I hold my fast tag account from karur vysya bank. Sometime back I was travelling from Bangalore to tamilnadu and had forgotten to top up my fast tag wallet balance, as soon as I passed the first toll my fasttag account was blocked and as soon as when I passed the second toll my fasting did not work and that's when I happened to know that my account has been blocked till then I was not aware that my account was blocked. I contacted customer care and I'm so sorry to tell you that their service was so pathetic, when I addressed them about my issue, they said my account is still in active and asked me to top up my wallet. Tell me one thing here if my account itself is blocked how would I be able to top up my wallet, when I told them the same they apologised me for the inconvenience caused from their end. However, who would compensate for the extra money that I spent. I passed through four tolls and I had to pay then twice the original money because of this fast tag issue. But the thing here is that they did not reimburse me the money which I asked them to refund even after sending them so many reminder mails. I'm requesting rbi to impose a fine on this bank.

      Dear Sir,

      I requested kvb website for the savings account opening as I could not visit branch. Immediate response I have recieved from the kvb support team. Based on their direction I have opened successfully dlite savings account. Subsequently the vkyc team guided me nicely and competed vkyc verification. I felt very happy. Because I never expected this much quick response. Till this all perfect going. Upon verification I tried adding funds to my account. However I couldn't. The message recieved was account frozen. I approached vkyc team and customer support team. They have directed to branch. I have called several times to branch manager of karur (gandhigramam) branch. He simply saying I check. From 2nd Aug to till now same answer.
      People choose dlite banking those cannot visit branch directly, and in this covid19 pandemic dlite banking services should be promoted.

          My account number:[protected] .I made transaction through debit card add money mobikwik wallet but the mobikwik rejected the transaction but amount is deducted from the bank account . The transaction made on Saturday night . Totally two transaction first transaction reference no:[protected] amount:2079 26/7/21. Second transaction reference no:[protected] amount:18020 27/7/21. Both transaction is rejected by mobikwik I attach mobikwik rejected reference number . I want my amount refunded as soon as possible.

              This is mala . On May 15 th 1 transaction happens using phonepe upi but that is use by 3 rd party company transactions. Using phonepe I raise compliant .they block that transaction .so kindly file compliant against that company and still my upi transaction blocks .kindly release upi transaction again.

              Before that transaction daily I get balance sms from kvb and if any debit or credit I get message from bank but that 12, 13, 14, 15 I didn't get message from bank and that fraud transaction sms also not get and before 15 th so many sms and mail comes with unreadable sms like.Xsdfffttttt .so kindly please verify .

                Keeping details in short and crisp manner:
                1) My uncle (Madhu R) demised on 26th February, 2021. This information got intimated to the bank and also death certificate submitted in person.
                2) My sister is a house wife and has 2 school age kids. I am supporting my sister/uncle's family now.
                3) We (my and my sister/uncle's wife) have requested the KVB bank manager of Chinnamanur branch to provide official copies of loan documents, sanction letter, official statement of loan/credit insurance on the loan to know the full details of loan (and this is allowed as per the law).
                4) While my uncle was alive, he have told his wife (my sister) that he have put loan/credit insurance in the loans he has availed. But after his death the bank is suppressing the credit insurance details and haven't provided needed documents on loan document copies, sanction letter and official statement about loan/credit insurance.
                5) My uncle had one car loan and agriculture loan with KVB bank. This complaint focuses primarily on car loan.
                6) We have asked several times with bank manager orally, in written, by email and complained to KVB customer care (even to Principal nodal officer) but no proper response we got. In return for asking loan insurance details and sanction copies, we got a letter which says my sister have signed as the guarantor for car loan and MOD/mortgage copy details of agri loan are attached - both of this is general and doesn't give our needed details of loan.
                Both of this is NOT asked/needed for. We have asked for loan sanction copies and loan forms which clearly mentions the credit insurance paid when availing loan (amount) along with other details like EMI, etc. We want to know the credit insurance details and if bank are to deny it they have to give these document copies first (for us to verify) and also an official statement stating there is no loan/credit insurance in car loan. This is not happening so far.
                6) The response from bank (after submission of death certificate) is like the death of my uncle is not at all considered and they have mentioned my uncle as a defaulter and sent notice to both my uncle and my sister to pay the dues. The loan EMIs for car loan are paid properly till his death. Much later after several complaints, they sent a note saying that uncle have availed two loans - car loan (no details or single word mentioned about insurance on it), agri loan (for which the bank states he refused to put insurance) and started mentioning about life insurance of my uncle.
                None of this is related to what we are specifically asking - give us the complete loan document copies and sanction letters, credit insurance details (official statement) and then only we can look into it.
                We are tired of asking the bank and it's customer care. Kindly look into it to make the bank give us the needed details. We are pretty sure bank is suppressing the details of loan/credit insurance which will cover the entire loan amount on death of borrower. Their behavior is an anomaly and this is our understanding/perception of bank's behavior.
                Kindly please look into this and help us in getting needed copies of loan documents and more specifically on loan/credit insurance details on the car loan.

                  This is SURESH, I opened a savings account on SEP 2017 but later i could not use that account for some reason. Now the account is dormant and has a negative balance of -5900.06. So I went to bank on DEC 2020 regarding this account closing. But the manger was telling me to pay the negative balance to close my account even I have showed a document from RBI document no.

                  Verify both the application and cheques, if any mistakes found in the application or in cheque inform it to the applicant, you cant take any decision on your own, the money is belonging to the customers understand.

                  What I have filled in my application of NEFT 28.04.2021 and what you have been done in settlement to beneficiary, I have filled rupees fifteen excess in the cheque leaf but you have processed without considering the NEFT application, in the NEFT application I have clearly mentioned except that fifteen rupees, if any mistake done in cheque or application you should inform that to the applicant who given to you, and tell them to correct it, then proceed.

                          Hi,

                          Customer ID: 6563922.

                          On 11th Apr'21, have done a transaction at Latha Super [protected]@ Medavakkam main Road for the amount of Rs.857/- at 11:50am.

                          First in one card swiping machine, received message declined. Merchant hence asked to swipe in another machine where it got debited and got the receipt.

                          While verifying the account through netbanking, found amount got debited 2 times (Rs.857/- as attached).

                          Received SMS 2 times but it clearly shows the same balance amount.

                          Please help us in getting the amount of Rs.857/- refunded.
