Non receipt of bonus share

[protected]-[protected] and [protected]-[protected], since 01/11/2002. I have not received the bonus shares issued during the year 2017

I had sent mail dated 24.01.19 & 27.01.19 to service @karvy.com with regard to transfer of my 100 shares of infosys from my trading account to my demat account. However i am yet to receive the confirmation. I have also not received statement of my demat account

I am trying too update address using option "Request for Address Validation Letter". After entering Address Verifier Aadhar number in input field and submitting page it does not go to next page and stays in same page and there is no SMS on Address verifier's mobile number about OTP and link.
The site is not tested properly. Please get it corrected and in working condition ASAP....

I made request to update address details in aadhaar card on 19/01/2019, but it is not updated yet. my details are as follows:- uid no.[protected] and URN - 0000/00553/33588. on check status it shows" Your request is in process. So i did research and found out that zerodha charges only rs.20 for delivery buy or sale. So i have decided to leave karvy and switch over to zerodha. Company declared rs 20 dividend per share but it is still not deposited in my bank account yet.
In the march 2018 rs.600 dividend was declared and was deposited in the same bank account.

My parents recently moved to a new place and i want them to have their aadhaar cards updated with their most recent address.

My request for my mother's address update has been rejected multiple times due to the same error - data mismatch in document and update request - over the last couple of months. My father's request is still pending. I have provided their voter's id as the address proof document for my parents.

I have the documents required by karvy for sumbission i. E indemnity, affadavit and other documents for issue of duplicate physical share certificate of reliance industires. I have sent repeated mails to [protected]@karvy.com asking where i should courier the documents to, but failed to elicit any response.
Pathetic service.
