Every time when i board the bus at bommanahalli, bangalore, i am experience very unpleasant situation. This is not my individual experience, the passengers waiting for other buses also facing the same problem.
1. There is no proper reason for the delay of bus.. Always the bus schedule at the time mentioned are not coming in time always delayed.. And there is no proper person (There is no office staff, only the man announcing the bus arrival is available and he is not giving proper reason for the delay or the where the bus is coming)
2. There is no proper facility for the women passenger at the waiting hall and the buses are coming late for more than 3 hrs from the scheduled time.
3. The person who are giving reply are arogant and they are not polite in giving reply and they are not even contacting the driver about the bus status.
The worst branch of kpn parcel is ariyalur branch.The office is not opened on proper time.The delivery of parcel is unpunctual.Telephone response is worse, and even they cut the calls.The authorities are not responding properly.

    I am boarding to bangalore currently from chennai..10:30 pm.. The bus didn't come at the boarding point. Central raddison road sangita travels.Instead we caught two buses to t nagar asked to board the bus.

    Then my reserved seat u29 was allocated to some body else they asked me occupy some where else

    Kpn services sucks overall
    Look at the issues and complaints... Better to close this service .. Wonder why they even exists

        Dear sir iam Venkatlakshmanan propriter andaal match industry kaveripattinam we are booking bus ticket at your KPN transport from krishnagiri to madurai on 4th may at the time of 11.30 am
        After booking we confirme at your office about the arrivel of the bus at krishnagiri he also agree the time of 11.30 to 11.40 on the time we reach thekrishnagiri office we reach to boarding at 11.15
        The manager of the kpn tranport krishnagiri he is ask me to cross the opposite road and stand up on the road side hotel he is not agree to sit at his office
        Wealso waiting up to 12.15 pm and we ask him the right time of the bus he is not respond anything and give us irresponsible answer once again we cross the road and waiting more one hour up to 1.15 pm we lost our patiant
        We decide to move to home
        This is ridiculous even a customer you gives lot of arruesment and your sms also gives the bus boarding time of 11.30
        How you treat us ?this is impossible and you make lot of time wast to me
        Even i plan to go the goverment bus i just reached the madural in just 250 rs
        In your office i saw no chair no water no responce and not keeping the right time boarding
        We are move to consumer court if you not gives any responce aganist my complaint

        KPN Parcel Service — Delivery delay and not responding (Disconnecting call)

        i Have send a parcel via KPN Parcel service on 08.06.2015 from Kanchipuram to thiruvarur. the said it will reach on 09.06.2015 evining 7.0pm. But still(10.06.2015 at 7.55pm) parcel in kanchipuram it is a worst service i have ever faced.

          I have booked the ticket through abhi bus service in kpn non a/c semi sleeper on 29th april 2016, 5.45 pm at boarding point details of bommanahalli(Kpn). I came there at 5.30pm and waited till 11pm night (Almost 5.30hours) and the bus we have booked the ticket not arrived there. I have enquire and the person available at kpn bommanhalli office & manager of kpn ([protected]). There is no proper response from them (Only one word they said bus is on the way.). They don’t have alternate option to provide us. Also they don’t want to refund the money. Such a worst service i have ever seen in my life... Cheating fellows. Finally i went back to home without travelling.

            I booked the ticket from chennai to Trichy (11.15PM) and travels sent me the bus number KA 53A 1999 and the boarding pass number 3A3BB9. Bus arrived at the spot at 12:20AM next day and when I try to board the bus the workers didn't allow me (worker name: Sundaramoorthy). He said don't book the ticket in kpn and he told me that I cannot say the eta. Also he has responded in poor local language.

              I have booked my parcel [wooden cot and cupboard] from kadayanallur to chennai[tambaram] on 19th may 2016. My order id is lr#kdr[protected].
              The person mr.Murgasan [[protected]] who has taken the parcel of mine and charged extra rs900 for bagging my parcel with cotton and
              He said it will be delivered in next day. But the parcel delivered on after 5 days. But that is not the issue.
              The kpn parcel agent [murugasan ] did not bag my wooden wooden cot and cupboard. When kpn delivered the parcel, it was like it came from garbage.
              All the things are broken and he written the address in permanent marker on the cot and cupboard [he is such an intelligent agent].
              I dint know whom should i blame either the kpn parcel service who has trained the agent or that agent. When i asked him he said come and teaches me how to write the address without permanent marker.
              I would suggest never go for kpn service and their agent also very bad on bagging parcel. It will be money wasted one.

                Today I traveled in the ridiculously priced Mercedes Benz sleeper bus operated by KPN Travels. Boarding pass: 8CD96E. After occupying the lower berth in the bus, there were at least 20-30 small cockroaches freely roaming the walls and berth. Absolutely terrible! I could not sleep at all, thinking of how these awful creatures will make a grazing field of me.

                Travelers, avoid KPN like plague. Even if they give me a full refund of Rs.1873/- that I paid, it is not enough for the nightmarish experience. Next time I am booking a flight if I'm not able to find tickets in train.

                  I tried to book ticket www.kpntravels.in from bangalore to chennai on 13-apr-16. Two time they have deducted rs.868 from my credit card but the tickets have not confirmed. I have not get any email or sms from kpn travels regarding my money. Then i went into redbus.In and got a confirmed ticket. Now at the time of travel i suddenly got sms from kpn travels that i have booked two tickets in my name for the same journey. I called kpn travels and they said since it is late night nothing can be done now and they will help me to get refund on next morning (14-apr-16 ). So i traveled back and on 14-apr-16 i called them again but they are telling that they cant refund me the amount since the journey date is passed. Please help me in getting my money back.

                    Horrible experience with KPN - KA41A 9799 (Bengaluru to Chennai A/c sleeper 2+1 16th Apr 2016) - will not travel again and will never recommend this tour operator to anyone. Scheduled boarding at KPN Bommanahalli 10.45 PM. Bus arrived 1 hr 15 mins late, at 12.00 AM. Stopped at Vaanagaram (8 kms before Koyambedu) and driver said bus will not go further due to engine failure. No attempts from the driver to seek help and he was rude and not willing to answer further questions. We were waiting on the road for 1/2 hour and we had to hire an auto (Rs. 150/-) and reached Koyambedu.

                      I have always tried the landline number[protected] to check the status of the Lr but no one has picked up the phone. This has not happened once or twice but almost always the issue has been same. Company like KPN travels can't be so careless . We have tried the mobile number [protected] but they say it's wrong number, which is actually not & then we you call up again the same number they say we can't check Lr status on mobile.

                      So as a customer you are forced to come to their Godown/office & get the Lr status checked which is very annoying for anybody. This issue has been happening with Kpn since few years now.

                      Kindly take some strict action so the customers get proper response over phone.

                        We were supposed to board bus 9299 at bommasandra kpn office at 10 pm. Suddendly the person incharge told us the bus forgot to stop and already crossed us. He boarded us in in another bus but we were asked to stand. We were told we our bus will be waiting in hossur. But once we reached hossur we were told our bus is still at the starting point and we were wrongly boarded due to some confusion. We were asked to get down and wait for our bus. Worst thing is there was no KPN person in charge and we were also not given the contact no. Also when we called the kpn office bommasandra the guy delibrately cut our call. Still waiting in hossur. Not sure if we were conned. Luckily we were three guys. Imagine if a single Lady was in this situation. So Beware Ladies i[censored] r booking in KPN. Also guys please think twice before booking.

                          31st day i suppose to go to madurai from bangalore.i have booked the tickets on two days before but what happened means they i have intimate to me that bus breakdown has occured so we have shifted your bus timing as 12 o clock but my actul bus timing is 1:15pm .if the bus got breakdown menas they suppose to inform me as before 3 hours right but they didn't done that even i have gone their perfetc time of 12 but the bus got departure from the city market bus stand and i went to kpn travels and asked about this things no one is giving proper response for that so i am realy upset to travel in KPN.

                            24th March 2016-Chennai to Tirunelveli(ac sleeper)-No punctuality.. Bus was scheduled at 9.00pm but arrived at 10.30pm..after that due to some problems they started the bus at 12.40pm..AC not working properly...i have ever seen such a worst travels...until 10.05am we are in trichy highways only..I reached Tirunelveli by 3.30pm...very very worst travels..better they can close the travels and sit ideal...I suggest that plz don't prefer KPN travels for journey..

                              KPN buses never come to the departure point on time and never make it to the arrival time too. Irresponsible answers from the person in charge at the departure station. I always choose to travel by this worst bus network because it is near to my place - Adyar. From Adyar I travel to Trichy by 10;45 pm bus and I dont ever remember boarding the bus on time. Apart from the traffic delays, there were times when the 11pm bus comes to the departure point at 3am in the wee hours of the night and make all the kids, girls, elders, patients and many more waiting till they come. This delays the entire trip and reaches Trichy by 10-11am the next day. Imagine the pain of people waiting and sitting inside the bus for their routine morning tasks. Too much embarrassing. But KPN operator never cared for that. Please do something to throw these irresponsible people out of the business.

                                  Sir,
                                  Under the due instructions of my client Mr.C.M.Arumugam, S/o. Muthuraman of, Madurai – 14 the legal notice is sent as follows,
                                  It is your notice that my client has travelled in your Multi Axile Volvo bus, bearing registration No.KA-41-A-9910, on 10.03.2016 from Madras Egmore to Madurai Mattuthavani. The ticket was booked through ticket goose.com and the M-ticket was forwarded to the cell phone of my client and a sum of Rs.610/- was debited from my client’s account maintaining in Indian Overseas Bank, Madurai District Court Branch, Madurai. Accordingly, my client boarded the bus by 12.40.PM on 10.03.2016 at No.19, Whannels Road, Egmore. Further, through SMS service boarding pass No.5DA8B4 Ticket C[protected] was given by mentioning the schedule departure at 12.45PM.
                                  It is for your further notice that right from the starting; my client felt that the vehicle was driven in a very average speed. However my client satisfied himself as because of city traffic, the vehicle was driven in the below average speed. At the same time even after crossing Perungalathur, the vehicle was not driven in a minimum speed as that of other Multi-Axile passenger bus. In order to verify and ascertain the average speed limit the Toll-gate entry of National Highways No.7 may be verified on the particular day.
                                  It is pertinent to point out here that the vehicle reached Adayar Ananda Bhavan hotel, near Ulundhurpettai approximately at about 06.00PM and left the hotel after the laps of 45 minutes. Even thereafter, the driver of the bus expressed his concern about the dissatisfied percentage of breaking capacity of the vehicle and he is unable to drive the bus in the minimum speed. Further, from there the bus was driven in a very slow speed and reached Trichy at about 09.00PM. After dropping some passenger in Trichy, the vehicle was taken to KPN, Office and was subjected for the checking up of break lines.

                                  Here also the vehicle was parked a very long time and all the passengers made to fell restless and started to suffer to answer the call of nature. As some of the passengers started to murmuring, the vehicle was getting started slowly and was parked in the outskirt of Trichy City.
                                  It is bitter to express here that after parking the vehicle along the roadside, the driver of the vehicle engaged himself to verify the break-line capacity. When my client enquired about the driver again, he was informed that the condition of the break-lines are not satisfactory and he was totally dissatisfied to move the vehicle further. Though the vehicle was parking along the roadside, no basic amenities even water was not provided though the KPN office was some Kilo Meters away from the parking of the vehicle. When my client requested the driver of the vehicle to make alternative arrangements, he neglected to consider the agony of the passenger, instead he express his inability for the same.
                                  It is for your further notice that thereafter my client sent a message to a Cell Number [protected] as he was provided as contact number of Egmore office. Though the message was received, no response was received from the end. So, my client was constrained to contact his friend and he arranged conference-call to the head office number that is [protected]. Even in the conference, my client informed and expressed his anguish as several passengers including him left in lurch in the out skirt of Trichy without even water. Though the person who attended the conference-call informed that he will look after the same, nothing has happened and the driver started the bus after lapse of 25 minutes. Thereafter the vehicle was slowly driven and reached at Madurai Mattuthavani bus stand at about 12.40AM that is in the early morning of 11.03.2016.
                                  In fact you are well aware the time duration to reach from Chennai to Madurai in a Multi-Axile Volvo. It will hardly take around 6 to 7 hours. Even in an average speed of 70 to 80 Kilo Meters per hour. But in an unsatisfied breaking condition the bus was allowed to drive by putting the passengers anguish and fear. Further my client has chosen the bus as it was a Multi-Axile one and under the impression that he would be dropped before 08.00PM on 10.03.2016. It is very unfortunate that he was dropped by 00.40 hours on 11.03.2016. During the travel though he requested the driver of the bus to stop in any hotel for dinner, it was firmly rejected by the driver and with a sense of hunger my client was forced to travel in the bus. However, my client came to understand that without proper maintenance that the bus was allowed to run by putting the valuable life of the passengers in peril. All that it could be expressed that the whole journey in the bus was completely dissatisfied as the breaking capacity of the bus created panic upon the minds of my client.

                                  It is further unfortunate to mention that till the moment of despatch the notice, my client has not been consoled by any of your authorities. So, it could easily be presumed that by misusing your goodwill among passengers, you are running the bus without proper maintenance by taking the challenge in the life of the passengers. So, the service provided to my client by you is far below average and the same is made liable to you to answer my client as one of the passenger of your bus on the particular day. Thus, you are answerable the deficiency of your service provided to my client. The mental agony of my client cannot be expressed and he is unable to discharge his routine work at his office.
                                  Therefore, you are hereby informed to show cause within the period of 7 days as to why proceedings in not to be initiated against you for your deficiency of service by invoking of the provision of Consumer Law. Otherwise, my client would be advised to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you at your costs, risks and incidental thereon.

                                    I booked the KPN bus and travelled on 12th March. Bus supposed to be arrived at boarding point(Bommasandra) at 10:15am but it reached at 11:15 am only.

                                    Later it was stopped at Hosur for mare than 30 Mins.

                                    At A2B Hotel, it stopped for an hour (Usual Time is 30 mins)

                                    At Salem, Bus was waiting for more than an hour for a passenger to get boarded ( Here I really don't know, why it has to wait for an hour. Normal waiting time is 10 mins right)

                                    Again between Karur and Dindigul, Driver stopped the bus at one hotel for more than 20 mins to get Food Parcel for him alone (To get parcel for him, he stopped the bus) -- Was he thinking this as PICNIC

                                    And later in somewhere, he again stopped for Tea break also.

                                    Note: Usually Bus will stop (Hosur, A2B, Salem and sometimes for Tea Break)

                                    And More over The A/C Seater coach maintained so bad. A/C was not working.

                                    We asked driver many times to start the bus whenever there was an delay. But he was speaking rudely.

                                    I totally frustrated this Journey, KPN failed to give good service to their passengers this time.

                                      I have booked tickets from Bangalore to Erode during month of Feb-2016 and boarding point as Madiwala. Reached Madiwala KPN office on travel date and got information from KPN staffs, there is no boarding at Madiwala and all passengers were asked to move to Bommanhalli office. Also by the name of Pickup Van they have dumped many passengers in small vehicles to drop till Bommanhalli office. Passengers with luggages and kids struggled a lot in that Pickup Van, since there is no enough space even to stand. After reaching Bommanhalli office, we didnt get any response from staffs for our queries. All passengers waited for long time in heavy traffic road to board the bus. After boarding bus we found the bus condition is even worse, the screen in sleeper bus were missing for few beds and most of them were worn out. KPN is becoming the worst service nowadays.

                                        With ref to the above the bus started from Tirunelveli at 0600pm in the evening on 07mar and only one driver was running the bus for full night and as he is old in age unable to have clear clearance in his eye so driving bus very slow and also driving the bus to all local villages so it is taken time more than 16hrs. We passengers still in bus. And if we ask anything he used abusing words against us
