I had purchased an hp laptop from kohinoor televideo pvt. Ltd.
Neptune color scape, mulund check naka, mulund west - 400080 on 22nd august 2020 vide invoice # s0007_r029_003731
Now i am facing an issue as the laptop is showing "ram memory full"
Kindly check and advise what has to be done.

    Dear reader,

    We had bought the above stated model refrigerator from your andheri west link road shop with delivery on 9th july 2020. Since the first day o[censored]se, the refrigerator has water sweating and ice frosting and we have made multiple complaints to lg as well as the sales person at your store. However, the service engineers of lg have not been able to resolve the problem and instead mentioned that this is due to monsoon season. This reason sounds absolutely non-sense to start with and even if this is true, we feel that we are being mis-informed and cheated by your sales team, by not informing us at the time of selection.

    We want your urgent attention to the issue, either in form of replacement of similar model without such fault or refund back our money immediately.

    No one has approached us from Kohinoor Televideo. It is a cheating by them as they have given us a faulty refrigerator.

        We purchase refrigerator last 29th june year, we got delivery on time so happy as we believe on them look door n start it is operated but on same day when we use actual we come to across that his vegetable tray is damage and we deliver such product, so we call an register complaint they told us to wait reply from their side so we relax and slowly we to forget to call back then COVID issue so as before to complete one year again I contacted them now they are telling will call at evening will call within 10 min.Now they told1 year over why you didn't contact that time.we just got the gift to believe on kohinoor.worst service provided from kohinoor

          I started using my new washing machine during the lockdown, when it goes on a dryer mode ot wobbles really bad with a lot of noise.
          Had called up the customer care after the restrictions were relaxed, they only receive the call and tell they will be sending someone till date no one has turned up

            Purchased dishwasher, siemens dw sn256w01gi on 02.06.2020 from kohinoor televideo pvt., s. V. Road, kandivali west, mumbai-400067 vide their sales order no. Ktpl-0rod[protected] for rs.35, 500/-.

            Payment made in full. Tax invoice not given at the time of purchase instead given only the copy of sales order at the cash counter. Noticed the same now.

            Product delivered but still demo not given by the company. Sales technician called up twice for giving the demo but still did not turn up. Now he is also not responding to calls.

                This is with reference to the subject order placed on 20th mar'2020 for a refrigerator [protected] from kohinoor, satra plaza, vashi store. I agreed to the transaction only upon a commitment that the delivery would happen next day morning (21st mar'2020) which unfortunately did not happen. The transaction was through bajaj finserv who would start deducting the emi effective first week of june'2020.
                I was aware of the fact that the lockdown would begin effective 22nd mar'2020 and the same was conveyed to the sales representative (Mr. Shivaji patil) very clearly and he assured that the delivery would happen the very next day.
                I tried to contact mr. Patil on 21st mar'2020 who was unresponsive and seems to be very rude and unprofessional when connected later. My intent was to move to my native place along with the refrigerator for which all arrangements were made however things did not work as planned due to the false commitment and lack of timely communication that had to be done proactively from kohinoor.
                I am highly disappointed with the experience and will certainly not recommend kohinoor to anyone.
                I have already purchased the required electronic else where and do not need an extra one. I am just trying to be as simple and co-operative as possible. My ask here is, once i return from my native place i do get an option to purchase any other electronic of the same amount.
                I want the manager in-charge to call me - [protected], discuss to deal with this situation and sort things out accordingly.

                  No one is listening my complaints.
                  All are lyers all the head officers are fooling and their assistants are cheap any head of making fool to people.. First c. E. O spoke on conference call tht will refund money within this week then call came instantly of ceo. They told they will reverse the money. Then they told they are not getting the entry they took 15days and on my bill due date they called me because i was calling them constantly. And told when my refund will come ms dolly told record nahi mil rha tha maam.. Apke amount ka then she got back to me when i scolded her. And she told they will only reverse the money in my payment mode dont knw how much time will take i wanted money urgently and they are still making me cry daily and telling humne mail kar dia hai aap jano aur hdfc bank jane kitna time lagega humko nahi malum and she disconnected the call. After that till date there is no response. I forced her dat day to show me the threat mail there was only single mail from kohinoor to hdfc bank for reversal and hdfc ecknowlegd the mail in auto mode of reply thnk you for your email will get back to you.. After that this lady never followed up i mean im begger for my own money.

                  Yes i am because thies peoples are chuts.in no words im sorry to say this but they are and they are only harrasing me..
                  I promise you i will suside and write a note on them that because of these harrasment i am taking this step.

                  My doctor has already told me not to take stress as i am pregnant.
                  My husband is without salry and this peopel cheapest people are maing me cry each day for my money i am really helpless i want my money back..

                    I got a problem with my LG TV screen display and it showing a line in middle and at bottom of the screen. AV mode is appearing again and again repeatedly without selection. Please look at the problem as soon as possible

                      I found hair in Chevda as soon I opened my first pack of 6, I feel not to eat any of them now. Very disappointed with purchase. Was expecting higher quality food with this company. Batch number is KI0925.

                        There is no update of my purchased refrigerator its been 1 month n above now.. manager is damn pathetic and sales person vishal is also very pathetic they have no coordination between them both.. Cheap cheaper n cheapest person i have ever seen blocked my money n not giving my product or refund. I am going to sue them very nicely.
                        I have dropped emails calls to them no response and the sales person says or hr team and our manager works continuously on emails.
                        He is making fool of customers. I want my refund i dont want my product after 1 n half month which is of no use now...
                        Dont give ### excuse of lockdown before lockdown my product was suppose to come which has not come and these excuses would be not tolerated you cant keep customers money. I have attached my invoice of the purchase made n i have paid through my credit card i wont pay my credit card payment unless i get refund or i will make sure that kohinoor will suffer in future..

Wont take the refrigerator after 4 months from lockdown which is no o[censored]se now .. they have done chesting on customer rubbish these people are i did not read the reviews before purchasing or else i would have never ever means ever purchase from these fool peoples who has no coordination amongst them cheapest seriously ..

                          I had purchase a samsung fridge on 25/10/2019 from kohinoor (Mira bhayendar) at rs 41000. I was informed that i well get a cashback of 20% (10% from samsung and 10% from hdfc) after 90 days.
                          When i visited that outlet on 8th march 2020 (After i haven't received cashback), they are saying that cashback is on emi and nobody take responsibility of my loss of 20%.
                          Certain things to highlight:
                          1) i wanted to purchase on emi but the salesperson and cashier debited the whole amount and convince me that the amount is blocked only. And nobody has said the whole amount is debited and i will not get a cashback.

                          2) when i went after i got the statement in november, very carelessly the staff said i have to checked it that it was on emi or paid in full. But its not their responsibility.

                          This incident has already downgraded the image of kohinoor and seems that after getting the amount nobody is there to help the customer. Its seems that kohinoor staff has only aim to sell their product by hook or crook. And there is no place to solve the customer issue.

                            Siemens home engineers have join hands with kohinoor from back door. And deny us any service. The person came for initial investigation mr. Sachin (Regional engineer - area - from andheri to palghar) came to our house to see the fridge and he damaged the console which holds the plastic net from the back of the fridge. Also he didnot mention this in his report to his office i. E. To bosch.
                            All such manipulation is allowed by seniors in bosch office.
                            As per them they say that fiting new console is not going to solve your overall problem. So let it remain as it is.
                            One should never buy bosch brand and one should never buy anything from kohinoor.
                            My family is going through tremendous mental harrassment by bosch team and kohinoor team.
                            They celebrate but customer cry.
                            We purchased bosch fridge from kohinoor vasai, and made payment at kandivali on dt.16.10.2019. The seal pack bosch fridge model. No. Kgn56lb411 was later found with many issues and is lying with us without use till today but no one from kohinoor or bosch is giving replacement of the same. It is now 5months but there is no response and they are not ready to answer emails and complaints written to them (Kohinoor).
                            This treatement by kohinoor and bosch is well noted by our relatives and friends who visit our house and they also suggest others not to buy anything from kohinoor. I was regular customer of vijay sales but made big mistake to purchase electronic items from kohinoor.
                            Bosch fridge never buy their product as donot support indian customer as above case was discussed with bosch team but they told that the product is imported and cannot say anything as they have to take several permissions and they afraid that if they put our case in front of their management they will loose their job. Further bosch and siemens technical team for india is the same people. They donot take interest in your complaints seriously as said above. They donot have good technical team to serve india and in fact their products are not good for indian use.
                            There technicians are poor and they may damage your products during installations and they declare customer responsible for any such issues.
                            We purchase above fridge under sbi bank credit card scheme valid for 30days. We requested verbally kohinoor to deliver us fridge and washing machine after our repair work gets completed. However they said that warranty will start after installation valid till one year. So fridge was kept in seal condition during repair work and after repair work completed we requested for installation. But during installation their engineer declared that internal wires are damaged and it is that bitten. We requested them to replace it with new fridge as it happened either in kohinoor godown or bosch godown but they took photographs and declared that they will not provide any service and they will not replace.
                            We are suffering till today no one to help us. Since both kohinoor and bosch engineers have joined hands to dump us.

                              With pain and unsatisfaction with your service, i am writing to you that i have purchased a 1.5 ton general window ac from kohinoor dadar.
                              firstly i was not given the red colour guarantee card of o general ac. I messaged to azmat (Dadar kohinoor employee) that i hadn't received the guarantee card, and i should get one. But i was not attended and was never replied. (I have the msg of 17th may 2019 saved in my mobile) later on, i went back to the showroom in dadar and spoke to azmat and another manager there. They told me that by courier they would send the guarantee card to my house. To date, i haven't received any guarantee card. I will see to it that i take this matter to the consumer court if not resolved after this mail.
                              secondly, at the time of purchase, the attendant at kohinoor informed me that i would get three free services in a year. Six months have passed for my purchase to date. No-one turned up. One week before i called kohinoor and asked for free service, no one turned up. The day before yesterday, i called again, but no one called or came for the service. Is this the after service you provide?
                              if i show you my last two years' accounts with kohinoor, you will be surprised that i have purchased more than six lakhs worth goods. I have a guest house in colaba (Shabana guest house). I bought 12 lcd 12 window ac for that property.
                              very sad to say, but i am not all happy with your service. Please see to it that my problem gets resolved.

                                In such big organisation and having so many branches. Kohinoor electronics has kept only 1 customer care number. No one is available on customer care number despite of hours of waiting on calls due to high volume complaints.

                                This clearly indicates company is not believing in after sale service.

                                Not a single phone is working on branch level.

                                Completely frustrating.

                                  Dear sir or madam,
                                  Today`s newspaper ad mumbai mirror dated 20.10.2019 page number 25 states that "get 35% of your invoice amount back - bajaj finserv". On reading this ad i went to kohinoor store today at around 12 noon when he denied 35% saying he can give only 20% odd. The ad doesn't specify the model or anything and there is no condition applied on that page or any astrick mark. I called his supervisor who agreed for this 35% and then while again specifying other person denied and very rudely told buy if you want to else don`t buy. All of this lie and the intolerant behavior of your staff is captured on video by me. I request you to undo the wrongdoings and compensate adequately so that i need not go to consumer court and increase hassles for both o[censored]s. I am not able to send the videos due to size limitations. If you need to see that do send me a link where i can upload it or i am ready to show it to you in person.

                                    I have purchase lg washing machine on 6/10/19 its delivered on 08/10/19 but its installed on 11/10/19 4 days have not washed my cloth as i m working n old machine was exchange against the new n from last 2 days i continuously contact with the serviceman of lg comapny n kohinoor staff but no one replying the calls n talk like very rude behave so i said cancel the order than also they were not listening so pls... Do not buy any thing from kohinooor

                                      I went to purchase samsung tv at kohinoor televideos pvt. Ltd. Formally know as kohinoor electronics, new link road, andher (West), mumbai 400 053. I was offered samsung television model 43nu7470 under 15th august scheme at rs. 43000/-. I agreed & purchased the product. Next day when i received the bill, i found that i have been given displayed piece, which is used by them in showroom. When i went to show room to purchase the brand new piece, then why i will accept displayed / used piece. I was cheated like this.

                                      This is the second time they had cheated me. While purchasing ac also, they had taken rs. 5000/- extra then the market price.

                                      Now not for 3rd time. I think kohinoor peoples policy itself is a cheating business policy. I will never visit this store again, and want to aware more peoples about there trend.

                                        Hello this is dhruv jain i have purchased lg smart tv 6360 on 16th july 2019 the sales man said me that its a brand new pieace and just brought from godown the salesman name was devan. And on 18th july there was our demo saction after giving demo around 1.30 to 2 hrs later tvs morher board get damaged and when i contact to kohinoor dadar store they said me to put replacement request and i have put tv for replacement but later on i got to know that it was a display piece and my request for display get failed and they also gave false satement too. Then i asked to give my refund but they were not giving and later on i had no other optionso i had to buy another tv from that ghatya kohinoor store really very bad servce i will recommed all of you to not to buy any product from kohinoor electronics very bad employes not seen this type of service before.
