I have ordered show with spikes with order ID OR_200446 on 15.12.17. They have sent me a different product. When I asked them to refund, they said we will replace but asked me to send the product back to them as there is no pick up service at my area. But I live in central area of hyderabad. Anyways I have sent via DTDC which costed me 300 Rs. But they have agreed for refund of only 100 -150 Rs.
And now when iam trying to update the status of delivery of shoe, the mails are not getting delivered. I have not yet tried to contact their customer care yet on mobile. But the worst service I have ever seen.

I have ordered badminton racket (Yonex voltric 7) ordered no. Or_194241and received 3 days before, as i opened the package i found out that the tip of the racket handle was broken and as mentioned in the return policy i apply for the replacement through mail and till now no action has been taken to replace or even to return my ordered item. I once got a call from them but only to request me to used it as it is which i couldn't accept. I therefore would like to have their kind attention for replacing my order to avoid bad reputation of the company

Hi, i placed an order with khelmart on 20-oct-2017 and received an email stating that the item has been shipped via gati courier with doc. # doc. #[protected]. For the last almost 24 hours when i tried to track this doc. # i keep receiving a message stating that the data is not found.
I even sent emails to khelmart and tried calling the cust. Care number (I keep receiving messages stating that all the reps. Are busy and that i call back later and the phone gets disconnected).
I feel cheated and harassed already by khelmart as i paid the entire amount and received messages stating that the order has been received and that the item would be shipped but once the amount has been received by khelmart it is cheating by providing wrong courier details and also not responding to my emails or to my phone calls.
I feel cheated by the so called (Claiming to be the best online sports selling company) and i will publish this on fb and other media to tell all other customers that khelmart is only interested to earn money by cheating customers and once you pay you would be denied info. As well as you would never receive the item as claimed by khelmart.

When i received the racket, i was skeptical about the quality of the bat. But since the bat is meant to be light i didnt care about it. The bat was idle (Unused) for a month and after machine gutting the racket, when i played, at the fifth shot, first minute, the bat just broke down. I have kept the tension well under the mentioned limits.

When i mailed khelmart, they said they will get back in a week i had to follow up after that and then they simply said yonex will not replace. Then after that the responses i got from khelmart was just a single liner and horrible replies. No proper response at all. I had to waste 3000 bucks for a minute of play. I want a proper resolution for the poor quality of bat they provided.

I ordered yonex badminton racket. The product which i recived is not the one which was mentioned in there website and now they are deny to return thre product and not replying to my mails. They have mention wieght of racket 88 grms bt the actual weight is 98 grms + and mention the tension of the bat as 35lbs which is less then 25lbs. Now they are not replying to my mails n calls.

My consignment order no or_187125 was dispatch from meerut on 21st september and was suppose to received at jamshedpur on 25th but still not received. Khelmart has handed the material to gati courier and i am tracking the gati status, till 24th it was showing at ranchi and now today again it is showing at delhi. Requesting you to give me a correct status and also arrange to for immediate delivery to my mention address in jamshedpur.
My tournament is starting from tomorrow and i want this badminton racket urgently.

I have ordered sm limited edition wicket keeping gloves from ur company bt the product which i got wasnot upto the mark and so i am not satisfied with the quality of the product that i got from your company. So i i humbly request you to return the cash and send any o[censored]r person to take ur product. As from a trusted company like you i expect to take my complain into ur interest and to help me as soon as possible.

I ordered for thrax blade cricket bat in khelmart.com before removing the cover it look like a good bat but after playing for 1 hour the handle of the bat was broken. Then i called khelmart customer care they said they said that they will repair the bat. But i dont want the product any more because it is poor quality bat so i want my money back but told that they wont return money

I am a regular cumtomer of khelmart [ email id: [protected]@gmail.com ]

I recently bought two pieces of tharx cricket bat grand edition, one of which i received on 27/03/2017 and the 2nd recent one on 04/04/2017 bearing order id as "or_161709".
But i regret to inform you that the quality of both the bats differ greatly, though they being the same item.

Details of comparison showing difference of quality:

1st bat received on 27/03/2017 ;-
1) hadle was thick and good.
2) blade of the bat is thicker that the 2nd bat bought by your firm.
3) weight of the 1st bat is 1120gms.

2nd bat (Same edition as the 1st bat) received on 04/04/2017 :-
1) handle found thin as compared to 1st received bat i. E on 27/03/2017.
2) bat blade thickness is less as compared to 1st received bat i. E on 27/03/2017.
3) most importantl;y the weight of this bat is 1240gms and feels heavy and i suspect strongly that it'll prove difficult in playing.

I humbly request your good-self to replace the 2nd bat bought recently i. E on 04/04/2017 bearing order id as "or_161709" at par with the quality of my 1st bat of same edition.

As being a regular customer this is the first time this kind of incident happened. I most fervently request you to take necessary steps at your end to replace my 2nd bat with same quality as that i received earlier.

I ordered a english willow bat but what they gave was a cheap quality english willow bat..i even asked them to double check the bat before sending the bat ans she said she will...thing is their customer care..there are only 2 ladies ..when i called them 15 times it was one or the other..i hate to hear the first..'welcome to khelmart.com..indias trsuted online sports store"..i am pretty sure even if you ask in their dreams they will repeat the same thing..they dont even understand english..when i told the grains arent there on te bat .she didnt get what i said and therefore she just cut my call..i have sent the bat for the refund..dont know what the reaction will be..i have almost filed a consumer forum(gov)..but we all know how quick our governament is..anyways i sent it on 23 of march..by speed post it should reach by 28 march..will keep you peeps informed

I am devaraj i ordered 9 size shoe but khelmart delivered 6 size. I made request for refund. They are not responding for my calls as well as email. Sunday 12/03/2017 i got delivered the shoe. Immediately i come to the size is 6 instead of i ordered 9 uk. Whenever i call not picking up by customer care. Kindly look into this and make arrangements for refund my money. Very poor service.

This may be Canadian willow which is not a good quality product. Bat has got so many cracks while in the knocking process only. Bat’s edge got broken while knocking. Bat has not been able to use even for a single match. My whole money got wasted. Khelmart is cheater. They provided low quality product instead of English willow cricket bat.

I bought a thrax cricket bat @ Rs 6400 custom made, the bat is now coming out from splice I have mail to [protected]@khelmart.com and I m not getting any responce regarding the same .
The bat has not been used in any match it is still in knocking state . the purchase date may be more then a month but if the bat is coming out of splice then its manufacturing defeat .
