To whom it may concern,

This is to bring to your notice that i have been receiving the transliteration error for my address update in aadhaar card. I have resubmitted multiple requests but i am still receiving the same error message again and again.

Please advice me your expectation on how the address should be written as it seems to me that the address is mentioned perfectly in the local language. Hence let me know in which part of the address there is still an error so that i can resubmit the same for updates. Refer to the urn for your easy reference.

    Please let me know the issue in the following requests initiated for address change to my aadhaar card online, because it was rejected many times as transliteration error. However i have verified the conversion before submission.

          I have not received dividend of ril since last 2 years from karvy. The folio no for demat account is 10056935 and 10070628.

          Multiple time letter has been sent to karvy to resolve the issue and many phone calls to karvy office in hyderabdad but till now no one has taken effort to resolve the issue.

          I want to know the history of dividend payments for these both portfolios for last 2 years and to credit the dividend amount immediately

              I shifted from gujarat to kolkata permanently. Rent agreement is under my son’s name and his aadhaar card have kolkata’s address. Since i shifted to kolkata now nd i am living with my son only. Can i attach rent agreement under my son’s name or his aadhaar card as address update document.?                   I have submitted all the original documents pertaining to mr t murugaiyan who had expired during 2013. His customer id is 13238677, before submission of the documents, the documents where verified by the section officer and branch incharge. Before accepting the documents they have asked some or other and i have filfdilled everything. Then only they have accepted on 17/07/2017. On that day i have not been given any acknowledgedment and they informed that the shares will be transmitted within a week's time. I used to contact personally in a gap of 20 days and they were telling some or other reason for not transmitting the share. Whenever i visit personally, they used to give email to their controlling office, with a copy to me. On 17/08/2017 i have been asked to pay the charges to be paid of rs 842/- accordingly i have paid the same on 17/08/2017. After that also i used to personally visit the office at the gap of 20-25 days. They used to tell cock and bull stories for not transmitting the shares. Atlast on 26/12/2017 they treated me very badly and they scolded me very badly which is against customer service norms and not warrented for a customer. Also they have told me to submit all the documents afresh to proceed further in this matter. But i have submitted all the original documents with the signatures of all the climents with the original notarised death certificate, legal heir certificate, cml, indeminity and so on. Submitting all the original again is impossible again and karvy has to inform me what happened to the original documents submitted by me on 17/07/2017.in this regard i have sent one complaint letter through speed post on 24/02/2018. There was no response. Again on 22/03/2018 i have sent complaint email to customer service section. Again i have forwarded the same complaint on 12/04/2018. There is no response to any of my communications. Under this circumstances i came to a conclusion that karvy will never respond to the customer communication. Atleast now i request you respond to my communication and resolve the issue at the earliset by communicating with your salem karvy branch.

Regarding this i informed to customer care as well as agent to look in this matter seriously.                     Such casual approach after an repeated request is not praiseful. So i requested to you please resolve the same urgently.

                          This complaint pertains to karvy data management services that is involved in updating address in aadhar.

                          I have received a message with regards to my aadhar address updation "your request 0000/00508/83405 has been rejected due to: transliteration error in the request field".

                          Pls let me know what is the transliteration error in my request. It seems that people are being forced to go to karvy deliberately. There is no other option in the aadhar address portal for choosing bpo/portal. Consumers are not liable for fault in your software systems. The address provided by mla is absolutely right. You may contact the office if you wish.

                          Pls update my address.

                            Resently i have visited your office at haldwani dist nainital pin 263139, i asked for the kyc of my id to which one of the representative said that i have purchase a fund then only the kyc can be done. I filled up all the forms of kyc and my purchase of franklin tax saver fund and submitted the same. But then your representative called me up at my number that the same can not be done as i have filled the form for purchase of fund in direct growth, rather if i would have purchased the same in indirect form the same can be done. There are many other brokers that will do the kyc but i just wanted to know that is the reason correct that if a person does not buy a filing then ur company won’t be doing kyc.

                              I am Rajendra Prasad Sarkar from Katwa (Pin - 713130). My aadhaar no. is[protected]. I have applied to address update of aadhaar card for many times. The URN are as this : (1) 0000/00507/69025 (Date - 06.05.2018), (2) 0000/00507/61859 (Date - 05.05.2018). All the above URN are rejected for transliteration error. When I write address in English then the Bengali Transliteration does not comes correctly by automatic. In the Bengali address field when I type the related English alphabet to correct Bengali address then Bengali alphabets appears correctly but after submission the application with supporting documents then after some days the rejection sms are to send to my mobile no. I can not do my address to my aadhaar card. So I request you to take necessary action to update my address (Address in English as well as Bengali Address) to my aadhaar card.Also tell me that how to write correct Bengali transliteration for no transliteration error and I can update my address to my aadhaar card.

                              In the above given request the resident attached Domicile Certificate and Application Acknowledgment Slip. Application Acknowledgment Slip is an invalid document but Domicile Certificate is valid but there is no full address and also transliteration error found in the request. Our operator wrongly selected single reason as "Transliteration error". I am providing correct words in Bengali.

                              Barddhaman Should be Translate as " বর্ধমান "

                                Karvy has been consistently rejecting online update of aadhar address in spite of providing correct bill of hp gas. After rejecting it, i am unable to update further as blank screen appears which appears like a block

                                  Despite me trying again and again with fully correct and accurate information, they keep sending me transliteration error. This is very problematic. Why is there even the option of online aadhar address update if the same problem happens every time?

                                  I have been continously raising requests, even got my transliteration and translation checked by a professional translator, but karvy keeps rejecting this multiple times. This company is not at all helping me in the process.

                                    I am trying to update my new address in my aadhaar card but my request keeps getting rejected and the reason i get is "transliteration error". I think this is because of some mistake in translation of the english to local language. I verified and i'm submitting correctly in both languages. But i keep getting rejected for the same reason. Please do the needful

                                      Dear team karvy,

                                      Please let me know the valid reason for rejection request, on updating address to my adhaar card.

                                      Reject reasons : transliteration error in the request field

                                      I am trying to update my address on adhar card with appropriate address proof.

                                      I have verified the translation in local language and it is correct. But still it is rejected with above reason. I have submitted twice, both the time it is rejected with this reason.

                                      Not sure where is the gap? Please help to resolve this asap.
