Hi,
I had ordered an Arcsaber 7 racket Yonex racket from your website.
I received a call and I was offered stringing of the same by a high quality string NG 98 (or similar) for Rs 700/-.
I agreed to the same.
Unfortunately the stringing was not done properly and the racket arrived with the frame being slightly bent & out of shape, with some strings being loose, and others being tight.
I had to get the racket strung again immediately to avoid permanent deformity in the frame.
I would like to bring this to your notice, and like a REFUND for the stringing.
I would like the cost of original stringing

Repeat stringing 700/-
Time wasted on repeated complaints (being a doctor this is very precious) Rs 5000/-
I have repeatedly contacted you regarding the same, on email and through your customer care, however you have not gotten back with any reply whatsoever,
