Around 50 members travelled in a multi axle volvo from coimbatore to chennai on 03/09/2017. (Bus no - ap 35 v 8485) bus started sharp 1.30 pm and after 10 mins we realized that less cooling felt the heat. When the bus stopped at salem to fill fuel we asked the driver and he accepted that even he is not ready for this trip as the bus is in bad condition but some how he convinced rest of the passengers apart from 4 to 5 including me who raised the complaint. Finally the driver become a little rude and started the bus. After 30 mins rest of the passengers also felt the heat and not able to breath as window is also cannot be opened. After so much of fight driver stopped the bus near ulundurpet toll and started calling to his manager and ho and they are not ready to send a back up vehicle and another kpn volvo passed and they insisted myself and another passenger who is raising complaints to board that bus but a family who wants to reach chennai on time so we asked them to take that option. After one hour as there is no other option the driver insisted to run the bus near to adyar ananda bhavan hotel so that all passengers can have food and in that time he can arrange for a alternate bus. So we accepted and had dinner at that hotel. After food we came out and the driver convinced some of the passengers and they are against the complaints and insisted to board the bus. After so much of discussions we boarded the bus and immediately after 30 mins the ac got switched off and now rest of the passengers all put together (Even ladies) were standing near to the driver and asked to stop the bus as nobody is able to breath. On top of it 3 thailand citizens were travelling in that bus and one of them came for a surgery so his condition was so bad as not able to breath. Still it is only a late arrival of 4 hrs and mid night we reached chennai with breathing issues and some of them in a worst breathing problems. Attached the letter written by the thailand citizen and all the passengers signature with contact number, for this trip kpn charged rs.1020/ which is again over charge and worst condition bus.

    Bus going from bangalore to erode morning 7:30 tn30-bj9919 staff's behaviour is very rude. Even after informing them my location, these people left and moved the bus. When i called them they said we are reaching the location in 5 mins, meanwhile i went to shop for 2 mins. They left without calling and checking. After moving the bus they were calling and telling we have left you. They said they were waiting for 10 mins, which is total lie. Now come to next bus stop which was 20kms from my place. This was a deliberate act, i felt very bad.. My whole ticket money got waste. Please atleast have decency to respect others time and money.

      Am traveling chennai to salem on 2/9/2017 bus no is tn30 be2619. Bus delay more than 2hours. Driver not to be pick my boarding point. Driver speech is very rude. Near at tindivanam little accident happen. Then near at ulunderpet back tyre puncher. Driver and office staff not take any step for that time. Then all passengers are shouting then only they change the tyre. That time more than 1hour waste of time. My boarding time is 10.30pm to 4.15am is my destination time. Right now the time is 3.58 still now am standing in ulunderpet for that puncher issue. Maybe i will reach salem at 8am. Totally 4hrs waste of time and lot of pressure face all passenger. Thereafter in my life time am never travel kpn travels. Its very very very worst travel service in tamilnadu. I never seen this problem at government bus also. Kpn staff and driver are very careless to work. So passengers totally affected.
      Iss bhosri site pe believe mat karna saala chutiya banata hai, iss ne koshish ki thi mere Airtel money se payment karne ki saala complain register hote hi 2 min baad call kar diya woh bhi Subeh 8am par saala kon sa government office Sunday ko open rehta saala chutiya.. Mujhe call kiya [protected] aur bolta hai tumhara Airtel money block kar diya hai iss maa ki Chut saale kar ke dikha

        My kpn bus to bangalore not seen until 10:30 pm at madurai, supposed to start at 10:15 pm. Neither staff bother to communicate the delay nor sent message.
        After calling contact number, came to know bus delay by 1 hour.
        Then only the office staff very cool saying bus got a problem will reach by 11:30 pm. Why can't you pre-inform or provide alternate bus?
        Very very poor attitude from office staff, very bad service. This is not the first time happened. Similar experience had 4 months before.
        Eye opener! Seriously thinking of alternative travels.
        Too uncertain!

          I have a book a ticket through online the timing they mentioned that 8.30 [protected]@ Pallavaram HP kpn petrol bunk till 11.30 the bus doesn't arrive I have asked bus driver in this number[protected] but not proper response I am waiting more than 3.5 hours like a buffalo in your petrol bunk there is no waiting hall or any chair. Facilities in that place pls make sure that you can do proper service if not don't do business like this this is my hard and angry feedback regards yours service

            I am a frequent traveller on all weekends and mostly use kpn travels for a fair service provided in my route. On 01 september 2017 i was shocked to see the amount of flower luggages that the bus was loaded at hosur. The most terrible part is, there were 5 flower bags loaded inside the bus completely blocking the rear emergency exit. This is a serious violation of safety norms which should be taken very serious by the management on the interest of passenger safety and kpn brand. Also the last lower berth that drivers use for resting was filled with flower baskets. I wish to see a sincere response from kpn explanating on this aspect. Bus number is ka51d7229

              I have booked the ticket in kpn travels from tirunelveli to chennai, bus no ar01 t 9919.in my ticket the boarding time was given as 8.30 pm on 31/08/2017 from tirunelveli junction, but the driver started earlier at 8.15 pm
              We then travelled about 10 kms to catch the bus with three small kids spending rs500 as car rent. The driver scolded our ladies in bad words, we were very much hurted by them. We got a call from kpn travels office, they also used unparliamentary words.                   Worst service by kpn travels...

                  Have booked ticket from madurai to bangalore last night in scania bus which was scheduled to depart from madurai @10:45pm. Around 45 passengers were waiting for the same bus in the kpn office at madurai omni bus stand. We didn't get any update about the bus till 11:30pm. Person is the office is not aware when the bus will reach. When we enquire, he keeps on telling that it will come soon. Then, one of the passengers called the bus driver (Whose number was shared by sms today evening) and asked. There comes the shock..

                  The driver told that the dynamo which is converting the power from battery to ac is not functioning and he had informed the management in the evening itself about the issue.ac was not functioning in the bus and few passengers who boarded at tirunelveli were taken in this condition to l madurai. Finally, bus reached madurai at 12:45am and the driver stopped the vehicle and told that he couldn't continue as the passengers would feel suffocating without ac and the windows couldybe opened as well.

                  We asked for an alternative and the person in the office could do any alternative.. He told that all other buses towards bangalore had already departed and spare buses are also not available. We have contacted the kpn head office, their gm directly and he told that madurai branch manager has to do some alternative and he couldn't help us.

                  Finally, in the interest of everyone to reach bangalore and to go to office today morning (Being monday and that too after a long weekend), the passengers have agreed to board the bus without ac @1:45am...

                  Following are the questions in the minds of all the passengers..

                  Why such a reputed travels like kpn could not maintain their vehicles in proper running condition?

                  Why they don't have even a single spare bus when 100s of buses are in operation daily?

                  Why they could not heed the words of the driver and correct the problems at the initial stage itself?

                  Where is the passengers comfort taken care here?

                  Why couldn't they arrange any other buses/vehicles atleast from other operators?

                  Everything is money here and they have no thinking about the safety and comfort of the passengers and they are not providing a valuable service for the money paid.

                  Passengers from tirunelveli were told that they will get a new bus from madurai, but it didn't happen.

                  All the passengers need a compensation of rs.10, 000 for making us travel in suffocating condition.

                    I have booked ticket from nagercoil to bangalore on 24 aug 2017 @ 7pm bus, they picked me @ nagercoil by 7pm and the bus returned to nagercoil bus stand and dropped all passengers

                    We asked the booking office, they replied that chennai bus was brake down so they that bus was going to chennai, and the passengers will b sent to bangalore by 9pm bus,,

                    The people in nagercoil kpn office treated us in a worst way and they dint replied properly.

                    I contacted salem head office[protected] the person replied he cant do anything bcoz the issue was with nagercoil office,

                    And i contactd a gm on 94437...94 he also dint replied
                    I have booked ticket from Chennai to tiruchengodu. Boarding time was 10.15 but the bus reached around 12.30. I was enquiring at perungalathur office and he is not at all responsible person and using rubbish and bad words against me. And asking why you people are booking tickets .Is this the way of treating the customers

                      Since i travelled from erode to chennai and also booked my return ticket on kpn they changed the bus category and their service was too bad. The official didn't respond properly and they are so arrogant. I just request the authorities to take measures in this issues and make other passengers comfortably. But definitely i will not suggest and of my friends to book a ticket on kpn travels. If you book a journey on kpn then it will be the last trip to go in this kind of bus.

                        This is vallinathan from madurai bb kulam, sry to say this i dont like your driver's language he is talking very rudely. and i know that my departure time is 11:45.and your driver is calling continuously from 11.25 and he is saying your time is 11.30.

                        Pls note: i asked your driver that bus will come to matuthavani bus stand or not.
                        But he told that you come to Periyar bus stand.but now bus is standing more than 15 mins in matuthavani bus stand do you think that your passenger are fool and they dont know any thing, this is not the right way to treat the customer.

                          I have booked a multi axle berth sleeper trip from bangalore to chennai by online. Please find enclosed ticket details. The cost of the ticket was rs.818.

                          The sleeper bus no. Ka 51 c 6529 started from bangalore at 10.45pm, on the way around 2.15am the driver informed that bus was breakdown and request all passengers to board on a other bus ka 41 a 6999. When i had entered the bus it was a surprise that it is a semi-sleeper only with seating.

                          When i asked the driver the response and reply from the driver was very unprofessional and rude. He said that if i interested to board go with semi-sleeper otherwise stand on the road until the break down bus gets ready. As if he was speaking that we all are travelling by free of cost.

                          From the time the bus started it was giving very high noise and very uncomfortable journey. It is kpn responsibility to organize inspected bus and the same class of bus as a replacement. But there is no proper solution and reply during the trip.

                          The purpose of booking multi axle sleeper berth is to have a rest and start my work on the day (Sunday) i reach chennai. But due to uncomfortable trip created by kpn my whole day trip was spoiled. The price of sleeper and semi-sleeper is different too.. (Rs. 820 sleeper and rs.570)

                          I am totally unhappy with kpn service and disturbance happened during my trip. Hence as a compensation i request kpn to fully refund my ticket amount to my bank since i have used my debit card to pay my ticket.

                          Being a recognized bus service kpn should educate the drivers to respond to customers and avoid threatening the customers.

                          I hope kpn management can understand the situation and refund my ticket without any delay. All required details are attached as photos.

                            We were reported at 11.30 pm and it was informed around 11.55 pm that bus was cancelled. Prior information was not given to me since i hv booked ticket through online (That was reply from kpn in charge person). I faced difficulties to arrange for alternate in midnight from this remote area since my mother in law, who is one of the passengers, is to be admitted in a hospital by next day morning. Now, i want my money to be refunded. At least pl do it fast.

Driver (Name : denied to reveal, picture attached) wanting money to make a stop over everytime. When i questioned him he was abusive and told the bus is taking an alternative root and dropped me off way from the town. This wasn't the first time the driver was abusive.                                     I was travelling from my native to bangalore yesterday (27.06.2017) in kpn travels. Had a bitter experience with the service provider. As usual the bus came late (45 min) to the pickup point.in the middle near nanguneri the rear right tire blasted (Both the tire), only one tire was there as spare, the drivers themselves put the spare tire and there was no response from the office of providing any spare tire or providing alternate bus. The driver with his influence arranged another spare tire and it took 2.30 hours to get it done. All the passengers waited on the road till that with no help from the service provider. But the office was in tirunelveli which is close by. And finally we reached hosur by 9.45am and from there another bus was arranged as the bus we are travelling don't have permit. Finally we reached the destination by 10.45am.

                                    The main intention of booking bus early is to reach early but if the service provider is nowhere bothered about the passengers it's really a painful situation. Kindly look in to the situation and request to solve the issue

                                      Hello sir,
                                      This is guna from muthu electrical and electronics, i send the parcel box on kpn parcel service omni bus stand 10nos from chennai to thiruvanamalai on 19/06/2017 but i got only 9nos of parcel box only 21/06/2017. I go and asked on that branch he said to one parcel will hold on poonthamallie goodown it will be send on another day, i got also that one parcel but inside properties will missed on 8000/- rupees worth product will miss. So please check and give me a proper response to me immediately. I mentioned the evidence on given below. Lr no:[protected]

                                        Today iam booking kpn travels Chennai to ernakulam boarding point is koyambedu at 8.15 pm.but bus start with perungalathur, 38 kilometer travelling in shutteled non ac van.All other buses get water bottle but kpn not avalible .this is my first and last booking in kpn
