[Resolved]  Karvy — aadhar ssup rejected with transliteration error

I have updated my name (Added the last name) and address for my aadhar online. After waiting for 10 days got sms that simply said my request got rejected due to transliteration error in request field. There was no mention/details on which field or how they come to that conclusion. The translation that is being done on the update site is completely wrong. Can you please be more descriptive of the error so that at least i know what is wrong and what is correct. Also please let me know the process (If any) to do re-review. I already spent 10 days on this. If i have to guess which field is wrong ti might take 100 more days i guess.

We requested for change my new address 3 time on online aadhar card site, but all time they reject and give only one reason and that is transliteration error. We feel all detail in correct in English and local language. Kindly reslove our issue, Last time detail submitted URN no is 0000/00499/10996
