applicant applied for the post.in all 23 applications mine is 88.50% and other 22 applicant less %.
but the panchyat member select the person his percentage is 55.66% that post is belonging to me he is present he is working please take serious action give justice to me. i have enclose the documents.

Street lights not working in alapali village, bhumishettahalli panchayath, muragamale hobli, chintamani taluq, chikkaballpura distiq, karnataka, conserned persons please come and rectify the issue.

With respect to above subject, in kattepura grama located in hemmige grama panchayat, talakadu hobli, t narasipura taluk, mysore district.

Village water mab will work only for the people who will pay for him. He will release the continious water to them unnecessarily and with his support many houses were installed two taps for thier homes and they are paying water tax for only one tap. When water engineer came to village for inspection he somehow managing them and hiding the water tax of another taps.

Moreover unnecessarily we are wasting more water. Most of tye time water pump will run for his friends and keeps. Due to this lot of water wasting and roads are getting draining, fungus, mosquitoes are forming and it will directly affect to the village people and children. Recently around 4-5 people are suffered from dengue. For god sake they cured early.

Our village water man is pivot (Regular alcoholic) everyday he is fighting with village ladies by using vulgar words.

Since the water man is financially stable would request give water job to the needy people, so that they can survive by the govt.

As a responsible citizen above complaint is the concern of my village.

Hope the necessary action will be taken regarding this issue.

Looking forward you action against culprits.

Ear sir/madam,

I have applied for form-9 for my mother property in manchanayakanahalli grampancahayat under ramanagar district, karnataka on 03-july-2020 and till now the application not proceed for further steps. I have done follow-up several times, visited gm panchayat many times and also met pdo too even though i haven't got any positive response.

Really i'm frustrated with the way they work and behavior. I don't have any hope at all on these public sector employee.

I request you to please consider this as a feedback/complaint and make the system clean, transparency and service should be equal for every citizen.

Hi, My village Kudagi, belongs to the Kolhar taluk and vijayapura District. Our panchayat development officer(PDO) is very corrupt and irresponsible. He comes to office once or twice in a month. All the farmers have to visit panchayat every day to get the small work done. Since he is irregular to office, nobody knows when he comes to work. For every work he takes money from farmers. There is citizen charter available in panchayat so they ask money whatever they think. He has granted house construction aid to rich people but under privileged people are deprived of this scheme and still living in hut. People have 2 floor buildings, for them he has sanctioned house construction aid. There are many illegal things he does. Please take appropriate action and save our village and country. Thank you.

Sir, my name is s a marigoudar, i had given application to transfer e-katha to pdo doddahasala gp in kolar taluk and dist. On 8-5-2020 after paying all the required fees. The same has not been done and the pdo says that i need to go to bangalore to get the e-katha transfer. I am a 75 yrs old senior citizen and i am tired of going to the gram panchayat to get the work done in these times of covid epidemic. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I have start in vermi compost unit in my village b. Yarahalli belur post mandya taluk & distict. Its reason for i have apply for general licence in[protected] but panchayat development officer is not providing its ask for money for 3000 licence amount & ask extra 2000 amount. Its take to long time

This is to complain you with heavy heart that still my problem presist, no action has been taken against "ragi gaddeppa" person who occupied our land illeagally. Here are the following details i furnish below :

1. On 29/2/2020 pdo of gram panchayat ordered to remove shed to gadeppa who occupied illegally our land.
2. Taluk panchayat aeo also responded the same.
3. Zilla panchayat ceo also responded the same.
4. Samaj kalyan managing director also ordered the same to remove the shed from occupied land.
After all this, 3 pdo visited our place for investigating the place on different days. They to felt the same and told him to remove but the person somehow managed to deal with them and still he is not obeying the order of all the authority. Still the shed is not removed and he is threatening us.
We question the authority why no action taken against him? 07 months has been passed know.
Why there is such a huge late in our case? How come he is not punished for his offence?
We all are afraid of his rude behaviour and ask authority to take strict action against him and do justice.

Our village avarse, our va not available during working time, and today his office notopened yet, and everday it was opened after 11.30am.

Ward 4 heggodthota anagalli basrur kundapur here grampanchyth started to build a road 2005.15 years after that we didn't seen a single person from panchayth step here. Board are showing lacks of rupees to build a mud based road and its border. Never been built. People from this place suffering rainy season even children's step down on the road it's a clear irresponsibility of a grampanchyth anagalli.

I have visited several times to shanti pura panchayat office comes under bangalore, electronic city to get e-khata name transfer is done.

Ideally this should have been done in one month of time, but, it is almost 15 days they are not entering the details in to system. I have submitted all the documents to a staff (Sadashiv). Later i met pdo (James m) and expressed my dilemma and however no further action has taken.

Every time they make one and other excuses.

I have been vising the panchayat every alternative day and they have started telling new excuse that server is down since last 15 days and asked me to come another day.

At least they should have entered the details into system by then i am planning to sell my apartment and already taken advance from the buyer. I am not sure what to do next as things are not moving and worried that the apartment selling might be get cancelled in case if i am unable to get khata in my name.

Any help in this regard would be appreciated
