I would like escalate situation in kalaghathi pattan panchayat situation.

1. I applied for property uttar in 2016, still i have not received.
2. Officers and all colleagues in this office highly disprofessional, dis organized and inefficient.
3. People from my town suffering a lot, because many of them are illiterate.

I request you to take some serious action and surprise visit to understand the goonda raj,

Nafeel here and iam from koppa tq. Chickmagalore dist. Karnataka.

I ve submitted for birth certificate on december 27.in town panchayath.
Still i did not received the certificate. After requesting too many times they give on january 28 with spelling mistake and took 100rs. For three copies. And i resubmitted for spelling correction. Till now i did not recived the certificate when i go there they make me wait till evening and they say come tomorrow and if i call them they wont pick my call.

We are residing at kempammadevi nagar, shivanapura, dasanpura hobli, nelamangala, bangalore 562123.
We need water supply with 12 resident houses.. We are not getting water supply from past many years.. But neighborhood houses paid some amount and got supply.
But now they are asking more money to get connection.
The water man is not helping to become develop the area.

I the resident of gaddankeri village bagalkot district.
My complaint is against panchyat where a land is there 100/70 which belongs to xyz person.in front of panchyat in that land many people in the village are throwing cowdung plastics n all & made garbagges they throw dailydirty things where as near by any houses are there children's & near by persons are getting sick due to that maliaria n such diseases & health problems mosquitos are are spreading diseases. So its my humble kind request from near by families to kindly remove the garbagges near by & take strict action as soon as possible. Swatch bharat mission. Is there but panchyat is not doing this. See the website. No swatch bharat complaints. So request you to do at the earliest.

Maheshwarappa ಇವರ ಮಗನಾದ ನಾನು ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಿದ್ದು ನಮ್ಮ ಪಿತ್ರಾರ್ಜಿತ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಭಾಗ ಮಾಡಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ, ಹೊಳಲ್ಕೆರೆ ತಾ. ದುಮ್ಮಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ, ಮತ್ತು ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ದುಮ್ಮಿ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿಯ ಬಿಲ್ ಕಲೆಕ್ಟರ್ ತಿಪ್ಪೇಶ್ ಮತ್ತು pdo ರಾಘವೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರನ್ನು ಅನೇಕ ಸಲ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಫೋನ್ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಕೂಡಾ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ e-swattu ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲು ವಿನಂತಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಕೊಡದೇ e-swattu ಮಾಡಲು ಏನಾದರೂ ಸಬೂಬು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಸತಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎಷ್ಟು ಬಾರಿ ಫೋನ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಏನಾದರೂ ನೆಪ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಲೇ ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮತ್ತು ಇವರು ದುಮ್ಮಿ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಬರುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇವರುಗಳಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಕಿರಿಕಿರಿಯಾಗಿ ತೊಂದರೆ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ನಾನು ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸವಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವಂತ ಊರಿಗೆ ಪದೇ ಪದೇ ಬಂದು ಹೋಗಲು ತೊಂದರೆಯಾದರೂ ಸಹ, ಅನೇಕ ಸಲ ಮೈಸೂರಿನಿಂದ ಬಂದರೂ, ಇವರ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಪಟ್ಟರೂ ಇವರು ಸಿಗುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಮತ್ತು ಇವರು ಬಹಳ ಉಡಾಫೆಯಿಂದ ವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲಂಚ ಕೊಡದೆ ಯಾವ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಸತಾಯಿಸುವುದೇ ಇವರ ಅಭ್ಯಾ ಸವಾಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ತಾವು ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಿ ಇವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಂಡು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರ ಕೆಲಸಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲು ಇವರಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ.

Dear sir,

I am mallanagouda aski from otihal tq sindagi, i and my brothers tried to reach mr attar village accountant of channkoti and near by villages, but he is not reachable and we tried to call him and didn't receive and he has kept some person called mr pirag and he is giving documents who even he wants. We have waited in front him more than 4 hrs for small document, he told after 4 hrs thats not available so its very disappointing. When i asked about he told go and meet mr attar (Village accountant). We tried to call him but he didnt receive call and mr pirag also didnt inform us where he is so mr attar is very irresponsible and never meets people for their work.

He is very corrupt person and he does work for people who give more money otherwise he will tell thats not there and all so this has been happening from long time please do take action against him and make him work like govt servant. Thank you.

I got a Form 11B property registered in my name on July 2018, but property has not been updated to my name even after 6 months

When I visited sub-registrar office at Sagara, Karnataka, they have not sent that registration to central RDPR system; they have kept it pending with them.

It looks suspicious about why they did not update central system with registration data even after 6 months of registration

I have written repeatedly written emails to RDPR ministry(rdpr.[protected]@gmail.com, eswathu.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com) there is no response.

When I visited Kalmane Gramapanchayath, Sagara taluk, secretary and PDO are also not doing any work to update the property in e-swathu website.

Please help me in getting the property updated in e-swathu in my name according to registration.

We are trying to do mutation of a site to my mother name after my father demise, its been almost 2 years since my father death.
And we have given application to village pdo i. E muddappa ([protected]) kalamala, raichur-584101.
There is always procrastinating response from pdo ever since an year, telling call me this week next week after a month.
We don't see any proper response from him even after paying all fees and proper application, always we end up getting irresponsible statements from him. We are no where in state to go to any other official apart from reporting this her.

Please do take necessary actions and help us resolve this complaint.

We are facing drain problem @janatha site, sulleri. The used water from site and sewage water which flow around the govt primary school, students are also facing bad smell and mosquitoes are growing it may lead to any healthy affect. By considering this please help our public and students to come out of this problem.
I didn't see any suggestions from panchayat.

This is with regard to above mention subject, rtc is in the name of 3 brothers, myself veerabhadra, chandrashekar and subramanya. I have refused to sign and when my brother chandrashekar who is constructing house asked for aadhar card copy i told him once the partition is done you can go ahead and construct the house for doing partition deed they agreed will do it after 2months, and i agreed and since 5 years i am requesting them do the partition giving one or the other answers and postponing the procedure. I gave legal notice and gave 2 months time this period ends on 22nd december 2018. Meanwhile without my consent he started 2nd brother started building a house (3rd brother and contractor took permission) because me and my brother are in bangalore. I was not aware that he started building house it is already 15 days over as soon i came to know i sent objection letter gram panchayat beejadi, along with necessary proof, on 30th november 2018. When i asked when the construction will be stoped they say it will be discussed in meeting, when i asked when the meeting will be held, they are saying date not fixed, another person says you have the right and you can go and stay, instead of stopping the construction.
The concerned authorities please look into this because this requires immediate action, i heard that till roof level the construction work is done they started laying slabs.
I hope action will be taken immediately.

I have given objection letter to stop construction. RTC is in the name of 3 brothers i am the eldest and two brothers. one brother already occupied ancestral house, second brother started construction without my consent received noc without my signature even though my name is there in the RTC document. Sent legal notice to brothers because they asked for 2 months time to execute the partition deed the time period ends of 22nd December 2018. Now suddenly 2nd brother started construction when i called he says he does not know and contractor and younger brother took permission. When we enquired in panchayat the person incharge says this objection should be discussed in meeting, when i asked when the meeting will take place they said we have not decided it is almost one week and no action is taken. And also they say you have the the right to stay in that house. When my one brother says ancestral house and elder brother started construction how can go and stay there when he spends, instead of taking action concern person of Beejadi giving these replies. Please advice what action to be taken

Respected sir i am from medithambihalli village, huthur panchayat, kolar taluk & district.
I am requesting you to remove coconut tree, which is next to our house (Vpn:53), our house get damaged due to fall of coconuts,, i requested the owner of the tree to remove, he his not ready... The height of the tree is 50 feet.. It may fall on my house on any time... The concerned panchayat officials are not responding to this...

I request you to give orders to concerned officials (Pdo, secreatary of concerned panchayat) please do needful

I am maruthi kanchikere from jangam thumbigere, anajigere gp, harapanahalli tq of davangere dist-583125. I had applied for home khata transfer of properry no[protected] from my father to me on dated 26.06.2018, but on till it has not changed. Inspite of several phone calls to pdo sir and visit to gp there is no use, he is told about this, the technical problem is there and it is escalated to zp, but we haven't received any letter correspondence to zilla panchayat or ticket id regarding technical problem of panchayat portal.
Hence i request your kind self please do the needful and transfer above said property from my father to me. Required documents are submitted to grama panchayat.
I hope my request will be considered as earliest.

I here to complaint that the sewage flow construction under thyavanige panchayat(channagiri) work is not going properly and quality of work is poor na PDO also not responding, they are not removing the pipes, that are leaving pipes and doing work, if anyone asks they are not giving response also, please do needful for citizen, the work in thyavanige panchyat beside bank road sewage flow construction. Very bad response from government PDO.
PDO is doing partiality and bonded to political and corruption work, Pease take action soon

The complete drainage system of our village is in a pathetic stage. All the drainage water flows on cc road. And it gets logged at many places.
Panchayat people do not give any response when asked.

Please help in resolving the issue.

In our village, grama panchayath officer issued a duplicate receipt of home tax which is already paid by house owner till 2019 march. Since i am retired government employee they literally making our life bad and when we ask some information in panchayath no one is there to provide proper information.
If you are really made this website to take action please visit the village panchayath and look into the issues here.
Hoping for the solution. Here am attaching the two receipts which is paid by owner and one recent receipt which is paid by stranger

My brother given application for individual household latrine scheme for more than three months but they yet not provided benefit of scheme and application status. Gram panchayat name is benkanhalli and applicant villeage is savagaon in belgaum taluka and belgaum district. Every time my brother visit to the application status they give diplomatic reason.
