    I traveled from Thirunelveli to Chennai on 16th January 2017. I booked ticket on and A/c KPN sleeper bus paying Rs. 1570/- .

    1. A/C NOT WORKING
    When I married at the bus stop, I found that 2 persons were repairing the A/c. They said that they would repair it before the bus starts. But they were not able to (or pretended that they were repairing). Later we came to know that the bus is going to run as a non a/c bus and not as an a/c bus. THere was a big croud of passangers demanding the KPN authorities to send another vehicle. Then the authorities said that those who want to cancel will get their full refund but those who wish to travel will not get any refund back. AS IT IS, FOR A A/C TICKET WE HAVE PAID RS. 1570/- THIS IS DOUBLE THE CHARGES WHEN COMPARED TO TRAIN CHARGES. Some o[censored]s who wished to travel, because we had to join back duty the next day got into the bus. To our utter surprise, we found that we were able to open the windows. (normally, in a a/c bus the windows are sealed.) So KPN was trying to cheat all this while pretending to repair a NON A/C BUS.

    I am giving below the details of my ticket and I demand a refund of nothing less than Rs. 1000/- . If this request is not obliged, I will go to an extent of even filing a case against KPN in the consumer court..

    2. VERY OLD AND DUSTY BUS
    The main door in that bus did not have the hydrolic system working and hence a rope was used to fasten the door into a pillar inside the bus. Funny. KPN doing such things!!!. The bus was very old and had no sushion effect in the sleepers. More like sleeping in a log of wood.

      My wife and daughter(2 years) travelled on Bangalore to Kumbakonam bus by kpn travels 0800 pm 26 Jan 2017 from blr. Bus reached Kumbakonam at 0500 hrs. Driver forced them to get down in a main road near CRC depot were no lights and also no autos were available for them to proceed further.driver refused to go into the his stand due to which they she has to wait all alone in an unknown area with my kid and heavy luggages in the hand. Absolutely worst service by kpn and will never use this for my travel anymore. Strict action to be taken against the driver.

        Yesterday I travelled from chennai to mettur.. I had never travelled before in such a worst bus with very bad dusty old seats and mosquitoes flying around.. the windows were not in a condition to close it properly but I managed to close it but still the airs were flowing in and the whole bus was very cold .. note: its non ac bus. None slept last night.. very very very disappointed with kpn services

          Booking No - MDR[protected]. I sent a parcel from madurai periyar bus stand to chennai koyambedu bus stand on 5th January 2017. Still parcel not received. Asked the person in madurai, he told that the booking done but not dispatched and he told that he dont know anything as it was booked by some other. Really bad. Atleast return my parcel in madurai. I will send it through some other parcel service as I need urgently that parcel.

            My Online booking of KPN ticket( worth Rs 1900 Salem to Chennai ) went into Failed transaction.I didnt recieved SMS/Mail. Called KPN helpdesk[protected], they replied your money will be refunded automatically. So i booked the again same tickets from Redbus where i got the confirmation SMS/Mail. But too my shock, i got the Boarding call when the bus is about to leave for my earlier failed transaction and I lost my whole money worth Rs 1900.
            There was a Idiotic/irresponsible answer from Helpdesk whenever i enquired and helpdesk guy started using abusive languages.
            KPN travels is eating the Public money in the name of travels. This looting company should be punished. Citizens Be CAREFUL with KPN Travels money looters

              I booked a kpn bus for my mother, aged 65 yrs from chennai to erode on 24-dec. Boarding pass#bl[protected], pin#[protected] multi-axle with the base fare of rs. 670. She was traveling alone.
              As per the schedule, she was supposed to board the bus at kpn office perungulathur at 2:30 pm to reach erode at 8pm. But what actually happened was rather annoying causing a severe physical and mental trauma to my mother. I am not sure what as a normal citizen we can do when we are at the mercy of these irresponsible bus operators.
              1. No proper place to sit and wait in perungulathur
              2. Bus came at 5:00 pm which made my mother to wait for 2:30 hrs in the inconvenient perungulathur.
              3. Bus had a serious radiator problem because of which it was not able to go at the desired speed. Instead of substituting this bus with another bus, the operators continued with the same bus to multiply the delay by several hours. It reached salem at 12 midnight.
              4. At midnight, passengers were asked to change to a different bus to reach erode at the wee hours of 2am.
              5. I was out of station, my father was a heart patient, i have an ailing grand ma. My mother was alone and afraid to travel by taxi at that wee hours of 2 am. Kpn didnt even care about that and left it to individual passengers to make suitable arrangements.
              My mom is yet to recover from the trauma thus caused. We want the concerned officials and personnel to be held responsible and severely punished for such an irresponsible, inhuman way of handling passengers.

                Travelling on unserviceable bus from KPN loosen glasses too much noises now bus break down & stopped in virudhunagar no body is responding properly we all 30 passengers stuck in mid of the highway with kids & ladies..driver & cleaner talking like anything we paid 800 per passenger. We dont Know how long it will take to repair this bus and will go Chennai

                  I was supposed to board from kpn office palakkad.When I went and asked there, the office staff told me the bus doesn't come there and I can board only from Chandra nagar which is 3 KM from there.And I had to go there all the way to board the bus.But the bus went to the kpn office boarding point and then came to Chandra nagar.Which means I went to the second boarding point for no reason.And when I questioned the staff about this, his behaviour was so rude.You have your worst staff at palakkad kpn office who doesn't know how to behave to customers .And he made me run like a dog for no reason .I request to warn him.

                      There is no proper intimation of when the bus would arrive. I booked the bus thinking that it would arrive at 10.15 as proposed but when i called the driver he told me that it will come only after 1 or 1.5 hrs in a very rude way as if he is doing me a favour. I pay for my tickets and i expect to be treated with respect.

                      This needs to be looked at immediately. This is not the first time this is happening.

                      P.S. the time is 11.40 and the bus haven't arrived yet.

                        I have booked one consignment on 09/12/2016 from bangalore to combatore. I made multiple calls to customer care, but no use. I spoke to customer cate more than five times and i go manager mobile number, but, he is least bothered to answer call.

                        Is this way of serving.

                        Worst service. I strogy suggest people to not to use kpn parcels as, they dont give value for your words/products.

                            Waited till 20:25 and asked the staff in bommanahalli office about the delay who casually informed that the vehicle is stuck I'm traffic. Later he informed that another bus which was supposed to be starting from Wilson garden @ 20:30 has been cancelled. I enquired him why the same was not informed earlier? But his response was very poor. I have been using KPN bus service for the past 13years. In between the services were poor and I opted for Kallada. Recently I heard from my friend that KPN has bettered there services so I started using it again. But the experience is worser again. Mr. K.P.Natarajan

                                I was booked 3 tickets for today 3.12.16 from Coimbatore to Chennai, the bus is not coming on time, my boarding time is 8.45 pm but it's Arrived at 9.25 pm . Around 10.30 pm it is in Coimbatore only. And it is Getting break down. Now the time is 11.30 pm .it's not getting any solution. Even I raised a complaint through KPN customer service . Bus no is PY01 BV 1999. I NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                  I have tried to book the ticket on 14th Nov’16, (from Chennai to Bangalore ; Date of travel : 14th Nov’16(A/C Sleeper); Seats:2). Amount got debited from my account but ticket didn’t get booked. I have called Salem KPN travels on the same day. They updated me that it will be credited back as the ticket is not booked. Till date no amount is credited to my account from KPN travels end. Rs.1634/- was debited from my account. Request to help for credit of the amount.

                                    KPN parcel service is unsafe and third grade parcel service provider. I booked my hero ignitor bike parcel form trichy to chenai on 5 nov 16 Saturday. I got my bike delivered on 8 Nov 16 Monday. In hero ignitor we have to open the petrol shield to take the petrol tube. I shocked that shield was unscrewed and broken. Some body try to stole the petrol. As per norms I dried petrol before packing. I don't know why they try to open it. They are unscrewed and broken that petrol shield to open it. Petrol tube also was cut by them. When I asked them staffs give me the manager number. When I call him he asked my LR no and I sent it. After that he did not picked up my call.
                                    They promised me that they will send my bike in stand state but they lay down my bike. They did not included packing charge in bill. Person who pack my bike got 100 INR form me separately. Now I spent 500 INR to fix that shield and petrol leakage issue temporarily. I have to change new shield because it got damaged because of this irresponsible fellows. KPN very very very very... worst service in the entire universe. Plz don't go for KNP Parcel Service. Usually I will prefer KNP travels. Here after I will not. Cheating fellows. Irresponsible fellows.

                                      Hi,
                                      I received a parcel from thirupur today to coimbatore. i got the parcel delivered near gandhipuram.

                                      No mentioned in the bill: 0134491
                                      Bill no: 0389087

                                      In the bill the amount mentioned was rs. 740.

                                      But what they collected from me was 800.

                                      When asked, they are saying 60 rupees is for loading and unloading which will not be mentioned in the bill. but in my bill i already have loading and unloading charges added. together it was 740. but they were harsh when asked for the reason for the hidden charges.

                                      Apart from this 800 i had to pay extra 20 rupees for handing over the parcel in my hand. which was also not billed. i wanted to raise this issue using the contact number mentioned in the bill for complaints ([protected]). but this number is also not reachable. i have paid for what they asked because 80 rupees extra is not a matter for me. but i had to inform this to the higher management so that you avoid bad reviews in future from other fellow customers.

                                      It would be great if you could take an action on the same.

                                        We travelled from Chennai to Madurai on Oct 8th by KPN 8.30 PM bus,

                                        We had a dance program at which our children had to perform at Madurai at 9 AM on Oct 9th Sunday, which means we should have been at Madurai by max 7 AM.

                                        Unfortunately the Transporter KPN parked the bus at Perungalathur for almost 2 hours from 10.15 to 12 midnight, for only two passengers who were expected to reach from Tambaram. In spite of requesting the driver not to wait for more than 15 mts, he refused to drive the bus. We kept repeatedly pleading with the driver to drive us as we would be late for the program next day. The attitude of the driver was not customer friendly and also we could not reach the KPN complaint as well as customer services that night, since KPN seemed to have shut down all telephone lines that night .

                                        The whole bus of 27 passengers waiting for just two of them on the road by midnight is just not acceptable & totally unjustified.
                                        Due to this our bus dropped us at Madurai at 8 AM and we were late for the performance . We had to cut a sorry figure for no fault of ours .

                                        Your services were exemplary but we are not satisfied with KPN and would not recommend any one of our family or friends to travel by KPN.

                                        We would like to be paid 25 times the fare for each of our tickets for the delay and loss of our name and prestige while participating in a program.

                                        01nov2016 today im travelling chennai to dharmapuri bus number py01cb9959 its ac sleeper bus but bus started 1.30 hours over still inside bus no ac and i was talked driver im told more then five times after that also they not putting ac its totally worst company i never seen like this kpn company's its [censored]off company
                                        Sir sunday night i bokked at 4tickets trichy to chennai but they are not giving bokking seets then they are using bad words
                                        Yesterday night 11.30 trichy Non ac, the bus seats qua1 really frustrated, ticket cost 406

                                        I made return tickets in tnstc super deluxe the seats are really good cost is 200

                                        Really very bad sirs, you loose your market sir
