I have 10000 in my recharge points, im unable to pay electrity it gets failed every time, and also unable to purchase gold it shows transaction limit error

    Hi team,

    I had sold my digital gold for inr 8396.07 in komparify.com with order #[protected] in komparify app

    They had promised me the credit of that amount to my bank account in 3 working days but still now i didnt recieved my amount and when i contacted them using the support link in their website they hadnt replied back

    Kindly assist me getting my money back as soon as possible

          My gold is not sell yet
          100times I try to sell it but there are problem in the app why I try daily to sell my gold please help me out and I want my gold to sell and I want my money back

                I bought digital gold on komparify date - 24/11/2021. Komparify says you can sell gold after 48 hours of purchase. I did the same but still I am unable to sell gold . It always says something went wrong you can use rest of the website.

                        I did transaction of Rs2563 paid for electricity bill on[protected] using my user acount sathish.[protected]@gmail.com but transaction failed, instead of money refunded to my Simpl account, it got moved to recharge points which is only for recharge purpose, i need my money refunded to simpl account or help me in paying my electricity bill.

                              After buy the sell order takes 48 hours to sell. The sell gold order was confirmed and iniated to bank transfer and it may take max 48 hours to reflect in your max amazon account.

                              I sold the digital gold by order ID[protected] on 23.12.2021. The gold sale got success but the amount to be deposited on my upi ID got failure. Again I have give new UPi ID and bank details to the customer support on the same day.

                              But Customer support is irresponsible now.

                                Attached image as proof. Also attached payzapp transaction screenshot. They have confimed that the transaction is successful.
                                Also have shared wallet statement depicting the transaction.

                                Even after providing everything you keep insisting that give us PayU ID or this or that.

                                No explanation as to why my account is under review or anything. Used Komparify after a long time and this is what happened.

                                Keep this up and next comes a police complaint against you thieves!

                                Go and check online, how many others you have harassed similarly.
