I hold shares in mahindra and mahindra in two folio. I have not received the bonus given in 2017.
These shares are all in physical forms. Now with the due date coming for non transfer of physical shares after 31/03/2019. How can these companies retain physical shares for any reason. It is a complete breach of trust between company, shareholder and sebi guidelines. The onus to further transfer shares lies with whom sebi or registrars....

I had some physical shares documents related to reliance. I had visited the karvy branch on 08.12.18 & submitted my original documents in the branch (Fc road, pune). I was told that i would get response to my documents with in 2-3 months. However i have yet not received any email/letter/notification from you karvy in regards to the same and it is know more than 3 months

I spoke to mr. Mohsin and mr. Praveen for issue of lost share certificate of maharashtra scooters. Even though 4 months completed after submitting all the required documents, i don't know the status of my application for issue of duplicate certificate.

Hi team,

I have submitted two online requests to change my aadhar address using my the option of passport of spouse as address proof.

Urn request #s of the same are 0000/00561/71744 & 0000/00556/72289

In both the cases they have rejected my request with reason "invalid documents" even though i have uploaded self attested passport of my wife.

Please let me know what else i need...

I had purchased shares of supreme petrochem ltd. And had the shares in physical form,
I had the shares in a joint account format where my friend was the joint account. With all the name change formalities and stamp duty paid i have sent all my share certificated to karvy headquarters in fort mumbai on 30-11-18 and also received the acknowledgement of delivery receipt by 3-12-18 by the courier service.

I have requested the address update for my aadhar on 21feb 08:13pm and the urn generated for the request is: 0000/00560/45899

From a very long time, the status is showing as: "your request is in process. Please check again after few days." i don't see any progress in this.

Can you please provide an update on this request, as i urgently need my address updated in aadhar?...

I have uploaded my vehicle insurance policy as address proof as it was mentioned in the list of valid documents for address proof, but my request was rejected as invalid documents. Can this be addressed please?
