Sir/madam,
I the understated, was completely misguided and sold a traditional non-equity linked policy by one of your kolkata based executive.I shared with him all my personal financial requirements at that hour of need but he took it to his advantage and completely misled me in buying something that was not in the best of my interests. I trusted your reputed house but alas, was at the receiving end of a huge financial loss.I was even contacted over phone from some higher office and promised redressal but to no effect.

I think it is third class organization...

    I had made a payout of rs 1843 on 3rd may morning time and i didn't got payout till now. I am trying to contact them but they are not replying. Even they charged too much brokerage after that they are not trustworthy. Fraud company fraud peoples. On 30 april i deposited 4000 amout for trail basis and i got a loss of rs 1630, rs 429 brokerage which is too much higher banknifty. Total 2059 amout was deducted after that i have 1943 in my demat account balance but they charged 100 rs for invalid reason which i don't know after that i had decided that i will never do trade on this platform and decided to withdraw my money and i made a withdrawal of 1843 on 3rd may between 9-10 am but till today i didnt received my money.

        Your request 0000/00573/22736 has been rejected due to : data mismatch in document and update request.

        How ever the address in the document and the update request is

          Contents of package -Bank and PAN updation along with copy of PAN, Aadhaar, Pass book copy and cancelled cheque copy along with covering letter
          I have made atleast 7 calls to Karvy but no one has any idea where the documents are.
          Till my first 3 calls the inward of the documents was not even registered

            We have sent signature updation request for ril shares from chandrapur (Maharashtra) on 31/1/2019 via maruti courier awb no[protected] for follio no[protected]. Till date we haven't, received any further communication about further process of our request.

            Since last 2 days i am calling on your given no [protected] / 701 for n no of times (Around 20 times), most of the times both nos wad not attained, for 2 or 3 times they picked up bur even not bothered to listen. Seriously i dont know for what they are getting paid for.

            2nd ly they are very arrogant in speaking. So kindly take appropriate actions on those persons ansd also let me know the status of my query.

                  While opening demat/trading account bearing no.[protected]/ 269pu4425, i have submitted a cancelled cheque bearing sb account no.[protected] of axis bank (Earlier uti bank) but i am surprised to see in the warrant nos. 191203 and 187495 received as dividend on the shares of ongc against union bank of india instead of axis bank. So the warrant mentioned above could not be deposited into my account. For which i had to face unnecessary harassment/ correspondences.
                  In this connection i have submitted cancelled cheques twice in january, 2019 and march, 2019 having sb account no.[protected] of axis bank in your siliguri andpune branch respectively.
                  It appears that no action has so far been initiated to rectify the same and reasons for inability to carry out the rectification was also not intimated to me.
                  Is there any possibility to look into the matter seriously to from your side to sort out my problem mentioned above at the earliest under intimations to me.

                      Hi,
                      I am sachin naik, investor in karvy private wealth from 2015.. I have invested in c& c construction (Mohali junction project) and azure (The core mall, ghaziabad) investments. Below is the status of my investments so far...

                      1. Returns from investments in c&c is stopped (In 2017 end) and proceedings are happening via nclat route. I have no updates of what is happening in this front.

                      2. Azure investment returns also stopped from 2017 end and karvy asked me to upgrade it to new investment (In the core mall) by paying extra 4 lakh money. I was told it is pre-leased property investment (Reliance, fbar, embassy office space etc) and i will get 100% assured monthly rentals starting from january 2019. I waited for all of year 2018 without any returns as the clause was that rentals will start only from january 2019. I have got only 1 month rent payment so far and i am chasing my rm to find out when will i get other months money and what will happen to this investment in future etc.

                      I have mailed my rm, shantanu awasthi etc but they dont respond or pick my calls. I have watsapp and call recordings giving false promises of the money returns...

                      I feel like a beggar chasing you each time for my money invested based on your recommendations you and the least you can do is have proper followup's and updates to your clients...

                            I am a corporate subsriber of NPS and i have chosen Karvy since this was the option inside my company, I contributed 50000 Rupees on their portal using the sbiepay as the payment gateway and money got deducted via the netbanking of yesbank and the sbiepay id was also generated but the money did not update the Karvy system and now no body is ready to take the responsibility. Karvy is saying its not with them and sbiepay is a ghost company i think, no replies to emails no social presence and no body picksup the phone. I have checked with my bank and they said payment gateway has received the money and money is released from their end and now I don't know what to do either to file a case or what. Karvy fintech should get this fixed and return my money because its lying with their payment gateway.

                              I bought calls for eicher motors and punjab national bank in january 2019 for which my buying entry is visible in the account ledger but any other info about these calls like either sold not sold or if the calls are there at all or not are not shown at all. I have been running around the advisor mr deepak singh in karvy office ambala cantt since 1 and a half month about the same but i have been harassed and not taken seriously, my calls have not been answered by him and most of the times when i called he has returned with a massage "i'm in a meeting." i have all of his msgs and call logs saved too. But my prime concern is my money "where is it?" please revert asap with positive reply or else i will seek legal advice for further actions.

                                In this regard, wish to inform you that Company has declared the bonus shares in the ratio 1:1 having the record date 09/09/2017. Accordingly, you were issued the following mentioned bonus share certificate(s) and the same have been dispatched to your address in Sept, 2017 through speed post.


                                However, the said bonus share certificate(s) have been returned to our office as undelivered by the postal authorities.
                                The undelivered shares have been transferred to "Unclaimed Shares Suspense Account", which is maintained in electronic form, in accordance with the provisions contained in the listing agreement with the stock exchanges (as amended).

                                  I have tried updating my aadhaar address and has been rejected on multiple occasions saying "Invalid Documents". However, the document I have uploaded is in the list of valid documents.
                                  The PoA i have submitted is the "Signed letter having photo issued by registered company on letterhead" which is listed in the valid documents for address update.
                                  The most recent aadhaar address update URN is: 0000/00568/34196

                                    As we all know, reliance industries limited declared bonus shares in ratio of 1:1 in september 2017. At that time i hold 80 shares in physical hard copy format. However i have still not received the bonus shares till date.

                                    Recently i got those 80 ril shares dematerialized in my karvy demat account in march 2019, but i have still not received the bonus shares.

                                    Request you to please help me in getting 80 bonus shares in my demat account.

                                    I received a message stating "Your Request 0000/00566/57829 has been rejected due to : Data mismatch in document and update request" i submitted latest electricity bill but then also I am getting such msg's, Pathetic.

                                      This is to bring to everyone's attention on how unethical & clumsy Karvy Fintech has been with regard to its services towards its product: Deep Discount Bonds.

                                      We had bought an IDBI Deep Discount bond (DDB0236868) in 1992 and wished to encash the same after it stood matured.(Rs1, 00, 000)

                                      The initial pain came along, on reaching out to Executives at Karvy Fintech on confirming if they were in receipt of my documents with numerous emails from Karvy giving different answers.(Indian Consumer Complaint No: 2206084)

                                      Eventually, We did receive a confirmation, that Karvy had received our documents and would take 30 days to process the same.

                                      We waited for over a month and again sent a request to update us on our encash request and were completely appalled when they told us we would get only Rs.20000 against the promised sum of Rs.1, 00, 000.

                                      When we inquired on why we wouldn't get our promised sum, (again wait for days for a proper response), we were told this specific type of bond has been closed and the bond holders were duly informed. The bonds are no longer supported by Karvy.

                                      Here comes my grievance and concern:

                                      1. I have not received any communication from Karvy regarding closure of my bond. Where is the communication? Share a proof.

                                      2. If you knew about this concern, then why did you make us wait for 30 days to share this update ? Were you devising some answers/excuses, to avoid confronting clarifications.

                                      You took my money, made a promise, and when it came to deliver, you haven't upheld your terms & conditions. This is unjust and is at par with a scam.

                                      I caution my other fellow Indians, to please be wary of such financial services and take note of this ordeal, I have been through.

                                      At Karvy, I won't request but demand an explanation.

                                      Greetings of the day !

                                      With connection to below mail, the amount is paid to investor as per scheme and other details are as follows.

                                      Would like to bring to your notice that the below said bond certificate was purchased by you in the yr 1992. In this connection, IDBI invited a call option to all investors by exercising its option to redeem the bonds & further it is also communicated through letters and print media also in the yr 2002. At the time of call option the redemption amount was 12000/- against the investment of Rs.2700 for each bond. Now, present redemption value including interest ( i.e savings bank interest only) will be around Rs. 19000/- plus per each bond.

                                      On scrutiny of our records, it is observed that the redemption amount along with interests paid as per schedule. Please see the snap shot for payment details.
                                      Now, we would request you to reconcile your bank accounts held by you during the period. Nothing is due from IDBI bank.
                                      Hope matter stands clarified from our end.

                                        The dividend sent by Heromotcorp was bounced by the KMBL bank. Request to resend the dividend by karvy is pending for NINE months.
                                        every time they ask for a new document to support or provide wrong details and dragging the issue for the past NINE months.
                                        Request early resolution instead of giving wrong promises and details
