I had purchased Voltas Ac from Kohinoor and their sale executive had suggested this brand and was insisting I should purchase only Voltas AC. In Six months the AC has stopped working and there is no after sale service. At the time of purchasing the products they only give false promises. NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCTS from Kohinoor

    I had booked Hitachi refrigerator on April 3 2021 vide sales order KTPL -ORD00078824. I had paid advance of Rs 20, 000 with a request for delivery on 21st April . Due to sudden lock down, I am trying to reach the customer help line on 61636464 since 20th April but nobody is picking .
    I want to be guided about my final payment and delivery of fridge . When is it possible ?

        I am having a nightmare dealing with your team from the time we have placed an order for Air conditioner (AC) from #KohinoorTelevideo since 4th April 2021. While I pen this note, its not yet delivered (yes! You heard it right)

        #KohinoorTelevideo wouldn’t have been our first choice if it wasn’t for an acquaintance who in goodwill recommended that we’ll get a good deal with them. (Yes! We got a good deal of pathetic customer service)

        Unpleasant experience #1 : First, we were delivered a damaged A/C on 6th April 2021 with a day’s delay. Apparently, their delivery vehicle broke down on their way to our home, the earlier day. But we were supposed to understand this as ideal customers, empathise and not complaint.

        Unpleasant experience #2 : On the delivery day, the folks who came were a pair of not so enthusiastic team who just wanted to dump the machine at our place and tick if off their list. They were unhappy about coming to our place for first delivery at 1.15 PM! They came, opened the box, pointed out what was what and rushed off without forgetting to ask for a tip.
        While I was in middle of an official call, I was supposed to entertain them, pay attention, know what all to check and how (as if I buy an AC every day)– remember I am the ideal customer who empathises with everyone while #KohinoorTelevideo team cares a damn about me! By the way (btw), after the delivery folks left, we realised that the AC delivered to us was damaged.

        Now begins next level of torture...

        Unpleasant experience # 3: On 7th April, when we informed them about damaged AC, their sales team(Mr. Kareem) starts acting smart with us. Even go on to say that how could you sign the sales delivery paper without reading (excuse me!)

        Cut to, this acquaintance has to intervene, #KohinoorTelevideo team apologies saying “Sir pata nahi tha aapka reference hain, haan AC replace kar dengay” Whoever coined the term “customer centricity”, “service mindset” didn’t know of people who abused it and practiced it as per convenience!

        Well, we thought of putting all this bad experience behind and with some faith in the system, were given choices for an alternate model of AC.

        We were assured of better service thereafter and placed in safe hands of an alternate Mr. Point of contact (POC)- Mr.Ajmat.

        So, we were given choice of an alternate AC model on 8th April by Mr.Ritesh. On 9th April, when we got back to them, we were informed that we should have placed the order before 3 PM (how the hell am I supposed to know this without being told), now the delivery will happen only on 13th April 2021.

        Rationale given, Saturday / Sunday stores are closed, Monday (12th April) our order will be placed for Tuesday’s (13th April 2021) delivery. Again, as an ideal customer we were supposed to understand the store policy, keep all our work aside and abide by their rules and regulations.

        Unpleasant experience # 4: Having burnt my fingers in the past, doing the mistake of assuming a “good customer service experience”, I start following up with Mr.Ajmat from 12th April 2021. As an anxious customer, I enquired about order status, expressing plight of our house painting work being stalled due to considerable delay in installation of AC. The naïve me even made a request of delivering and installing the AC on same day if possible.

        All seemed good until this conversation moved to specific details like delivery timings, installation timings, my call was not answered for the rest of 12th April 2021. Formality sake I got a message, "Madam we'll get back to you"

        Unpleasant experience # 5: Its Gudi Padwa, new year, new beginnings…So I call Mr.Ajmat to confirm delivery timings but no response, I call the customer care team who provide direct contact of delivery department of the store.
        Finally, someone answers, who seems sensible to atleast respond . I am informed that there is load of delivery and our delivery should reach anytime after 7 PM today.

        Wait, did I hear this right? So #KohinoorTelevideo team decides to waste one more day and further delay my house painting work, all this while we are on edge of our seats anticipating a possible lockdown.

        When I rant a bit, I am assured of a call back with specific timing, btw I am still waiting….

        For me, this was the last nail in the coffin. I guess I have been too empathetic and understanding of #KohinoorTelevideo’s rules and regulations and all that you have done is consistently deliver a bad customer experience.

        Continue to turn a deaf ear to customer needs and have in arrogant undertone given a message through your actions that we won’t deter and will continue to operate in a reckless manner, mistreat the customer without looking for any ways to improve our operations. We are happy being the mediocre team!

        I would only leave you with a thought, while the world economy is reeling under the side effects of pandemic, organizations like you are classic examples o[censored]ngrateful attitude towards customers who contribute to your top and bottom line.
        It won’t be far that you’ll have a tryst with destiny, when you'll start losing customers due to such feedback on every possible platform and pretty soon will have your fall from grace story which will make you history!

          I had paid for a new whirlpool refrigerator from Kohinoor Andheri West, and they had given commitment that a new piece will be delivered next day. But next even by 7 pm I didn't receive delivery. So I went to the store and there o realized that they were sending the same demo piece from their store that too without informing us about the same.
          We have lost trust in Kohinoor and do not want to purchase anything from them. We want them to refund our money but they are giving credit note. We don't want credit note. We want refund.

            I bought a Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner from Kohinoor Lokhandwala branch on 1st Match 2021.

            It worked ok for the first week and then it started giving problems. It stopped working after 3 to 5 mins..at times it didn't start at all.

            I went to Kohinoor asking for replacement but they said they were helpless and that they will raise a complaint with Eureka Forbes. Accordingly they raised a complaint.

            To my horror a aquaguard technician landed up to service the vaccum cleaner..( I also own your aquaguard) ..the machine didn't start at all in his presence, but he said he cannnot do anything and that he will forward it to the concerned dept.

            I lodged another complaint with Eureka Forbes.
            Complaint no [protected], The techinician visited my place and said that since the machine has started malfunctioning within one month of purchase it could be replaced. But I should take up the matter with the dealer namely Kohinoor.

            It is my understanding that for a faulty product dealer and the manufacture both are liable. It doesn't look good on either of them not to help a customer for a faulty product

            So kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

            I hope you will do the needful and have the machine replaced asap.

              Purchased refrigerator from Kohinoor Televideo Kandivli W SV Road Branch. Full payment done - they promised delivery in Pune..

              Delivered - product faulty - one week to answer replacement - agreed for change - product picked - no replacement - had to pay extra to get different brand - promised one day delivery - not done - teams do not respond - Managers do not answer - each party blames other - Pune branch says - Mumbai problem - Mumbai Branch says - Pune problem

              Money taken in full - no delivery - not answering calls for refund - Top Management not contactable. In 10 days over 100 calls done - only false promises

                We had booked LG LED UHD 43UN7300-43 on 17th of November .They told that the delivery would be done by 22nd of November but then they postponed the delivery date to 30th November.But the delivery was not done even on 30th so we called them and they again postponed the delivery date to 12th of December but the delivery was not done. After that they called us and told they were coming to deliver the television but we were out of town so we told them to deliver the television on Monday (21st November).But they didn't delivered and when we called and questioned them they again delayed the delivery date and told that they will deliver the product today (22nd December)but today also the product was not delivered and there was no information provided by them now we are fed up by this delaying of product and so we are writing this complain. We hope that you understand our problem and you would take action for their irresponsible act .

                  One of the worst experience with Kohinoor Electronics at Mira Road. I have purchased Samsung washing machine and SONY 43 inch 4k television from Kohinoor Electronics at Mira Road. Both the products are faulty. As far as washing machine is concern I purchased it in the month of January 2020 and in November 2020 it got problem...suddenly there is no power coming to washing machine. As far as SONY TV is concern I purchased in the month of October 2020 and immediately on the 2nd day of purchase there was display issue occured. There was a vertical line came on the screen. And most importantly the TV manual (set up guide) which was there along with TV was multi folded, scolded and teared ...how it's possible that brand new TV's manual is folded, scolded and teared one ??? That means it was not a packed piece given to me... sales person at kohinoor was lied to me and said that TV is brand new and packed piece. But it was not. So overall I am havimg a worst experience with KOHINOOR BRAND... i am very much disappointed and frusted with with this and i am going to post the same on social media that how can such a big brand fooling their customer with such worst quality of products that too for branded products like SONY & SAMSUNG... How sales team selling used products of one customer to another customer saying it's a brand new and packed piece ???? THIS PRACTICE IS AGAINST THE ETHICS and HAS TO GET HIGHLIGHTED TO GENERAL PUBLIC SO THAT THEY WILL NOT FALL INTO TRAP OF SUCH PRACTICES OF KOHINOOR ELECTRONICS.

                    I purchased a 4 door Samsung refrigerator from Kohinoor Televideo’s Andheri West outlet. The sales executive, Mr Sagar, ensured that I make payment before 5 pm on 01-Nov-20, so that the fridge is delivered on 02-Nov-20.

                    Have been waiting all day for the fridge to arrive, and it finally reaches my residence at 10 pm. Is that a time for delivery? I spoke to their representative Mr Santosh, who kept repeating that I should take delivery despite the odd hour and return the buy back fridge today itself.

                    I attempted to reason that since I cannot switch on the new fridge for at least 2 hours, they should keep the new fridge at my residence and return tomorrow morning to pickup the old fridge. However, I was flatly refused - I would only get delivery if I returned the old fridge today. It did not matter that to start the new fridge, I would have to wait till 1 am just to start the fridge.

                    As a result, my new fridge is being lugged around halfway across town for 2 days, without any fault of mine. Over and above this, Mr Santosh advised me that my delivery wasn’t scheduled for today at all, despite commitment from the salesperson Mr Sagar that delivery was for today!

                    Extremely disappointed with the customer service that Kohinoor Televideo provides, and I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from this chain.

                      This is to inform that I, Shri Akash Pol had purchased a LG AC and LG Television on[protected] bearing Sales order No. KTPL-ORD[protected] from M/s. Kohinoor Televideo Pvt. Ltd. located at "Orion Business park, Shop No. 5 & 6, Next to Cine Wonder Mall, Thane, Ghodbunder, Thane - 400604" on[protected]. I was assured by Shri Pradeep Parthe, the Sales Executive of the said shop, that both the products will get delivered on 21/10/2020. The LG Ac was delivered on[protected] and the installation was done on[protected].

                      The LG Television was not delivered as per the norms/as assured by the sales executive. However, it got delivered on[protected] that too after pursuing the matter with the concerned shop. After the delivery as per the norms the TV was supposed to be installed within 48 hrs of working days. But till date the installation has not been done.

                      On[protected], I dialled the contact No.[protected] of the shop under reference, and they assured me that the installation will be done on very next day i.e. on[protected]. However, the same was not done, so I again contacted the shop wherein after raising the concern I got a call from the Number i.e.[protected] through which Ms. Riya assured me that the installation has been assigned and has been highlighted and the installation person shall visit my place by 12.30 pm of[protected].

                      On[protected], at around 11am, I got call from the Number - [protected] Shri Rupesh (the name as told to me from the executive) and he told me that "I shall visit your place after 4-5 hours" as he already had installations lined up in Kolshet Area. At around 6.00 pm I called Mr. Rupesh (which I suppose was not my responsibility instead Mr. Rupesh should have informed me) and he said that I will not be able to come today and have told me that he had forwarded my case to Shri Mukesh Gupta who will do the installation at my place. When I called Shri Mukesh Gupta on his Mob. No. [protected], he told me that he will come tomorrow i.e. on[protected] by 1.00 p.m. for the installation of the Television (Eventhough my case was forwarded to Mr. Gupta by Shri Rupesh, Mr. Gupta dint bothered to call me).

                      At around 7.00pm - 7.20 pm I got a call from the shop under reference from the Number[protected], but the call was kept aside and I was able to hear all the unwanted talks of whoever it may be, which reflects a very casual attitude and seriousness towards the customer whose number you have dialled.

                      I have made my utmost efforts to try to connect the Shop on its Contact Number for whole day and also Ms. Riya on[protected], but I was not able to connect the shop number and also the I could hear the complete ring of the Number[protected], but none were bothered to receive the call.

                      I feel, it was the responsibility of the concerned shop and the concerned sales executive Shri Pradeep Parthe, who should have ensured that the things as assured are lined up and been delivered on time as assured, but neither have bothered to do so in the fit of focusing on their sales. Such a disgusting attitude and disrespect for the customer have been felt from your casual approach. This is the most ungrateful, lousy and unprofessional; approach I had ever faced in my life. Such an irresponsible approach from such a renowned shop was not expected. I have made a big mistake by purchasing a product through my hard earned money from such shop and I assure I shall not make such make any mistakes anymore neither will I suggest anyone to approach such shop.

                          I have purchased a LG AC and LG Television on 17th Oct'2020. I was assured of product delivery by 21st Oct'2020. However the Television was delivered after a delay of 2 days i.e. on 23rd Oct'2020. Moreover, till date the installation of the Television is still not being done dispite repeated followup.

                          This is the worst after sales service I had ever seen.

                            I have purchased L.G Oven 30/06/2020 its just been 3 months now and making absurd sound while grilling. I have raised a complaint so many times. Technician person name(Subhash) came and he said the product should be get replaced as we cant repair the product. and same for the whirlpool washing machine a senior technician Mr. Chetan kadam came and he said he don't have required parts so the product needs to be replaced. this is the fourth time i am raising a complaint. 3 times i have called and raised a complaint.

                              Hi Team,

                              This is in regards with the product HITACHI REF FF RS-G37BPND GS.
                              Issue: we had called Kohinoor customer care for a complaint of cooling issue in our Refrigerator on 16th OCT 2020. They sent a mechanic named "Shahrukh Khan" and his manager's name was "Azmi". Shahrukh Khan said that there is a problem with the motor and it needs to be replaced so he took the part with him and came back with a new one the next day. The issue remained the same and when contacted them again they are not answering our calls. We later called HITACHI customer care and came to know we have been fooled and duplicate parts were installed.
                              We want to raise this issue and want an explanation from Kohinoor that how can they send someone who is not authorized by the company.

                                Faulty product delivered which got completly dead within 10 days. service guy visited next day after logging complain and said will fix new adaptor as the adaptor is spoilt. todyabis the sixth day and within this period I being ashthmatic have visited the store during pandemic three times but no proper response recived. samsung toll free no, customer executive said they have not received any complain but have lal the other complains of my washing machine nad fridge which I had taken from Arcee. There is something fishy going on and this is my last product from Kohinoor. Will put the same on social media about the poor service and faulty product. Kohinoor is cheating innocent customers.

                                  My washing Machine is not working...I have send emai to but no reply from ur side..try to call u several times no one is picking up call.. kindly send technician ASAP.. I have extend warranty too..I'm attaching that too..

                                    I have purchase one faulty laptop from your show room on 15 aug 2020. Its not working properly then i will return at your palm beach showroom. Your cashire aalam told me you get refund after 15 days but its take 30 days for refund still its ok. But i receive short amount from my credit card bank i call bank & ask for short amount they told me kohinoor electronics give us only 40215 amount that full amount we are credited in your account. Then i call mr aalam (cashier) he told me we are given letter to bank for full amount refund but bank cut the charges i said ok but give me proof for bank charges. He stupid told me i dont have proof of charges.If you dont have proof then how can bank cut the charges from your transaction its fraud from your employee & i am going in consumer cort for the same issue. Then i can found how bank will charge amount. Very bad experience from kohinoor. Poor service from fraud people.

                                      There is a fraud being committed at this store, kindly do not purchase anything from here. We purchased hitachi ac in october 2019 from the store and they gave us defective piece delivered at our home. Inspite of being reaching out to them, there was no response given and they are not replacing it with the another working ac. They reached out few days just before the warranty period is about to get over and delaying with lot of excuses. Now they giving excuses that pcb and other functions got damage. No action been taken yet to give us working ac. There service is pathetic and do not recommend anyone to purchase.

                                        I am writing this with reference to mulund checknakal store next to croma and they always delay product delivery and trying to give excuse some or the other.

                                        They gave me excuse that store is open for sell but closed for dispatch.

                                        Shame and very unprofessional staff.
