    I received several times massages and sms against pran no of your other client. I informed your customer care executive, but no action has taken from your side.
    Why you are using my email and phone number for other clients.
    Take the needful action and rectify the client against his pran no with mobile and email.

After purchasing of share she made me a call.in that share i lost approx 60 thousands so please do somthing in this matter. I have recording of that day when she rang me. Sir please i want my money back. I m not a very rich woman. Just earning a living

        I am trying to update my new address in my aadhaar card but my request keeps getting rejected and the reason i get is "transliteration error".           I have been trying unsuccessfully to get my money back for redemption of IDBI bonds. An amount of Rs 35, 659 was promised to me although the face value was Rs 2 lacs. Below is the email trail between myself and Karvy Share. Each time, a standard reply is sent back to me and they are refusing to trace the funds they say they have paid into my Indian account, but I haven't received the same. I get this feeling that they do not want to pay even the reduced amount, and are giving me the run around.

Now, present redemption value including interest ( i.e savings bank interest only) will be around Rs. 18000/- plus per each bond.

          With reference to the above compliant, we wish to inform you that The payment process of Rs. 35, 659/- was made through NEFT to Ramesh Srirangam account on 23.03.2018 but the same got returned with the remark “ Credit to NRI A/c”. Again NEFT was done on 27.03.2018 but it got returned again Account mismatch.

          Kindly provide the Cancelled cheque with NRO Account to make the payment.

              Greetings of the day !

              As per your mail, The Folio no. FL01- DDB0210031 Holder Name. M SAMYNATHAN is not yet Redeem .So, Kindly provide the below documents for encashment of your bond and details are given below.

              (Would like to bring to your notice that the below said bond certificate was purchased by you in the yr 1992. In this connection, IDBI invited a call option to all investors by exercising its option to redeem the bonds & further it is also communicated through letters and print media also in the yr 2002. At the time of call option the redemption amount was 12000/- against the investment of Rs.2700 for each bond. Now, present redemption value including interest ( i.e savings bank interest only) will be around Rs. 19000/- plus per each bond.)

              In view of the above, we advise you to surrender the bond to us along with the following documents to enable us to pay the redemption amount.

              1.Original bond certificate duly signed by first holder on the reverse of the certificate.
              2.Copy of PAN Card with self attestation

                                  Dear sir/madam,

                                  I had a query related to transmission of shares of jsw steels limited and reliance energy, reliance power etc.

                                  I had first wrongly called/contacted at [protected] (Given on website) on 01.06.2018 around 4.18 p. M., to enquire about my query but as it was mutual fund related number, executive then gave me [protected] for shares related query. On contacting this number, it was firstly not picked by the executive and then out of 7-8 times of trying it was being picked by a person named anthony who relally misbehaved, communicated in a harsh/rude manner and cut down the phone without even properly listening to the query and leave the solution as he has not even listened to the query.

                                  After that i tried several times but it was not picked up. Does karvy provides such bad service to the local persons who had invested in company or other? Or does karvy only attends the queries of business associates from whom they get monthly or yearly charges. If this is the case, then where will common investor go if they can even listen to their queries.
