I am trading regularly and i invested 925000 in karvy for share trading in nse but i have found mismatch in my bills from karvy as they are regularly showing more charges & wrong charges in my account.in spite of doing profit in several scrip karvy shows wrong amount in ledger bills as i am a physically handicapped person i humbly request you to look in to this matter minutely and do the needful my karvy id is a[protected]
I have got all the substantial proofs.

    I hold bank of baroda shares which is managed by karvy computershares pvt ltd. I have not received my dividends for many years and on asking information regarding the outstanding dividends there is no proper reply and the issue that they keep saying is signature mismatch o the letter asking for information regarding shares. Please help by asking them to provide information regarding outstanding dividends and also refund of the amounts as soon as possible.

      Without my order, trades done, losses are made. Deduction of rs 45, 000.
      Will sue you for this. Never called or placed order on 22/04/2018 and trades are done future and options. Person invilved in this fradulant trading are kislay kumar, saloni, himanshu vashisht.
      Once, order were made even when ii told not to place and losses suffered by me.
      If, you can proof the order placed by me then pls prove this, otherwise i have my records from operator and i can file case against this, if my money is not returned, and proper actions not taken for those fradulant persons.

          Getting tired of this "transliteration error" for aadhar address update.
          I have made address update request 6 times and it always get rejected due to this error.
          Its very annoying and stupid that, end user have to suffer due to problems at service providers end.

          This transliterations are picked automatically from server, then how it is users fault if it was wrong.

          User should be informed upfront if something is wrong with transliteration rather than making them wait for days.

            I redeemed my fund balance online and it was accepted successfully but proceeds are yet not credited in to my bank a/c. I am not even informed or advised why funds are not credited.
            I am very much worried about it as it may be a fraud.
            Urgent action is needed to investigate and find out why no body has acted and advised yet for
            Funds.

                    You've rejected my address update request 3rd time without citing clear reason. The transliteration software being used is flawed and does funny transliterations. For eg. Luxuria is transliterated as लुसुरिआ. Do you think its correct? If i correct it myself, you reject my application. Kindly suggest.

                    I've sent the mail multiple times on your email id but no one has bothered to even respond. I even sent numerous reminders but all in vain.

                    Is this the kind of support I expect from Karvy ? First your team rejects applications without bothering to check them properly. The same application is instantly approved if its done from a Aadhar center. How & why ? Whats the purpose of online updation of Aadhar if you're supposed to reject every single request ?

                        I need to file a complaint against manager of karvy pradeep tripathi, satna branch, madhya pradesh. I went to change the bank account number for my folio. He argued and said cannot be changed. He made me wait for 30 min and then asked his senior on call. He said accept the form.

                          Now you people started blaming the courier person and advising me to resend it, adding name of some person. It is very easy, as I dont have any proof of the same. May I know why your so called "AUTOMATED MAIL BACK SYSTEM" not intimated me about the names instead of "TEAM KOTM" . I have shared every details(as desired) with official mail ID, [protected]@karvy.com. They not even responded with a formal reply.
                          And for your kind information DTDC is a reputed courier service provider of the county, having a long good track record. I have been using their service more than 15 yrs. Why should they double their expenditure with the consignment, by returning it?
                          Before blaming other org. pl develope a good work culture. Just look at CAMS, they are far ahead than you.

                                    my shares have gone missing

                                    I have a trading account with karvy with trading no 2272737.

                                    I had processed gifting of shares to my wife. The copy of dis is attached.

                                    However all have been transferred except dabur. Even the sms conveys the same.
                                    However now these shares of dabur are net reflected in either of the accounts.

                                    I have submitted a complaint with karvy twice and there is no response. They have not even contacted...

                                    I wanted to close my karvy account hence i submitted a/c closure form at mathura karvy office on 20th march 2018. Since that day im not getting any response regarding the status of form from the office. The guy manish isn't picking the phone.

                                    I called customer support on 18th april and they told me they haven't received the form yet.

                                    I don't know what's happening and if they are willing to close my account or not. Im really sick and tired of calling again and again. Absolutely unprofessional behavior from karvy.

                                    I want my account to be closed asap. Please take this on priority.

                                      I am providing my rent agreement which is part of the approved list of documents but my request got rejected first time with reason as invalid document and second time as invalid document and transliteration error. Not sure why do i get a reason as invalid document when its a notarized agreement.

                                      I am trying to write the word sapphire in my address but the transliteration is not taking the correct word in any possible combinations. How can i get this done?
