      Dear Sir, Your employee Mr. Ashish Verma who was earlier working with Trustline Commodities Pvt. Ltd was my relationship manager over there. There he put trades in my trading code without my knowledge. After I got to know about this, I called him and he said that he will pay me the amount of loss of Rs.3000/- in my code in Cash. After that he stopped taking my calls and left the company and now i came to know that he is working with Karvy Stock Broking Ltd, Dehradun. Today I called up at your branch landline number[protected] and got to talk to him and he plainly told me that he does not owe me any amount. You are hereby kindly requested to take appropriate action against him and it would be better if you avoid this kind of fraud personnel in your organisation. Also, if possible, please ask him to pay my due amount towards him. If you are unable to take any action then I will soon lodge a complaint against him with the exchange and SEBI.           26 may 2015 code111043 i purchase one lot of bhel june fut i order dealer Yogesh to sold the lot @239.8 he confirmed the sell. In the trade confirmation it was told instead of june lot may fut lot was sold in my account. Next day he did not done correction in espite of reqest I have suffer loss of 12000.00Rs kindly do deedful to return the loss Ihave not done any transiction since then.

              Have received the below email from karvy. On follow up was told that the cheque was returned undelivered and will again be despatched. I have still not received same. Please assist.                 This is regarding new share certificate of Relaxo Footwear limited to be received from your side. My Father has bought 400 shares of Relaxo Footwear Limited with face value of Rs. 5 each and He has sent 4 share certificates from 34114 to 34117 through courier on 16-12-14 which you have received on 19-12-14 with folio number - RNE0001965. These are at the name of Mrs. Sarita Garg and Nominee name is Mr. Trivendra Kumar Garg. He is supposed to receive one share certificate of 2000 shares with face value of Rs 1.00 which he has not yet received. After so much efforts, I finally got to talk to one of the customer care person and she told me that they have already dispatched one share certificate of 2000 shares somewhere in December' 2013 and gave me some dispatch number RN[protected]IN. This shows me the invalid number and also my father contacted in the post office, they didn't get any such document. I have already sent multiple emails to einward.[protected]@karvy.com which I was asked to do by the customer care executive but didn't get any reply or any update from their side. This is really pathetic, whatever is the case, even if they have already dispatched the document but still they should have replied back and tell me the process of how to claim it again. Please look into this matter asap and get back to me at [protected]@gmail.com.

I am purchasing and Selling share to euqal my net position but All trade which are doing by me, some of trade is not shown in the software. So I got worried. Because if my net position is not nill at the end of day. The penalty is charged to me by Karvy Stock Brocking Ltd. So, To make my net position nill I was trading continuously.                         I have opened an account with Client no: 2793816 with Karvy stock broking limited Ghaziabad branch around 25 th march. I paid an amount of Rs.50, 000 by cheque to an agent named (Nitin) on the day of filiing the form. He told me that your amt.will be transferred to your demat a/c. But when my a/c opened there was no transfer of money & the agent told me that when you will make 1-2 transaction then only amt. will be transferred to your a/c & he purchased 100 share of “YES BANK” costing Rs.83, 904 on 17th April without my consent. I asked how you are able to purchase shares of more than 50, 000 as there is no money in my acc. He confused me at that time. On 21st April, I got a call from head office that your cheque has been bounced. I have told them that there is suficient amount in my acc. so it is impossible. Then I have checked my acc. transaction, it shows Rs 50000 has been transacted from the account on the same day. I don't understand the company's response towards the customers satisfaction. Also On 21st April, I got a call from main branch that they are selling shares as my a/c do not have money . I tried further to enquire but the caller mistreated me saying he don’t want to talk and told me to talk to regional manager. These circumstances has made me suspicious about the company .I want my Rs. 50, 000 back, as I don’t want to have an a/c with this fraud company.

                            Hi I received a mail from COAL India hat Interim Dividend @ 207.00 % i.e., Rs. 20.70 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year[protected] has been declared and the same has been remitted through National Electronic Clearing Service (NECS)/Electronic Clearing System (ECS)/Direct Credit/NEFT to my bank account. However as on date there is no credit to my account. I have emailed non receipt of the said divided to einward.[protected]@karvy.com but did not get a response. I tried calling them but they said we will respond to the email sent and cut the call. I hope the issue is settled at the earliest.

                                I filled up all the important papers to open my trading a/c and nomination when a representative Mr Nitesh Upadhyay from KARVY
                                came at my residence on 17Jan.2015 and hand over all the papers with due documents to him and two cheque 010768 Rs15650/
                                and 010767 to pay dues for activation of DEMAT a/c.but till now i have not received my a/c No.nor information about demat a/c.
                                Please look in matter and inform me accordingly

                                    ksbl. Sir, to service I requested for i) To add nominee in my demat account ii) To change my address iii) to change my email address and submitted my request on 2/02/2015 along with a cheque of Rs.100000/- My above request till not completed I want to know the reasons. My account was operated till 02/03/2015 but regret to write I have not received the transaction details for the period transaction made I don't know the details of brokerage/Intt and other charges debited from my account on the transaction. No ledger transactions details mailed to me till date. Only messages are received finally on 05/03/2015 to deposit Rs.298024.92 and I paid full Payment + Rs.300000/- on 09/03/2015.                                         Hi Sir, Please help me, i have opened a trading A/C ID[protected] in Karvy pvt ltd in Bhubaneswar, odisha under manager Mr Akshya Mishra. And i invested sum of Rs 300000, but from last 3+ year my money is pending there and i am also not trading since then because one of the employee of karvy done some transaction without my permission and i got lose around Rs 180000. So the manger assured me we will give compassion of RS 50000. I am still waiting for the compassion from last 3 years. So kindly please help to return back my money, i should be glad as i am in a bad financial condition . Thanks & Regards Amaresh Swain
