I had ordered a Samsung smartphone priced at ₹13, 999 on 13th August, 2020 at www.khoslaonline.com. The order no. is 30084. Even after 10 days the status of the order is being shown as "Order received". I have tried calling the customer care number provided in the website several times without any result. I can't even cancel the order. Please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks,

Purchased voltas ac on last week of may, 2020.
Model : 185v pzy (R32)
Branch : khosla electronics pvt ltd, dunlop

At the time of purchase i was made to understand that the model is having 4 way swing i. E. Horizontal as well as vertical.
On being questioned if it was manual or auto. I was told that it was auto with seperate motor. I was happy and hence purchased.

After delivery, found that the model only has vertical swing. And horizontal swing is manual.

This is very bad practice by khosla salesperson by providing false information to sale their products. I want a resolution for this.

I know khosla electronics is much reliable in electronics world but after that getting estimated slip for purchasing mobile i am very much disappointing your ethical sale view in market. I purchase a samsung mobile on 16.07.20 and the give a estimated slip while purchasing we already informed your sukchar branch khardah pin-700115 west bengal but they said that this one is real gstn bill. Please give response if not...

I bought a Hitachi ac 1.5 ton from khosla electronic barrackpore br. Through Bajaj finserve on 15/08/2019. Bajaj finserve representative sk. Ajijul was deal the transaction. As per terms and conditions I should got ₹10000/- cash back from Bajaj finserve. I also paid ₹1212/- for avail the offer on that time. But unfortunately I got only₹6000/- and remaining amount I.e ₹4000/- did not receive till today. I called to sk ajijul in several times but he ignored me every time. I was cheated by Bajaj finserve. Now I need one refrigerator and one washing machine, but I think I shall not buy those products from khosla electronic before solve this issue.

I bought a ogeneral 2 ton ac machine online which was delivered on 14-6-20. A agent (Phone no. — [protected]) from khosla electronics called me on 15-6-20 for installation of the new ac machine. A person named atanu (Phone no. — [protected]) came for installation on 16-6-20. According to this person the prices of the materials required for installation were as follows, —
Copper pipe — rs 850 per ft
Drain pipe — rs 75 per ft
This seemed ridiculously high considering standard rates.
One of my acquaintances has bought & installed the same ogeneral 2 ton ac machine 3 weeks earlier. The rates for that installation only 3 weeks earlier were as follows, —
Copper pipe — rs 200 per ft
Drain pipe — rs 30 per ft
I have the papers documenting the things mentioned above.
I informed the agent (Phone no. — [protected]) that this price seems exorbitant. The agent rudely replied that he will install the machine only if i pay him the price he is demanding. Ultimately the machine was not installed.
I am requesting you to take necessary action so that the ac machine is installed as soon as possible and the prices for the materials required must be proper. It will be better if you please send a decent agent who will not demand unreasonably high prices.
I have sent a mail along with the relevant documents also. The relevant documents are posted as attached files.

We bought refrigerator on june 7, 2020. The fridge got delivered to us on wednesday, june 10, 2020 in exchange of our old fridge. To our surprise, it has been 5 days that the fridge has not been installed when they said it will be done in a day. Please take action. This is highly unacceptable.

Installation of chimni has not been done seen 15 days and service is very poor in khosla barrackpore. Request strongly action and good service provide soon please.

I have booked a Samsung mobile phone and paid Rs. 12000/- via ccavenue online payment from khoslaonline.com on 10 June 2020. But when I tracking my order it shows "order received" status. After 24 hours they did not shipped my product yet. Their customer care number is worthless. Nobody received the call. Very poor customer service. My order ID is 26747. My Name: Mir Samim, Mob. Today i bought lg w30 smartphone where it was sticked that i would get some free gifts such as selfue stick, pop etc. However the salesman pilled off the sticker and said these are not available. I think you people have used the free products and misleading the customers. Shame on your service.

Sir my cooler moter is not working and the help line number is not contacting. Help me as soon as possible.

I have purchased one split ac samsung from khosla electronics selimpur branch, kolkata in 19/05/2020. Installation was done 23/05/2020. Water is leaking from the inside of the outdoor unit since then.

In chinsurah khosla i have booked ac n micro oven in 19 th march i make down payment n all bill r completed the sales person name subir das now he is saying directly that take u r cash refund n we will not providing the product when u booked same khosla is cheating the customer i never suggest any one to buy in khosla chinsura and the manager moja behaving not properly that he us knowing that his own shop

I thought delivery of a washing machine was free of charge.. But delivery boys demanded rs 300 for delivery.. I urged them to take rs 100 as tip.. But they insisted on taking rs 300, which i had to pay to avoid bitter conversation... I think, company officials should take necessary actions against the delivery boys.. I am purchased in cash a haier refrigerator from your khosla electronic selimpur branch in 05/02/2020the. They send me dispute refrigerator, at last i go to the branch and again i ask him to replaced the fresh product. Till now they dont bother to contact when they are going to deliver the product. After visiting multiple time in the branch they said give them 2 days or 3 days more.

Please suggest me what to do at present.

I had purchased a refrigerator from khosla electronics baruipur on 25th january 2020. The payment was made by bankers cheque which was cleared on 29th january 2020 but the product is not delivered till now. The delivery service of the khosla electronics baruipur is extremely bad. Khosla electronics pvt ltd never delivers any product in time. I will never purchase any product from this company in future and tell to friends not to purchase any product.

I have bought a water purifier from Khosla electronic non the date of 2nd jan 2020. it has delivered after 3 working days and most ridiculous thing is they have delivered the wrong product. when I inform showroom sales boy he asked me to come with the product I will change it. Is this the way to behave with a customer? Overall after 2 days I went there with the product in the showroom and change it by own, and still I didn't get the bill due to system problem ( as per your sales person). After all installation not yet done by the technician . Product is Aquaguard water purifier. the showroom is at Batanagar Maheshtala. kolk-140

I purchased an otg from khosla electronics dunlop kolkata branch. After repeated calls and requests not one sales personnel is bothered to come and give the demonstration of the product purchased. They are so reluctant and their attitude is so causal. Is this how you treat your customers??? We even visited the showroom and told the people to come. Still no response. I am amazed at their audacity. Just disgusting service. I wish i could throw the otg on your bloody faces. Infact i think i ll just do that. Bloody scoundrels.
